Our driver was very nice. He was given the wrong address and we went about an hour out of the way and I started really panicking but he worked it out and got us safely to where we needed to be!

Staff that meet you at the airport where easy to identify and very polite and helpful. The car was nice and clean. My driver was very professional, polite and a good driver. We could not speak each others language but we managed. Would highly recommend this driver and service. I use Viator driver services wherever I travel in the world and have never been disappointed

Viator verbiage said we could have 6 guests, I checked bag and one carry on. Upon arrival we were told one bag only. The vehicle sent could not accommode bags nor 6 passengers. 3 people went with this service and the rest of us had to hire a taxi for 60.00 American dollars. I will not use this service again.
I was very disappointed with this service. we were greeted then told to wait a few minutes. After the Representative took care of another customer then we were put in a regular taxi. Then the taxi took the representative to his personal car on an airport side street, we then continued on to our hotel. If I had wanted a black and yellow taxi I would not have made these arrangements and paid the extra money.
Courteous and efficient driver but, as far as the car was concerned, many notches down from the Mercedes appearing in the ad!
After 30hours if travel our arranged drive was not there. We waited outside of arrivals area and the went outside. Internet was sketchy. Tried phoning on WhatsApp no response. Information booth helped us with the language barrier and put us in a taxi with 2others. I did get a WhatsApp msg later that driver waiting upstairs? Anyway we made it. Probably miscommunication.
The sign with our name for pick up was easily to find and identified. The driver who drove us from airport to hotel was really good.
We arrive early morning 230a. Transfer company representative met us outside arrival hall and put us in a taxi. He also got in the front seat of the taxi and got dropped off somewhere on the way to our hotel. We cancelled our return and just took an Uber back to the airport.
Met contact easily with our name on her board. She led us to driver. Smooth transfer. Driver was safe and prompt.

We arrived for our transfer (17 minutes after our requested pick up time), our driver was not there. We had to incur an extra charge for a taxi to take us to the hotel.
The driver never showed up and left us stranded at the airport! I called Viatar and they were no help. I had to pay the local taxi service.
Great to be met after 3 flights from the other side of the world having never been to Rio and not speaking the language ! We were met as soon as we exited the airport and escorted to the car . Driver was quiet ( not sure he spoke English!) but got us to the hotel in good time , so we were very happy . Would definitely recommend this service .

My transfer went smooth. I was greeted by a friendly lady waiting for me at airport. Although the driver didn’t speak English he tried to accommodate me best with google translate and he had WiFi making sure I was comfortable.
Coordinator was very pro-active , efficient , responsive and patient . My exit to well-wishers area from arrival hall delayed by 3 hours due to missing baggage as a result of airline operational issues from London . Meet and greet was hospitable and diver was skillful
