It’s easy to see why Rosewood São Paulo ranks among the world’s top 10 hotels. The architecture, craftsmanship and interior design are outstanding, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The interplay of natural woods and a warm, sophisticated colour palette creates a beautifully cohesive aesthetic. The rooms strike the perfect balance between elegant design and practical functionality, making them as comfortable as they are visually impressive. An exceptional property, and one I would gladly return to.

I stayed four separate times between February and June 2026. After the first stay I knew I had to come back. The Location and the design of the building is just incredible, the rooms are immaculate. However, what really stood out to me was the staff. Firstly, they all spoke perfect English, which was great since I didn't speak a word of Portuguese. Secondly, they were all so so so polite and pleasant. My hat goes off to the HR team at the rosewood that does the hiring. You know what you are doing! I would like to make a few special mentions of the people that made my stay at the Rosewood something truly special. Eric Ferreira: The first staff member I interacted with at the reception to check-in. What a gentleman. So helpful! From making reservations at restaurants or giving me great rates for bookings and extensions. The very definition of rosewood hospitality. Jade and Ana: Both also worked at the front desk during my stays at the Hotel. Both were so nice and to me. Always happy to have a chat with me as a solo traveler, really giving the human touch. Gabriel & Pablo: I met them at the gym while training. Gabriel was extremely friendly and had great tips for me with regards to training and my lifting technique. With Pablo I tried my first ever Pilates class. He completely destroyed my body! (in a good way!) I loved every second of it, quite humbling! Julius Ceasar: JC took the time to speak with me personally one morning when I was having a tough time. A true philosopher and we shared a very human moment together I will never forget. Renato: Every morning, if I could not sleep during the early hours of the morning, Renato would be there with a smile and happy to assist me in anything! Cappuccinos etc. What a service. Pedro: We met when I visited the spa at the Rosewood. I don’t think I have ever met someone with better English language skills for someone who had never lived abroad in an English speaking country. I was truly impressed. I think this young professional must be a genius! Apologies if I forgot to mention other people at the Rosewood who made my stay unforgettable. Thank you Rosewood and the staff, I will be back! 5 stars!

An absolute masterpiece of a hotel. Rosewood São Paulo exceeded every expectation and was the perfect final stop to cap off my holiday before heading back to the UK. The design is nothing short of impeccable—every single corner is filled with incredible detail, and the hotel is practically dripping in art. You could spend hours just admiring the pieces lining the walls. Beyond the aesthetics, the service was outstanding. Every staff member was amazingly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Breakfast each morning was fantastic with a wonderful selection, but the absolute highlight was Saturday night at the piano bar. The singer was brilliant, the cocktails were world-class, and the atmosphere was electric. If you’re visiting São Paulo, stay here. I couldn't have asked for a better ending to my trip! Five stars through and through.

The hotel’s facilities are truly impressive. The restaurants offer outstanding dining experiences, the cafés and bars are excellent, the spa provides the perfect setting to relax and recharge, and the fitness center is modern and fully equipped. One of the hotel’s greatest highlights is the way art is integrated throughout the property, with an extraordinary collection of works by Brazilian artists displayed across the various spaces, making every walk through the hotel a unique experience. The service deserves special recognition. Every member of the staff is warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely committed to making guests feel welcome throughout their stay. Rosewood São Paulo offers far more than luxury accommodation—it delivers an unforgettable experience in every aspect. Without a doubt, it is one of the finest hotels I have ever stayed at, and I look forward to returning many times.
