The lobby is renovated, but rooms are old style. The staff at reception super good. Breakfast very disappointing : tasteless food and super tiny room for a hotel of 24 floors. Some days we had to queue for breakfast….it’s unbelievable for such a huge building. At the same time there is a second room for breakfast which is always empty but it’s a guess only executive access. A strange decision when you definitely have huge issue in main breakfast area. Not sure i understand the transparent glass into toilet.

The services here are extremely bad. Room so old. Breakfast boring, staffs not helpful. Bellmans are useless and not helping. No complimentary water in the room. Super noisy from the air ventilation even turn off. The fridge running super loud in the room. The worst of the worst experience with Melia Chains. I stayed here for 7 nights and everything are so bad.
Loved it. All the staff are super nice and professional. Thank you for your service.
This is the worst Melia hotel I have ever stayed at. First impression: the hotel feels dated, the carpet on the corridor is not very clean. More importantly, my room is very noisy. I can hear every car horn and every motorcycle from the street below. The beds are not great, and one of them blocks the entrance to the bathroom. The toilet doesn't flush properly, and the soap container in the shower is empty. The minibar is noisy too but at least you can unplug the fridge. Finally, the WiFi is a bit shaky, and the restaurant is very basic. I had a light dinner there and decided will take all my next meals outside. I am just sorry I have to spend 4 nights here.
My fiancé and I experienced a profoundly disappointing stay at your São Paulo property. As an experienced international traveler who manages multiple luxury wellness locations in the United States, I chose the Meliá brand in good faith, expecting the level of organization, professionalism, and care that a global hospitality group represents. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below any acceptable standard. I intentionally reserved an additional night so that I could check in early at 10 a.m. and complete important medical blood work at the hotel. Even though the room was fully paid for in advance, I was informed that I could not receive my room number—information required by the medical provider—until the official check-in date. I requested contact from a manager regarding this matter and never received any response. Upon arrival, I was informed that the key-card system was not functioning. I was escorted to my room merely to have it unlocked, and later had to return to the front desk to obtain a key. This is not an acceptable process in any hotel, much less one that presents itself as a luxury property. There was no soap in the bathroom. After nearly 24 hours of travel, arriving exhausted and expecting a simple shower, discovering that a luxury hotel room lacked basic hygiene amenities was shocking. The sink was partially clogged, making even brushing my teeth unpleasant. The television did not function properly. The remote control was unreliable, the internet connection was poor, and streaming services were unusable. No outlet adapters were available. When we called the front desk, we were told the hotel does not provide them—an astonishing omission for an international hotel brand. Our room keys were deactivated six separate times within a 24-hour period. We were repeatedly forced to walk back to the front desk, present identification, and have the keys reissued. This level of operational failure is deeply frustrating and unacceptable. The breakfast experience was also underwhelming and inconsistent with the expectations associated with your brand.
