Ok, this hotel just hit my #1 ranking in SP, and among the top 3 in all hotels I've stayed. Just amazing. The reception may fool you because I checked in during the night, and I thought the ambiance was very dark (kind of Brazilian thing). Later, when I got to the room, it looked like it came out of Vogue magazine. Soft music, a staff member explaining everything… to feel cared for and pampered. Regret not taking pictures. The rooftop is a must-visit, not the best view, but to admire the architecture and interior design, just outstanding.
Not a big fan of Fasano hotels, but I really like this one. Well located for business or weekends, excellent restaurant downstairs, modern rooms.
impeccable service, the de was spectacular. but the AC was off, in a 36 celcius night, super hot environment. Also our table was full of used glasses, no clearing out
This hotel is amazing! I stayed in here in November and had an amazing time. All the staff were incredible, especially the tall doorman who was so helpful and lovely!! The amenities are great, gym had everything I needed, room service was excellent, and the food was delicious.
Everything was wonderful. Brand new hotel with amazing breakfast and extremely clean rooms and amenities. Staff was wonderful. Definitely the best high-end hotel in São Paulo to stay.
