I was supposed to have them arranged the transport from the port to Oia hotel but my ferry was cancelled due to bad weather. I ended up arriving via the airport but they were flexible enough to switch my pickup to the airport for a small top up. Very friendly and driver was waiting with my name clearly displayed.

We enjoyed the wonderful transformation services duryour visit to Santorini. Always just a quick message away to book transportation on the island. The vehicles we used were all very clean and the drivers were very friendly and on time. I would highly recommend this company and look forward to using them again during my next visit to Santorini. Booked a viator pick up from the Santorini airport to our hotel in Fira. Our flight was late but we were communicating with the team and they were ready for us when we arrived. Spiros was great! Driver was a no show! I scheduled a 3:00 am pick up from the hotel to take us to the airport. The day before I sent the driver a message confirming the pick up time, location and drop off destination. Got a response saying everything was good to go. We were outside of the hotel at 2:45 am…3:20 no driver. I sent a message but didn’t get a response. Contacted Viator and they didn’t get response. We had to order a taxi last minute in order to make it to our flight on time. I understand things happen but to just simply ignore a customer is not ok.

We used this company for multiple transfers over the course of the week for a 6 person family. Our airport transfers were seamless with Kostas both times. We also had him as a driver for an entire day during a catered tour with our fantastic guide Stelios. He was such a wealth of knowledge and was even able to take us to a couple extra spots based on our interests. They then dropped us off at a recommended restaurant and picked us up at the end of the meal. Super easy to coordinate with last minute and always on time.

Ripped off. I was charged for transportation I did not receive because the driver would not adjust our pickup time to accomodate for our delay arriving into Santorini from seajets which I had no control over. What a scam and rip off!

This company was great for our transportation in Santorini. They were very accommodating and flexible with my group. We made a change last minute to go in town instead of back to our hotel and they didn’t make a big deal and still accommodated us. When we had a change from Ferry to having to take flight from Mykonos due to wind advisory they also accommodated us because the time was super early. They always communicated and were professional. My fiancé and I booked Santorini Transfers to take us from the ferry port to our hotel in Oia. We found their contact information online and made an inquiry, the response was timely and polite. Our driver was funny, informative, and very positive. We were impressed with his driving skills on the narrow Santorini roads. Although our hotel offered a transfer service, we once again booked Santorini Transfers to take us to the airport, as the rate was better, and we had such a great experience with them on our first trip. Communication was fast and simple by email, and we found them easily at the busy port. Highly recommend!
