Very unreliable and poor communication, especially Anta and George. We arranged a prepaid private transfer to/from Perissa for 80 EUR which felt expensive but I was willing to pay for convenience. We were told to request the pickup 30 minutes prior to departure. After several messages and phone calls with no responses we had to book a one-way return. The return was the same cheaper (35 EUR) in a much nicer car with a friendly, knowledgeable driver. We waited only 5 min. My advice is to use drivers that your hotel or restaurant recommends and not use a service like sunbird.

Great Intro To Santorini - Costas our driver had to wait 90 minutes for us because the ferry was late. He welcomed us to the island and helped us get a feel of the place in the ride to Oia. He was jamming with his music. Definitely recommend him.

We had wonderful service from this company. We originally booked our transfer through booking .com. Which is how we found them. They found us easily at the Airport upon our arrival. We continued to use sunbird transfer service during our stay in Santorini. We had exceptional service from Stavroula,George, Viggalus, ( who had to turn around and come back to deliver my phone when I left it in his van) Nikolaus ( who helped me change the mess that booking.com made on my return transfer when booking.com would not) and Bill who was able to pick us up a little earlier than I first asked for to get us to the port in plenty of time. We were picked up by Chris, he was wonderful! By far the best driver we have ever had and a very friendly man. He was on time and made sure we could easily find him at the port, he assisted us with our bags and took the extra time to introduce us to the various features of Santorini on our way to our accomodation. When I booked my transfer is said “private transfer”. So to me that means not shared When we got to the port a guy was holding a sign with our name and 2 other names. We waited at least 10-15 min for him to find the other people. By the time he found the last coupe almost everyone had cleared out. Then he takes us to a van with everyone. I told him we had a private shuttle. He said he didn’t know about that and maybe because ferry was late. My husband is 6’5” and was squished in the back. Then to make matters worse he dropped off everyone Else first then us. Which again was why we wanted a private transfer.
