Santorini: Private Transfers To / From The Airport (Jtr)

Be very careful before you book with this company. We booked a taxi from the airport to the resort. The website boasts that it tracks flights and we (obviously wrongly) assumed the taxi would be waiting for us (the flight landed about 15 minutes ahead of schedule and we whizzed through Santorini airport very quickly. We couldn’t see a driver with a name placard for us and as time went on the line for Jet2 transfers to the resort had become empty for a while. We had no choice to go with the coach transfer despite already having a prepaid taxi booked. On the way to the resort we were liaising with the company and this is my issue. Even though the website states it tracks flights you’re actually booking a taxi at a set time, we had booked a taxi for 12:30pm. The gent I communicated with was bolshy and of no help whatsoever. He stated that his driver arrived at 12:29pm and it was our fault that we left. No understanding of the situation at all, no offer of help to resolve the situation. My concern is I asked him. 3-4 times not to reply and we would pick this up when we got home. He completely ignored me and kept messaging, even reducing himself to putting laughing emojis on my responses. This is not a professional, helpful outfit but a money grabbing company who resort to harassing you when you have asked them to leave you alone and mocking with childish emojis. We will actively be telling anyone we know to avoid this clown show of a company should they ask. Appalling customer ‘service’!

Nikos was exactly on time and greeted us with a sign with our name on it. He carried our heavy suitcases for us to save my poor back. Then he told us very helpful information on our ride to Oia. Great experience!

This transfer was prompt, attentive, and courteous. The vehicle was clean, ample room for two. There was no bottled water as listed, which was not an issue for us but could be for others. We also didn’t ask so could be that it was upon request.

The driver was on-time. He did not speak much English; however, he was friendly. We are glad that we booked this transfer because of the limited taxis available on Santorini.

Very professional and reliable. We would use this car service again. They stayed in contact with us and told us some history about Athens on our way to the hotel.

Our polite and friendly driver was waiting for us as soon as our flight landed in Santorini to take us to the port to catch our SeaJet.

Good to have this after a long trip to greet us and helped with our luggage. Would use this service again

Very kind driver, great service, on time, clean and nice car, easy to find. Highly recommend! Thanks.

The driver was great. He was early for the pickup and got us to the airport quickly and safely. This ride was half of what the hotel quoted for a ride to the airport

We had a fantastic experience with Mr. Mocanu and his team! The car was spotless, and they were incredibly friendly and professional throughout our journey. Pickup was right on time, and they impressed us with the knowledge of the local history, sharing fascinating insights along the way. The driver also took us to some amazing spots for photos. The thoughtful touch of having cold water in the car was much appreciated. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a smooth, enjoyable, and informative tour experience!

Our flight was delayed but our driver monitored the flight arrival and was at the airport to take us to the hotel. He was also easy to contact via Whatsapp. He called our Hotel and told them we were on our way so that someone was there to meet us. Very happy with the service.

Great transfer and on time. The driver was friendly and the service was great. Communication with the team was also smooth.

Driver came a little early and got us to the airport early. Very friendly and was a smooth ride. I would definitely recommend.

Very Professional Transportation Service provided by this firm. We would recommend them to everyone.

On-time, friendly and professional! Very smooth pick-up and prompt response to our messaging queries as well. High recommend.

Was waiting right outside with my name clearly displayed. Quick transfer, friendly service and decent price for large private transfer to VRBO.

Nikos was friendly, helpful and very knowledgable on the Island. Our flight was delayed but he was still there when we arrived and he helped give us a lot of recommendations on things to do throughout Santorini. He also helped us afterwards with transport and referred us to others. Highly recommend Nikos!

Very pleased with the transfer from the cruise port to Santorini. Driver was very friendly and professional. Pleasant experience.

Was on time and was great service. Made it easy and effortless. Luggage was taken for you and felt safe throughout.

We loved our driver. Five stars! Very accommodating and friendly. Came early at the last minute. Thank you!

Nikos and Jessica run a fantastic operation. They are communicative, prompt, helpful, willing to adapt, and very well-priced. We made two trips with them, which were both excellent. If you are looking for reliable and reasonably priced taxis on Santorini, Mocanu is your best bet!

Driver was on time. He arrive at the exact time we booked for pickup! The conversation was great! He offered up water. The whole trip was excellent!

He was on time, communicated well through WhatsApp and the price was very reasonable! Thanks for the great transfer!!
