We had an outstanding experience with Brothers Travel in Santorini, and George truly went above and beyond from start to finish. Before we even arrived, George stayed in constant communication with us and helped coordinate a private boat transfer from the Old Port, where our cruise tender docked, to Ammoudi Bay. Unfortunately, our tender arrived late, so the private boat had already left to pick up another group (arranged thru Anemos Sea Trip). Our only option was to wait about an hour at the port for the shared water taxi. Although this situation was completely outside of his control and had nothing to do with Brothers Travel, George stayed in touch with both us and the boat company throughout the entire process. He kept us updated, made sure everything was being handled, and patiently waited over an hour for us without hesitation. When we finally arrived at Ammoudi Bay, George was there waiting for us. His vehicle was spotless, comfortable, and in excellent condition. Later that day, when he picked us up in Oia for our return to Fira, he arrived right on time as promised. Even after dropping us off and after we had returned to our cruise ship, George continued helping us by contacting the boat company and making sure we received a price adjustment since we weren’t able to use the private transfer we had originally arranged. It honestly felt like we had more than just a driver—we had someone who genuinely cared about making our day go as smoothly as possible. George’s professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to go above and beyond turned what could have been a very stressful experience into a positive one. Highly recommend their services. Truly went above and beyond expectations. My Airbnb check in wasn’t until 3pm, so they kindly offered to hold my luggage after picking me up from the airport. They dropped me into town so I didn’t have to carry my bags around then picked me up again once my check in was ready. The level of kindness and thoughtfulness was exceptional. Extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I would absolutely use them again!
We used brothers service twice in our stay, to a vineyard and also into Fira. Easy to book, drivers were on time and flexible when we needed to come back earlier. Vehicles, clean and well maintained. The drivers are friendly and knowledgeable as locals on Santorini. I would highly recommend this service. Particularly good for me with reduced mobility at the moment.

We were on the cruise ship embarking in Fira just for a day, therefore, we were eager to see Oia, the most fabulous village in Santorini. We contacted George, the owner of the company on whatsapp around a week in advance. Travelling with a baby, we had numerous questions. George was patient and efficient in providing all necessary information. We booked the return transfer from Fira to Oia. On the tour day, however, because of the strong winds, the tendering process slowed down and we panicked we would not be able to get to Oia. George kept our spirits up by ensuring that whatever time we got to the shore we would have the tour of Oia. He personally met us in Fira and drove to Oia. Having visited Oia, we were driven back to Fira by Lefteris, a polite, sociable and helpful driver. We were truly delighted to have booked transfers with such a reliable company which made our visit to Oia possible and memorable. Our appreciation goes to George for his efficiency, punctuality and reliability.
A huge family of us went over to Santorini this month for a family wedding. Everyone used Brothers Travel throughout the week for airport transfers, excursions and transfers to and from the wedding. Normally, I just wing it and take a taxi from the airport, however, I was traveling from Athens to Santorini, and was unsure what island transportation would be like. Literally the night before I booked Brothers Travel I figured if I didn’t hear from them, I would wing it and hope for a taxi. I woke up to a message from George confirming my pick up. Not only was he there waiting, he followed my flight, which was a bit delayed. He was kind, helpful and professional. I will definitely use them again on my return.
