Santorini Private Tour: Highlights & Optional Wine Taste

My friend and I did the 6 hour tour with a ferry pick up and hotel drop off. Manolis and Chryssi brought ua to the iconic photo spots and gave us a great tour of the island. Manolis suggested a family taverna at Kamari beach for lunch and we liked it so much we went back the following day. We had an issue with our hotel check in and Chryssi and Manolis were so helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this family owned company. They were excellent! I will use them again if I ever return to Santorini.

We had an amazing time on this tour. It was just my me and my wife, and Chryssi and Manolis made it an unforgettable experience. They tailored the experience to meet our needs. Chryssi acted as our personal photographer as we visited all of the sites, and she captured some amazing photos for us. The van was large and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this tour, and when we return, we'll be using them again!

I originally scheduled an airport transfer through Tripadvisor with MD Group Transfers and Tours for our extended family of 7. I discovered that they also arranged tours so I reached out directly on their website after receiving my confirmation. To our delight, we received an immediate response from Chryssi, who went on to arrange a 3 hour tour of the island, a wine tasting at a local vineyard, multiple transfers to restaurants and a return transfer to our ferry. We were in the best hands, brought to the best locations for photos, Chryssi even booked restaurant reservations for us!!! We had our own personal travel advisor in Santorini and we felt spoiled and well taken care of. Do not hesitate to book with Chryssi and the team at MD Group Transfers and Tours. (We also were gifted some beer wine which we all enjoyed on our last night.)

He was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to accommodate our specific requests on how we wanted to spend the day.

Great experience. Definitely worth it. We were able to see all of the Island’s main spots. Manolis was super informative and really seemed like he knew everything about Santorini. We got so many beautiful pictures, history lessons, and views. It was 10/10 experience.

Chryssi and Manuello adopted the tour to our wants and needs which was just perfect. We were not rushed at any stop, had plenty of time and just enjoyed our 4 hours. Chryssi was thorough in giving us history and information but did not overload us with too much. The wine tasting stop at the end was a perfect way to finish. I would highly recommend the tour, Chryssi as your guide and Manuelo as your driver. They will not disappoint!

We had a customised tour with specific spots we wanted to cover on the island. It was a great experience with our driver - Manolis. He explained us everything very nicely and also showed us all the key spots that we wanted to see. Would highly recommend taking this tour and also try Manolis as the driver.

I had such a good time in the tour. The driver was lovely and local. He gave us all the information about the history of the island and also many local tips. He was funny and honestly help us take amazing photos. We did the four hour tour including wine tasting and the time flew! We visited the cliff side villages like Firostefani, Oia, Imerovigli and wine museum and saw underground museum plus 3 local wines. I highly recommend it.

Awesome!!!!! Instead of a typical cookie-cutter tour, it felt like we were exploring the island with a friend who truly loves the island. Our driver from MD Group knew exactly how to avoid the heavy crowds at the tourist hotspots and showed us hidden corners of Santorini that you just won't find in travel guides. The van was spotless and the driving was impeccable, which is a big plus given the island's narrow roads. A stress-free day full of incredible views!! 😍

You cannot go wrong with booking a tour with Manolis and Chrissy! They are friendly, personable, and speak so passionately about Santorini and the history of it. What would’ve taken us all day to get through ourselves, we got to see within a few hours. They dropped us off at an incredible place to get lunch that I don’t think tourists would typically find and recommended some great dishes, everything there tasted amazing. They dropped us off and picked us back up approx an hr later which was plenty of time for us to eat and have dessert. We had a group of 6 of us and we were able to get the perfect balance of a tour with some personal time to ourselves to explore. They were punctual, communicative, and we also felt very safe with them. They truly care about the experience they give and put their heart into this service. Truly a gem of a find. We had a 5-hour tour in Santorini and it was a great experience. Pick-up from the cable car was easy and well-organized. Even though we had limited time, we managed to see so much — the Red Beach, White Beach, some lovely villages, and we stopped for a nice lunch. The highlight for us was the famous Three Bells Church with the volcano in the background — such an amazing view! We ended the tour with a beautiful stroll through Oia. Perfect way to see the island when time is short. Highly recommended!

We took the 6-hour tour, and it was tailored to our wishes in advance via email. Chryssi, our tour guide, was great; she explained the entire history of Santorini and selected beautiful hotspots. We saw the whole island and still had time for ourselves. The driver was very nice and good and drove us safely around the island.
