Santorini Oia Private Tour With Panoramic Scenic Views

Our tour was amazing and our guide Kostas came highly recommended. Cannot say enough good things about him as our guide just made that tour do much more enjoyable. He was very knowledgable, took the time to show you things you would have missed on a group tour. He knew short cuts so you did not have to wait in line for sights. We are planning another trip next year to Santorini again and will be booking with him again,

This was an amazing tour for a large and chaotic family. We were coming off a cruise and here for only one day and this tour made the most of our time. Our guide was Thanos and he was magnificent! We also had Mike and Michael because we were such a large crew (20 people) and we needed 3 cars to drive us all. All three of them were so informative, patient, kind, and accommodating. We had people of ages from 5 to 70 and every single person took something positive from the tour. Mike was the driver for me and he handled everything from little kid tears to grown up questions and an impromptu loud car sing along with a great attitude and amazing sense of humor. I cannot recommend these guys enough. They also were able tailor the tour to our needs (we had little kids with little attention spans and grown adults with bad knees, they were flexible and ensured we all got to see a little bit of everything haha). Thanos was so informative and charismatic. Michael was so present and intuitive. And Mike was a superstar who was ready for anything we threw at him. Awesome gentleman, awesome experience, awesome day! Truly cannot recommend enough.

We just left Santorini and enjoyed a fabulous five star private tour with Mike. He made us feel like VIPs…. showed us all the best picture taking spots, taking us past all the lines (they were long!) to get the best pictures! He took us to a cute little hidden village where we purchased gelato and also took us to the Black Sand Beach for a wonderful lunch at a beach club. He’s a local and knows the island well! Our tour guide Giannis was excellent. It was the best tour we had on vacation and the most beautiful island of our vacation. He was very informative friendly and just told us so much information. We were so pleased he had so much knowledge he brought us to his home town, the black and red sea. He was wonderful. Our private tour guide Sakis greeted us with extreme hospitality , transported us back into time of the ruins and landmarks making history fun again. Of course he didn’t need much help with the picturesque backgrounds Greece has to offer. The early Athene Noctua (little owl ) definitely “got the worm” and was able to see all the views requested, before all the cruise ships unloaded their groups causing chaotic lines for the churches and blue tops. Allowing us to stop at a local bakery, shops, and the breathtaking hike to the top of the cliff on the beach (violinist playing ) to end an exquisite tour. Sas efcharistó & Yamas Sakis

We had a great private tour with George. He was extremely knowledgeable of the sites and history but as importantly he knew how to navigate around the crowds. He was a pleasure to spend time with and to experience Santorini.

We had an amazing time, Santorini is beautiful! After a long two weeks of exploring Europe a nice car tour with stops was just what we needed. Our driver/guide vasilis was very kind and knowledgeable. Would recommend!

We were delayed in getting off the ship due to having to tender and the rough seas. George was our guide and he communicated freely with us via WhatsApp reassuring us that he would be waiting for us whenever we were able to get there (for those that do not know - the meeting point is at the top of the cliff but you arrive via tender at the pier down below. There is a gondola or you can walk or ride a donkey to the top). Though our time was cut short by a couple of hours, George took the stress away by reassuring us, being so kind and flexible! He was warm, engaging, and tailored the time we had to maximize our experience according to our preferences. We ended our day with the most delicious meal at a seaside restaurant of his recommendation. Amazing!!

We had a wonderful day exploring beautiful Santorini with Nicholas! He picked us up at Ammoudi Bay so we didn’t have to deal with the cable car and crowds. And then he drove us around the island to Oia, Imerovigli, Pyrgos, the highest point of Santorini, and more! We saw about 75% of the island and loved every bit of it! Nicholas was awesome and helped us navigate and avoid the crowds. This is a big deal, especially in August! We would highly recommend this tour. Tasos, our guide was very informative and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Tasos ensured that we were able to see the sights before they became too crowded. We were picked up at 8am and dropped back to our hotel by 11am and that gave us enough time to enjoy the sights. We would recommend this tour as you get a much more personalised experience and you best the crowds. You will notice lots of other tours which are much busier and arrive later in the day. We bypassed all of them and focused on what we wanted to see. Thank you Tasos, you helped us have a great experience.

Tasos showed us the beautiful blue domed rooftops, explained the culture on the island, got us to wonderful locations of breathtaking views for great photos, and got us as close as possible to the cable car. He was so kind and patient especially with my mom who had walking issues. Highly recommend!!!

Michael was a fantastic driver and tour guide. He coordinated in advance our link up time. Was exceptionally early and even volunteered to start our tour sooner. He gave us options on the best places to visit. We ended up going to Oia and a vineyard. To my surprise, he took exceptional pictures with my camera so that i did not need selfies the entire time. We stopped at several picture taking spots along our drive. His Mercedes van was spacious, clean, and he had water for us with maps as well. When I return to Santorini, I’ll use Michael again. He exceeded our expectations.

Our guide, George, met us in the melee that was the top of the cable car! How he found us in that mob I’ll never know! Great personality and fun to be with, we had spirited conversation about Greece, past and present. He expertly guided us to the areas that were important for us to explore and get the best experience on Santorini! After he left us we made our way back to the cable car. The tour operator sent us a message informing us that two glasses of wine were waiting for us at Kastro and to ask for Thanos. We were shown to a beautiful table with a million dollar view and treated like royalty by Thanos! A marvelous ending in Santorini!
