Santorini Half-day Small Group Tour: Villages, Oia, Caldera Views

LOTS OF WALKING on uneven cobblestone! Our tour guide was amazing. She was kind and very knowledgeable. We saw lots of beautiful places and had a little time to shop on our own, after our "surprise".

They make every effort to accommodate you! We were late because we couldn't get earlier tender, but they sent a r to catch us up to the tour!

It was a wonderful tour! We learned a lot about the island and got to see many different sights. The transportation was easy in being picked up and dropped off at our hotel.

The tour guide Nathalie spoke excellent English and knows everything about this area. She walked with the group every where and was friendly and courteous to everybody . Tour was a good introduction of Santorini and highlighted most of the famous points . We highly recommend this tour to people who are first time in Santorini.

Our experience was amazing as we felt we saw most of the highlights of the island in this tour. Emmanuela was informative and patient. We also got lucky with the weather and rains were clear for us to enjoy the beautiful views and able to get wonderful photos!

Emma was a knowledgeable and accommodating local guide. Who took us to all the great spots for photos and also offered to take the photos for you. Nothing was too much trouble. Always making sure everyone was OK with the steps and heat.

Neflesa (sp?) Was an excellent ans enthusiastic tourguide. Loved all our stops and the scenery was awesome! She explained the history at each stop and told us the Greek way about festivals. We all thoroughly enjoyed this tour and would highly recommend it! Amazing day! Sandy and Jerry!😊

Awesome 5 hour tour in Santorini. Emma our tour guide was Fantastic! Very friendly and knowledgeable of all the areas we visited. Costa our driver was also very good. Nice clean air conditioned People Mover. We only had limited time being on our cruise but we weren’t disappointed. Highly recommend. Love to return one day.

Very nice to know about the history of the island and to know the Greece culture. The islands rulers before. How the locals cultivating winery’s.

It’s was good we had a great time the views where incredible the young girl who was our tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable If your on a cruise take the AM tour to leave plenty of time for return to cruise ship

This was a really perfect way to see the highlights of Santorini in an efficient way. this tour will give you a good sense of where you might wanna go back and other places you might wanna visit on the island. Our guide was wonderful. She grew up on Santorini, love the island and was able to share a lot of interesting history and culture. She kept us on time and we had opportunities to take a lot of pictures and even spend an hour in OIA on our own. our driver was great as well.

This is a good overview of Santorini. Our guide was a local and spoke excellent English. I would have liked to have longer in the traditional village and less time in Oar.

Did the morning version of this tour. Great and informative tour of the key places and sites with apt time at each location, other than at Oia, to fully experience it. The guide was very friendly and truly enjoyed her work. She provided all details, facts and stories in a very enthusiast manner. Only 4 stars due to not enough time provided to enjoy Oia. The provided 1 hour meant we ended up rushing from one crowded attraction to another just to get them in. Definitely need to increase this stop to 2 hours. Alternatively, start the tour half an hour earlier and make Oia the very 1st stop so then can avoid the afternoon crowds and see the sites in a more relaxed manner. Otherwise, a great tour that we enjoyed immensely.

A great way to see the island. Check the cruise schedule to make sure there’s not too many boats in, when you do the trip. We went with one ship in, and it was still busy in Oia.

It was very nice and organized. The tour guide and driver were so sweet, knowledgeable, and humorous. Nethelee and Phillip were amazing. They picked us up from the hotel, and we were able to explore a lot of each city. While in the van she was still explaining the history of Santoriniz

An amazing tour guide and driver.the guide was very informative and was able to answer questions that were throw at him there were a number or stops in the different villages the gentle walks and lots of information from the guide.

Fun trip overall. Lots to see. Decent van. Good guide. Lots of info. Good ice cream. It was snout right at each stop as far as time. Cost was decent for what we got to see. It’s a zoo at the oia sunset!

Pick up was punctual Sofia was a lovely tour guide very informative. Four stops at four very picturesque villages, a great way to see some of the highlights of the island if you are not sure about navigating the very winding roads and hills by car.

Awesome tour. I’m not sure what our tour guide was but she was a native to Santorini and an exceptional tour guide. We did the half day walking tour or Santorini. It was incredibly informative. So picturesque!

Gave us a good understanding of the history of the island. Got to see several beautiful sights and we were able to grab dinner in Oia.

Nejili was extremely thoughtful and knowledgeable, and gave us lots of wonderful anecdotal information about her hometown. Philip, the driver, was friendly and safe.

We enjoyed the half day excursion with a very informative tour guide, who was able to combine historical information with fun facts throughout the tour. The driver was very friendly, and skilled when manouvering the vehicle on narrow, winding roads.

Such a good trip picked up early by Costas and then collected guide Sara and other guests only 10 of us so easy to get about. Sara was so lovely and told us so much about the island and places we visited in a fun and friendly way. Such a great trip got a real feel for the beautiful island. Definitely recommend, thanks for great day.

It was one of the best tours we have ever experienced. Safeli was an amazing knowledgeable guide and always made it easier for us to get on and off van after walking . Top notch service from start to finish.

Perfect if you’re short on time and want to get in a little history plus hit some main spots while in Santorini. We booked at last minute and appreciated the transfer pick and return to our hotel. Neth was very knowledgeable and fun! The only thing I would recommend is a built in stop for bathroom break

A very enjoyable afternoon/evening trip around the island. Our guide was Nefeli and she was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about all things Santorini. Our driver Costas was superb and negotiated some challenging roads with ease. A well organised tour with toilet stops and a welcome ice cream included. Highly recommend this trip to anyone on their first visit to the island.

We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel before and after the tour. Our Guide Gregory was fantastic, he was very knowledgeable and engaging with a great sense of humour. The driver was Philip who did a great job driving through some very tricky roads. The tour was excellent with lots of interesting historical information about Santorini. Excellent tour! One of the best we’ve ever taken with Viator. The guide Nefeli was very knowledgeable, entertaining, answered all my questions (and I have a lot 😊), and provided extensive information about the island’s nature, history, religions, and cousin. The driver Filipp amazed me, the driver with 45 years of experience, with his skills expertly navigating narrow streets and sharp turns, even in heavy traffic. All in all, the tour is highly recommended!

This was all around an amazing tour. Nefeli, our tour guide, was a born and raised “Santorinian”. The tour took us to different towns on the island. Nefeli had so much interesting information about the island culture, history and geography. I would highly recommend this tour. Our driver Kostas was caucious and experienced driver.

You get a chance to see and learn about the island. We went places I would never have visited on my own.

We had a fantastic time and leaned so much about Santorini from our travel guide, a warm, welcoming young lady who has lived here all of her life. She gave detailed information about each destination, explained things as we passed them in transit and shared stories of her family history and Greek dishes to try. The tour finished with a refreshing complimentary gelato. We felt the time and money was well spent on doing this tour on our first visit to Santorini.

Our guide was wonderful and imparted a great deal about Santorini history and its people. The tour brought us to various points on the island which were all interesting.
