Wonderful tour, Stratos was very friendly and gave us an excellent tour of the island finished with wine tasting and excellent spot to watch the sunset. He contacted us before visiting WhatsApp which was really helpful in planning the tour. Would definitely recommend.

We booked a 12 person tour (Private tour Santorini: explore the island in one day) of Santorini while our cruise ship was docked for the day. Stratos was an amazing tour guide. From communication in what’s app and transportation for the day (we took a private water taxi to the van rather than the cable cars, and the van driver was an excellent driver), the day ran very smoothly. Stratos made us feel very comfortable with his flexibility in where we wanted to stop for the day, if we wanted lunch, etc and to ensure we would be back to the ship in time. We hope to visit Santorini again in the future and will definitely be contacting Stratos again.

At the end of a tour through the Cyclades we were in Santorini for 48h. Stratos, our guide, made us have very nice tour of the island. We saw most of the best places and he was so interesting as we learned so much things about geology, history, culture of Santorini and Greece, winery... We had free time to take pictures. We did a couple wineries, akrotiri (small Pompeii) lighthouse, Pyrgos, black beach and more. Pace was relaxed but we saw a lot. Strathos is like a local bespoke guide book in your pocket! We visited all the must-see southern spots (per our request). — This was the perfect way to kick off our stay in Santorini! I booked a private tour because I have a 4 year old and worried about his behaviour as part of a group tour. I messaged Stratos in advance and asked if he could accommodate us and he was very swift with his reply and booked us in. He was very communicative on the lead up to our cruise arrival and was very accommodating with timings which could be different depending on how quickly we could get off the ship. Once on land he quickly met us at an easy to locate point and began our tour. He provided an amazing tailor made tour, highlighting the areas of interest people want to see, gave us free time in Oia, added in a stop at a winery for a glass with a view but my favourite was how he showed us the real local side if Santorini, driving us into local villages and even waving at his dad. My husband and I literally having stopped raving about Stratos and his tour since. I would and will be recommending him to any and everyone who visits santorini and wants a tailor made, initimate private tour or experience. My husband and I booked the Basic 4-hour Tour with Stratos of Santorini, and it was absolutely amazing! Stratos was friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel like we were exploring the island with a local friend. We visited all the must-see spots — Oia with its postcard-perfect whitewashed houses, Imerovigli with stunning caldera views, Firostefani and its famous Three Bells, the charming Pyrgos village on the hillside, the beautiful black sand beach of Perissa, and the fascinating ancient site of Akrotiri. Each stop was breathtaking, and Stratos shared stories and insights that brought the island’s history and culture to life. Santorini, you are absolutely beautiful — from your views to your people! We will definitely be back, and when we do, we’ll be booking with Stratos again without a doubt. Highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see the best of Santorini with someone who truly loves and knows it.

My family and I had an amazing time on this private tour. It was just the five of us in a private van with our tour guide Stratos… he was amazing. He picked us up at our villa and took us to all the amazing sites. He was super flexible and even took us to a pottery store that was out of the way for us to purchase authentic Santorini pottery… it was unfortunately raining on and off during our tour bet he got us as close as possible to sites… He dropped us back off at our villa at the end of the day… he is very knowledgeable! I would highly recommend him for all your Santorini tours!

We had a great day with Stratos taking us around the island. We had a great meal next to the beach. He had so much knowledge about the island and showed us many interesting landmarks.

Excellent experience of the whole day tour of the island with very friendly and professional guide Stravos. He was excellent , well informed and friendly in nature, excellent communication. Already referred to our family and friends who is planning for the trip.

He tried to cancel my booking for no reason a few days before the tour leaving me without enough time to book something else. I had to beg him not to cancel. Terrible driving on his part, I got car sick. He Kept trying to end the tour before 6 hr mark, asking if it’s okay if he dropped me off early. Nope, not okay. If you pay for 6 hours you want 6 hours. This wasn’t exactly cheap. I did see most of the highlights which is why I didn’t give one star. But honestly, save yourself the hassle and stress and book elsewhere.

Excellent... tours are only as great as the tour guide.. doesn't get any better than Stratos (spelling???). Wonderful way to see the island and get the history!

Fabulous we started out after a big breakfast so didn't have to stop for lunch. We hit 15 stops and covered the entire island. Estradiol was an amazing friendly guide. We highly recommend this tour.

We had a fantastic time with Stratos, who showed us all the gems and jewels of his home island and was very flexible with the weather (it rained, then the sun came back) and the wishes of my kids (go to Lost Atlantis, get ice cream in Oia ;)) and myself (everything else!). We had a great lunch right by the sea at Melina's Tavern and chatted about everything from ancient Greece and our favourite Gods, to Stratos' family heritage here in Santorini, to Harry Potter (my kids led that conversation and Stratos went along beautifully). I know he knows a lot about wine too - it's just not so much my cup of tea ;) but all to say that whatever your interest and group constellation, this is a tour I can highly recommend.

We were very impressed right after we booked the tour before we even left home. Our tour guide contacted us right away through WhatsApp to give us details about the tour and the pickup location. I was very relieved to find an organized tour guide who was kind enough to reach out right away. He picked us up from our hotel which was not on the list of pick up places and he was right on time. He gave us so much history and knowledge about the places we visited in Santorini and gave us great recommendations for further exploration, such as wine tasting, catamaran, etc. He explained everything about Santorini. It helps that he was a former teacher. He took great care of us and was a fantastic photographer as well. We wanted to go to se the Black Beach and he added that to our tour without any extra charge; thus, we got to see all the sights on the itinerary and the Black Beach. He is very patient with our time at each sightseeing area and by the end of the tour, we now have a friend in Santorini. Great tour! Tour guide was very knowledgeable and informative, we all learned so much about this beautiful island and its history. We asked many questions and he was able to answer them all. Tour was catered to our needs as we had one elderly who couldn’t walk much, worked well for all of us.

We took a 4 hour island tour with Stratos and really enjoyed it! We did not rent a car so it was the perfect way to see a lot of the island easily and comfortably, and Stratos gave a lot of information about the island as we went. He also gave us space to explore on our own in some areas, like in Oia for example. We made the request for the tour at the last minute and he was very accomodating as well. Highly recommend!!

We had an amazing tour , Stratos ensured we saw everything we wanted to see and showed us the real Santorini away from the tourist spots . He had a fabulous knowledge of the history of the island and a wonderful sense of humour . Such a great tour with Stratos Chanos! A excellent driver, amazing story teller and top level photos. He just took my phone and snapped away and all of his pictures were again better than any of the one we took within the group. A please personality and all around good guy. We loved this excursion, Stratos came to pick us up at our hotel. The welcome was immediately pleasant and warm. We started with a visit to the monastery where our battery died, we had a good laugh! Followed by a visit to Fira, a stop in Kamari, then Oia. Visits and commentary included. Nothing to say, it was perfect!
