If you want to have someone waiting you with a smile and taking you safely and on time to your hotel and not only that but make sure you enter in and if not call the reception to make sure you’re safe into your hotel - then choose this agency and Dimitris. We’ve never experienced such a good transfer service for so cheap.

Our driver Evita is so nice. We talk a lot in the car and we didn’t even recognise that we arrive at our hotel.

Very disappointing experience. I booked an executive car, but a much more basic car arrived instead. After leaving the terminal, I had to wait around 20 minutes before the driver finally showed up. To make matters worse, the driver Evita was particularly rude and unfriendly, which made the whole experience even more unpleasant.

They meet you outside baggage claim and then have several drivers outside that pack up your belongings and take you to your hotel.

Your name and 20 other names are on two sheets of paper. It is not like the single person holding your name card. You wait up to 15 minutes. They called us a basic taxi. Bigger Groups left in bigger and nicer vehicles. Not impressed for a private service. I could have just used transferred app.

My husband and I had Alexander as our driver from the airport to our hotel in Santorini. Alexander was already waiting at the airport when we landed, he was very friendly and got us safely to our hotel. We definitely recommend!

George and Nikos reached out to me a day before my appointment to confirm travel details and they were in communication on my arrival day. When I got at the Airport I had George waiting for me & he waited until we picked up our checked bags. He even called my Hotel and asked someone to come help me carry my bags considering the stairs/steps that we have to take to get to the hotel. The whole process was smooth and stress free. I would recommend this company!

Worst airport ever. Although pickup was confirmed, no driver at airport. Did not respond to messages and when it was eventually resolved on my side, when I complained, the manager told the driver to stop the car and my family and me next to the road. Absolutely disgusting company. USE AT OWN RISK!!

The most shockingly horrible experience!!!!! After waiting over an hour for our driver to arrive we inquired on booking dot com what we should do (without cancelling) we finally found a contact number for the manager of the company who then sent a driver. Not two minutes up the road from the airport the manager phones and tells the driver to LEAVE US ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD because we had “cancelled and left a bad review” this was not at all true. we had not cancelled and we had not left a bad review anywhere (yet!!!!) Luckily our driver was kind enough to drive us back to the airport. We then booked an uber to get to our hotel (which at this point we could have been at an hour ago) -100/10 experience, absolutely rude and unprofessional behavior NEVER EVER BOOK THIS COMPANY.

Igli was an incredible driver. Very safe and careful but got us to our hotel very efficiently. He picked us up right outside of the airport, he’s super friendly and gave us great recommendations. He also communicated with our hotel, helped with bags, and made sure that we got to the correct meeting spot. He was so pleasant. Thank you, Igli!
