Evita collected us from our villa. She was very friendly & polite and the journey back to the airport was very comfortable. She also help us with our luggage.

I am a travel agent and booked this service for my client. The Car Service did not show and left my client stranded. Client had to call a taxi and pay 4 times the prices of the amount booked with viator. Do not use this vendor.
Very good, polite and friendly driver We traveled from the airport to our hotel, they were waiting after the exit in the airport and we were then quickly transported to our car. It was very clear it was them. We could communicate with them through the website.
I would not book with this company- in fact I think their booking link should be removed from Viator. They confirmed our trip 24 hours in advance via communication on the Viator app and once the time came for pick up, they did not respond to a single message and ultimately never picked us up. We had to scramble and find a last minute ride to the airport from someone in our neighborhood and no one ever followed up about it. Would love to include screenshots of the conversation if possible.

Nikos contacted us the day before to confirm our transfer details and Ilias was our driver who picked us up from the airport - he was holding a sign with our name which made the arrival so much easier and stress free. Ilias helped us with our luggage and was so friendly, during the drive to our accomodation he called our hotel to let them know we were coming. He also gave us lots of helpful tips on places to go and restaurants to try. We highly recommend Sunbird Travel for all airport and port transfers - they are affordable, efficient, friendly and simply the best!!

Transfers both to and from the airport were smooth, easy to find, on time and the drivers friendly and approachable
We booked with Viator, they have a contact phone which we also sent a message to the provider, basically saying “hi, this is me, this is what we booked, here are the times and date”. we got a response saying to send a message to another “provider”, so we did (subcontractor) they in turn said they will contact us within a 24 hour period when tge ride is needed. We contacted them again, saying hey, we’re 16 hours from needing our ride and I also sent message through Viator. Finally we got a confirmation. Well at 3:15AM we were ready for the 3:30AM ride which never showed up!!! We ended grabbing an Uber at 4:15AM. No one answered any calls or messages at that hour. RIDICULOUS!! Viator’s credibility is tanking hard, staying with Expedia…. as for the provider subbing out the service: shouldn’t be allowed to sub and close shop you suck!! The stress at that hour in the morning you caused ash holes!!

We booked a car for a local transfer to the Airport and Adonis picked us up. He was very professional and kind and gave some fantastic local recommendations! Highly recommend.
The rating is for the communication with Sun Bird Travel Agency, who use this booking to connect you with available drivers. My driver arrived close to on-time (around 10 minutes late). The ride itself was fine, and the driver was polite. Some concern with using the mobile phone with driving. However, the communication with Sunbird was horrendous. I had to message them proactively to ask for the pickup time. They never formally confirmed my pickup location. After telling me the pick-up time, they were completely unreachable. No responses to any message on the app, and no answers to their phone line. When our driver was not there 5 mins after our pickup time, I tried calling but no answer. The price is excellent on the island, but you get what you pay for. We made it with plenty of time for our flight, but the uncertainty does come with a cost!

Honestly amazing! Best price we could find and were able to drop us at 6am. Super happy and thankful for our service. Very easy to communicate with and very responsive.
Driver overslept and was 30min late, but we still made it to the airport on time. He was very apologetic and thankfully we had plenty of time, the airport is small so there were no issues.
