The location was literally 1 minute walk to the main bus station in fira. Which made it very convenient upon arrival and when leaving. The service received at the hotel was very helpful and good. They defintely were there for the customer. If I go to santorini again, I would stay here again
I am highly dissatisfied with my stay at this hotel. For £90 a night, the quality was completely unacceptable. First of all, the shower area is ridiculously small. Even as a petite person (163 cm tall and weighing 50 kg), I found it incredibly cramped and uncomfortable. It uses a cheap plastic shower curtain, and the curtain rod looked so unstable that it felt like it could fall down at any moment. To make matters worse, the bathroom cleanliness was awful—the bath mat were visibly dirty. The amenities were also lacking. There was no hairdryer and no bottled water provided in the room. On top of that, the Wi-Fi reception was extremely poor and barely usable. My sleep was also completely disrupted. On Sunday, loud church bells started ringing every single hour from 8:00 AM onwards. Then, at 9:30 AM, housekeeping knocked on my door while I was still asleep. Charging £90 a night for this kind of service and quality is an absolute rip-off. I definitely do not recommend this place.
I had a really great stay at Hotel Santorini in Fira. The rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable, and the staff is always kind, friendly, and helpful. One of the best things about this hotel is the location — it’s right in the center of Fira, next to the KTEL bus station, which makes it super convenient to explore the island. You have so many transport options and you’re close to everything: restaurants, shops, cafes, and the main attractions. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini!
Only recommend for max 1 day stay. Hotel has a lot of potential but it not taken care of well, great location right in front of bus and taxi station with restaurants 1 minute walk away. Rooms aren’t deeply cleaned, the floor had dust on it and the bathroom had stains all over, hallway lights aren’t turned on at night , they only tidy up ur room when you put the “please clean my room sign” and not deeply clean it. Breakfast was a set menu but it was nice and fulfilling
I stayed here a total of 5 days, and although the room is maybe a bit small, it is perfectly functional. They serve a nice breakfast, the staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. One of the best things is the location to the local bus terminal, it is so easy to get to to access a bus anywhere on the Island
