Very beautiful place with caldera view. Essan was so helpful. My kids loved the pool and the private Tub so much. We got a free upgrade. Very nice breakfast.

The property is not good at all. We booked through booking.com didn’t match to what they display on booking.com pictures. The room description mentioned specifically private caldera views from room. To be on safer side I checked and confirmed with property through messages 3 times if we will be able to see caldera through our private room and the property confirmed. But upon reaching we realized they lied. There rooms don't even have a window. They are frauds. After reaching they just say this is what they have and they are fully booked. Worst experience. Bathroom is very old. No wifi or network inside room. There is no ventilation in the room. The pool which they mention is not where you stay its far and small hardly is enough for 4-5 ppl.

The location is fab ! The view of the Caldera is amazing . Terrible service and personnel who attend to you ! There is just one guy who is there to take care of 10 rooms and there was no one to help us with our luggage ! They only appear after 8am strolling in like vacationers themselves ! The breakfast is fixed but it is not good enough for the price they charge ! Overall a place I would not recommend! They just want to capitalise on the location !

The property there is very old and floor looks like it needs change from a long time. Many items in there are rusty. They give you a room for family but no place for a cot also. The room ends before it starts. Bathroom is very old. No wifi or network inside room. The pool which they mention is not where you stay its far. Not safe at all. We left the property after 2 hours of check in as it didn’t match to what they display on booking.com pictures. And they are liars also when we raised those concern with Booking.com they said they offered us upgrade but they never did. They said they are full. We were with our 1 year old so not ever kind or considerate.
