We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Aelia Hotel in Santorini. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. A huge thank you to the two amazing receptionists Illiana and Ambia , who were incredibly kind, warm, and always happy to help. They fulfilled every request with a smile and made our stay truly effortless. Special thanks also to the fantastic bartender Geni, the wonderful waiters, and every single member of the staff. Your hospitality made this experience unforgettable. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, peaceful, and elegantly designed. Every detail made us feel, as if we were staying in a paradise. It was the perfect place to relax with kids and create precious family memories. Thank you for everything. We will always remember our time here and hope to come back again soon. Excellent stay! Great location, free airport transfer, and an amazing young team that was incredibly responsive to every request. They went above and beyond by arranging a late check-out for our late flight, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended!

The whole team was incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and always a pleasure to chat with. Breakfast offered a great selection for vegetarians, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. The hotel was spotless throughout our stay, with all areas consistently clean and well maintained. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would happily stay here again.

Very beautiful hotel, away from the center. I like it was quiet and easy to get from the port. The room was perfect for the 3 of us. We had our own hot tub. Drinks and food were good. Very friendly staff and cats. You have to walk or pay for a shuttle to go to the center. Again, I liked it was away from the buzz and crowds.
