Viña Del Mar And Valparaiso World Heritage Site.

Tour guide never picked me up, end of story. Their excuse was very lame. They said they saw my name for the following day. Very bad experience

Although the day trip was paid for and confirmed I’ve got no information about the pick up time. Tried to contact the provider several times by text and phone and had no answer. As it was the only day I had to sightseeing in Chile my day was totally ruined, as too late to find another provider. Unprofessional and unreliable. I am wondering if it is a scam. I have asked for a refund and I am waiting for it.

Good tour, but most of the part in Portuguese only... difficult to follow... However bothe the driver Augustin and the guide Mattheus are very good guys.

I requested an English speaking guide. The tour was given in a combination of Portuguese and Spanish. I paid full price and could not understand any of the tour. I made it known that I only spoke English, but unfortunately, I was not afforded the opportunity to enjoy the tour like the other guests. If you only speak English, choose a different tour or have your own translator!

We informed we wanted the tour to be in English and it was all in Spanish. If there was no option of English guide, we would have choosen anotjer tour as one of our friend didn't speak Spanish/Portuguese. We felt we were cheated, as English was an option we chose and it was not offered

I really enjoyed the trip. Pablo was very nice and he has extensive knowledge regarding Chile’s history. The only reason I didn’t give 5 starts was the lunch time. I think well for future tours a reservation ahead of time would have been good idea. But everything else was great.

We had 12 people in a comfortable van for a trip to Vina del Mar and Valparaiso. Francesca was our guide and she was very personable and gave us great insight and tours of both cities as well as the surrounding areas on our drive there. Valparaiso is an art haven with art painted on every possible building. It was pretty amazing. There were lots of political statements in the art with the current political climate in Chile. Highly recommend this trip.

These guys were very professional. I appreciated the quick WhatsApp messages, the pickup, the very clean and new van with usb charger. Our driver Daniel made me feel safe. He was reliable. Our guide Hugo introduced us to latin music in the van which was great. He was also reliable and professional. The walk around Valparaiso was great, not too long and not too short. I would suggest providing everyone with a bottle of cold water and maybe a banana for sustenance. Thank you for the experience.

My experience was deeply unsatisfactory. After booking, the company did not provide any response through the available contact channels: they do not answer phone calls, they do not answer emails and their website is disabled, all this prevents any effective management. Additionally, the contracted service was never provided, as no one showed up to pick me up at the selected place and time, without any explanation. The total lack of communication and compliance makes the reservation unfeasible. I would not recommend this service as it involves a waste of time and resources. It was, without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had when booking through Tripadvisor.

The tour with Nacha is Travessia Tourism was very good. She's very charismatic. We really liked the tour the stops and especially her explanations about the locations.

We really liked this experience. it is an excellent way to visit as much as possible of the area with limited time. Nacha and Cesar were excellent guides and were all the time catching up and making sure everything was okay. The visit to pelicans and sea lions left us puzzled, it is a strange practice where a dependence on wild animals to tourism is created. This part of the itinerary really made us sad. It would be good to reconsider this stage. The walk through Valparaiso was excellent, our favorite part. Thank you!

The guide Franco is very good!! Clear and objective in the explanations and nevertheless tell the history and the riches of the places. The tour was punctual in everything.

Our experience with the tour was great! The Nacha guide is wonderful and explains the whole history of the place with great care and attention, in addition to being super fun and make the tour even more pleasant. And to add, the driver Cesar (who is also super fun), gave us a lesson on the moai that was sensational. We love everything!

Viña del mar was the magic drop of the tour.. beautiful ❤️ valparaiso very colorful and welcoming...I liked the places where we visited...the guide (Nacha and Juan the pilot) some kingpins in the services.. very grateful

Great walk! The guide was attentive, gave the group plenty of time to walk and explore Valparaíso, learned to tell facts and curiosities of the region. Valparaíso and Viña del Mar are beautiful and full of history, a must-see tour. However, if you have more time, it is worth spending a night there to have time to enter the museum and Sebastiana, Neruda's home. Since we were on a hit and back tour from Santiago, we only saw outside. Attention: the restaurant where we were taken is a bit expensive (about R$150 per Cover, dish + drink).

The tour with Rosita (La mejor conductora del mundo, mundial), Yuri and Fabrício, made our trip unforgettable, both on the City tour through the center of Santiago, as well as the tour in Vinã del mar. We had already decided to go to Valparaíso and Viña del Mar when we were approached by the Junior seller in the center of Santiago. Junior, a fine catarinense people, was very helpful and attentive helping us even with the exchange and place tips. We win up to a toast! (Sorry Junior,rsrs). At the agency we were very well served. On the day of the tour a Van, comfortable, picked us up at the Hotel and the guide, also photographer, Hugo, equally helpful and attentive gave us good and fun explanations of the places and even took several photos with his camera.
