Tom and I loved the experience e2e. Eduardo was the best guide, telling us history of winery on the way. Our guide at the winery, Fillepe, was equally fantastic. Would do it all over again.

Our guide Nicolas was amazing! This was the 2nd time I did this tour. The tour is very worth the money and learned alot about Chile’s rich wine history and tasted alot of amazing wine. Will be back again! Muchas gracias Nicolas!
Kassandra was a wonderful host! Even though we were the only English speakers on the tour, she went above and beyond to make sure we felt included, constantly checking in on us and doing her absolute best to communicate. We had a fantastic experience—highly recommended for anyone visiting Chile's wineries!
Great winery and experience. However no controls over people who came very late back to our bus. We took off 40 mins late because of stragglers .
We've been to the Chilean wine country several times and had MUCH better tours. Vina Concha del Toro Premium is expensive and not informative or fun. During the tour our group (way too large) was handed over to 6 different guides of which one (with tasting) was great. It was slow moving and very dated videos and animations that were embarrassing (but kids might like but why do them in a huge winery). We learned nothing and were bored to tears. We left before our final premium tasting as we were handed over to our 7th guide/sommelier. Every other tour we've had in this area has been far superior to this experience. Big is not better.
Turistik tours was amazing. We got to the vineyard on time. Milla was very informative and kept us entertained on the way. We sampled 10 wines plus aged cheese. An excellent time in Chile!
Excellent guide, very professional. Thank you, Benjamín y Héctor. I would highly recommend them.
Easy to book, nice transport, beautiful weather. Enjoyed the tour, very tourist focused not for the wine connoisseur. Wine bar at the end has a nice tasting menu. Mille and Jaime were excellent
Excelente tour. Alondra, our tour guide in charge of taking us there was very nice and informative. She had a great vibe and gave us lots of information about the sites and Chile while riding to the vineyard. The wine tour was the best I have ever taken. We purchased the one with the additional 6 tastings and cheeses. It was called the Marques Tour package. Lucas the guide at the vineyard was well prepared and funny which made the experience a lot of fun. Once we met the sommelier we experienced a great tasting with lots of information and a guide showing us the regions and details of the wines. The facility was spectacular!!!
Great fun experience and excellent winery. Milanti our guide was very informative and impressive changing through three languages.
I had a great experience!! Our guide, Ricardo was very helpful and supportive.
Booked less than 24 hrs before it began, because my original tour was cancelled. Alondra was cheerful and knowledgable. The highlight for me was savoring wine in a vineyard at sunset... I recommend to book the afternoon tour.
Very nice tour Concha y Torro expirience was awesome turistik guys a Jaime the driver and Alondra they was very nice !!! A really good trip !!
Our guide on the bus, Carlos was very friendly and helpful, I give him 5 out of 5. However at the vinyard it was a different matter. We had booked an Engligh language tour and got spanish, which was fine for us, but if we didn't speak spanish it would have been a problem. We were rushed to join a part of the tour which had already started, so we missed the start, and we didn't get to do the sensory experience which was listed in our booking. The parts of the tour that we did get to do were fine. If you are going to do a big vinyard close to Santiago, I think Santa Rita is a better experience overall. I have been there twice and it is lovely.
Lisette was a very good tour guide, fluent in both Spanish and English. She was friendly and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend this tour guide again.
This company first changed the tour I booked, then put me on a Spanish-speaking tour without warning. The worst part was when the tour was over at a winery where they dropped us off, they never came and picked us up at all! I had to pay for an uber to get me back. Do NOT book tours where Turistik is the tour operator. They are the WORST. Viator should not be affiliated with this provider. I complained and no action was taken. Worst tour provider ever.
We really enjoyed this tour! The bus was comfortable and the driver Fernando was excellent The tour guide Alondra gave amazing info about Chile during the drive, and did well at navigating multiple languages to accommodate everyone on the bus You can make your own way to the winery and pay for your own tour - which would be cheaper - but this tour was a well organized, hassle free way to get there. Make sure to book directly with Turistik for the cheapest price, as third party websites charge more
We very much enjoyed the wine tour. The guide on the bus was helpful. And the Tour Guide at the winery was young and enthusiastic. Thesamples of the wine were excellent and generous. I would totally recommend this tour to anyone interested in seeing a working winery in Chile.
This was a well organized tour and my husband and I enjoyed the winery. The tour bus crew Javiera and Janet were informative and helpful and Ana at the site was truly great. Would recommend this tour to friends.
The guide Alejandro and driver Cristobal were very professional. The guide gave us much interesting information about Chile both present day and ancient history.
We left from Santiago to Santa Rita winery. Carlos talked us through the local areas that we saw during the bus ride and also presented what we should expect from the experience and we also received a high level explanation of the Chilean wine culture. After arrival we had a short bike ride (not mandatory as it is a circle). From that point he handed over us to a guide from the winery. He show us the main garden of estate and we tasted 3 wines and visited 3 cellars. The shop has good prices, I brought 11 bottle of wines (I will spend in Chile 2 month), but they have safe packing for the flights. Finally, we had a picknik arranged by Carlos with the company of our wonderful newly met American friends (Amy & Ben).
The good news: had the best salad of my life at their restaurant before the tour. The combo of jamun, queso, figs, nuts and some very tasty salad dressing was spectacular. Lunch was not included on the tour but worth every penny. The bad news: the tour is like going to the movies. Almost the entire tour is reduced to watching little vignettes of a movie with the tour guide, when she wasn’t on her cell phone, pointing to which movie to watch next. The four wine tasting was good in that i realized they had better wine at my pre tour lunch than they were marketing to the people on tour. The prices are French and Italian premium range for the really good stuff, so I passed on buying any there. Worth the experience if only for the salad.
The wine tour itself is excellent. A great 2 hours of informative and entertaining experience. The location is beautiful and modern and the tasted wines very good. My only disappointment was the time to get there, two hours from pick up to deop off and over an hour on the way back. This meant the timings for the day were a little out. Expect to be away for over 6 hours.
Marcelo and Alejando were great!
Experience was amazing! Fernanda and Jeanette were great. Fernada easlily switched from Portuguese to English to Spanish and gave us a great explanation of Chilean wine history! Definitely recommend!
Fernanda and Jeanette were amazing! Fernanda’s ability to switch seamlessly between English, Spanish and Portuguese was very impressive! She provided a great overview of Chile’s history as it relates to wine and it prepped us well to pick up where we left off in the tour. Definitely recommend this tour while in Santiago ;)
This is an amazing tour! The guides were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They went above and beyond for us and always made sure we were ok. The overall experience at Concha y Toro was amazing and we highly recommend it. It’s beautiful and they have done a great job to showcase the work they do through an unforgettable sensory experience. Lots of fun and beautiful place. We ate at the restaurant and the food was delicious. Only downside was that the service was slow so make sure to account for that since the tour leaves on time.
Overall experience was amazing! Benjamin and Hector from Touristik were great and knowledgeable. We liked that Benjamin started the tour in the bus on our way to Concha Y Toro which made the ride feel shorter and entertaining. The bus is clean and in good condition. The tour in Concha Y Toro was amazing. Very well done. Our guide in the winery was great too. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and food is delicious. The only downside was that the service was a bit slow (it took forever to get our food and check) so may want to account for that since the tour ends on time. Overall, we were very impressed and totally recommend it!
Great experience.at concha y toro. Javiera was a great guide.i would definitely recommend this tour when in Santiago.
The winery met above expectations. The sensory tour was an incredible addition to the experience. And our tour guide Marco was very knowledgeable of Chile as well as the wines, climates, and history that lead to their development. I would 100% recommend eating lunch at the winery if you have time. All of the food was delicious with top notch service from the wait staff.
Much longer than I was expecting. 2 hours to get there. The tour itself was very good. Wine tasting was less than expected.
Excellent experience, loved the winery, had an amazing wine tasting and the group was amazing I highly recommend it. Janis was great and Luis (the driver too)
Tour was rushed, guide often couldn’t be heard, too much re the devil brand and devil films not enough time on the process. Interactive smelling section was good. Guide did not control her audience.
It’s a visit to a large winery. You visit the cellars and the fields, you get the local history of the wine, and you taste 4 wines. You also get a souvenir glass.
It was a fabulous winery tour in a wonderfully historic vineyard. The audiovisual and interactive experiences were the best I've experienced on any wine tour I've been on. A must-see if I Santiago, even if you're not into wine
Relaxing not rushed vineyard tour. Guide Janis is friendly and helpful and speaks English. First time visiting. Enjoyable.
We thoroughly enjoyed the tour of the vineyard, our guide was so knowledgable and we loved tasting the wines. However, of the 5 hours advertised, we only spent about 70 minutes on the tour itself. The rest was spent on transport and waiting. We had to wait half an hour later than the scheduled pick up time for other people to arrive. We had to wait half an hour for our tour to start. And we also had to wait 90 minutes after our tour finished to leave on the bus. Incredibly overpriced for what is basically just you hanging around until the next thing happens. Don’t bother booking this tour through turistik, who charge $70+, when you can purchase the same “premium tour” off the vineyard for only $30.
The tour itself was great. Very informative and well structured. Also, the wine tasting and cheese board were very delicious and great value for money. Our tour guides Janis and Janet did everything required to make sure our trip to the vineyard went smoothly. This tour is highly recommended.
Very beautiful vineyard and not so far of Santiago. Braulio and Janet were amazing to indroduce the vineyard and the transport was smooth.
Am usually skeptical on wine tours but this one was surprisingly fun and well paced. Janis (guide) and Gabriel (driver) were patient and efficient. Would highly recommend if you have a few hours to burn while in Santiago. Wine was good and priced fairly. There was also a vineyard “shop” dog that I got to feed some cheese to 🧀 🐶
Overall very good experience! The information was sent on time via whatsapp, and the bus was waiting on time in the morning as instructed. The tour to the Concha y Toro was very well organized. Our guide Janis and driver Gabriel was very helpful and friendly! Would highly recommend this half day trip in Santiago
Janis and Gabriel were great at guiding us to Concha y toro, sharing historical information and chilenean culture. At the vineyard, I had a great time, learnt a lot about vine and had a great time overall
German is a really good guide a lot of information about history and the things you can do in the winery. I recommend using turistic to go to conch y toro
This tour is sill and superficial No resl information bout the history of winemaking in Chile. Agriculture labor social conditions technology or even markets. Its just to sample a few do so wines walk the grounds and buy bottles.
Janes was great, she explained everything and was very helpful The location was closed and love the wine tasting 😋. Hope to come back soon
Completely disappointing, out of those 5 hours of the tour, 1 is spent in the vineyard, 1 is spent on the way and 3 WAITING! Waiting for the bus...waiting to enter the vineyard...waiting to leave. Guide was uninterested. Didn't mention that we will leave with an hour delay only after being asked. Didn't mention that we will need to wait +40 minutes before our tour will start.
The tour guide, George, made the trip a great experience. He kept the whole bus interested in Chile's history and geography.
We loved our trip with Fernando and Armando! They were so knowledgeable and ensured everyone had a wonderful experience! The best way to experience Chilean wine!
You will really enjoy the tour. Warming people and nice wine. Three is no way to scape from that. Chilean Carmenere is the best of the best. Jennifer and Ermendes made your day:
The trip went smoothly. Jorge was helpful and knowledgeable of the area. The winery property and wines were excellent.
