Fantastic tour with Julio as our driver and guide. Julio made the day informative and very enjoyable, his knowledge and passion for Chile and the Santiago region is infectious. The sights we saw and the explanations given about them were interesting. In Valparaiso, the street art is amazing, and he pointed out the differences in the artists approaches in different areas of the city. There were only 2 of us and we didn't feel rushed at all. The winery we ended up at was Emiliana and the wines were very good. They also had Llamas that you could see. All in all, a wonderful day! Thank you for making this such a memorable experience.

Itinerary
Through this route we will reach our destination, first crossing the Curacaví valley, known for its agricultural production, mainly avocados, almonds, corn, potatoes, lemons, etc.
We stop at a restaurant to see some llamas (Andean camelids), try a typical drink (chicha) and use the bathrooms if necessary.
One of the neuralgic points of tourism and the family walk. From this location it is possible to enjoy a panoramic view of practically all the hills of the city, in addition to being a natural balcony towards the Pacific Ocean.
Place where a walk of 1 or 2 hour (according to passenger requirements) is made to appreciate its houses, murals, stairs and architecture in general.
Descent in an old 19th-century funicular to reach the city map.
Main square of the city of Valparaiso, where the General Command of the Chilean Navy is located, a few steps from Prat Pier and the Monument to the Heroes of the Chilean Navy.
Here you can see part of the cruise terminal, some merchant ships, the giant cranes, boats on the bay, etc.
You will stop here to observe the intense activity of the artisanal tasks of the fishermen in the area and the sale of fresh marine products.
We moved to this city to choose a restaurant of local foods, such as seafood, for lunch (not included in the tour price)
We will stop at the front of the corporation's house-museum for you to see an original Moai brought directly from Easter Island.
Podrás fotografiarte en el famoso Reloj de Flores de Viña del Mar. Se trata de un reloj ajardinado, símbolo de la ciudad, que se ubica a los pies del cerro Castillo, frente al balneario de Caleta Abarca.
Stroll along Viña del Mar’s Avenida Perú, a scenic oceanfront promenade where the Pacific waves crash against the rocky shoreline. Admire the elegant architecture of Castillo Wulff and Castillo Brunet, two of the city’s most iconic landmarks, as you enjoy a short coastal walk surrounded by sea views and fresh ocean breeze.
Wine tasting and visit to a vineyard in the Casablanca Valley, internationally recognized for its magnificent and immense wine production.

Our driver was great and tailored the trip as we wanted. Tremendous lunch stop with a nice view. Highly recommend!
Leonardo was a wonderful driver. Very kind and professional, we felt very well cared for. He took us to all the places we wanted to see, and some that we didnt even know about that were great surprises. He also didn't drop us at tourist traps where we felt any pressure to purchase, etc. It was a very pleasant day trip, would recommend!
excellent day trip Leo was articulate, gave us good information, his vehichle was very clean and well maintained and he was willing to work with our needs. Great experience
Leonardo was terrific: organized, safe driver, knowledgeable, dependable and delightful. Emiliana staff upbeat & welcoming.
We have excellent service from the driver/guide Julio who speaks perfect English . He was very punctual to wait for us outside the cruise port gate before 10 a.m. He communicated with me by Whatsapp one date before the pick up. He brought us to La Moneda Palace and Cultural Center, Plaza de Armas and Metropolitan Cathedral, Santa Lucía Hil, Central Market for lunch, Parque Bicentenario, Sculpture Park. Finally, he dropped us at the airport before 6 p.m. The vehicle was spacious and with air conditioning. We had bottle mineral waters during our trip. I have arranged this customized tour booking and confirmation of the service with Jaime. He is very responsive on my questions. I paid 10% deposit to secure the booking through the Payment Platform We Travel.
A delightful tour of Variposa. My guide Julio is the best. He took me to all of the stops and took lots of pictures of me. I learned a lot about Chile and the country's history. I don't drink wine but Julio was able to substitute a delicious sandwich with smoked salmon at the winery. Saw many cute alpacas at the winery. Julio went out of his way to make Valparaiso memorable. I highly recommend this tour. A great day out of Santiago.
Good tour: good guide, nice town to visit, drive smoothly. Unfortunately, we missed some points, it maybe because the seniors in our group walked slower and we got hotel late …
Nacho was our guide and was great about teaching us Chilean history along with being funny and outgoing. I thought the graffiti portion in Valparaiso was interesting and the food there was great too!
Private tour with Leonardo of Chile Vive Tours was a good way to explore areas of Valparaiso, see Vina Del Mar, and stop by a winery. The private tour allowed us the flexibility to go to a wineyard in Casablanca valley that we preferred (Cases del Bosque) instead of the stand for the tour. Our driver was instrumental in helping us set up this change. We were also able to spend as much or little time as we desired at various landmarks and stop for additional photos, including sea lions near Caleta Diego Portales. Our driver was able to answer judt about any question we had. The included tasting at Rio Tinto Casablanca is meh at best. However, you do have an opportunity to purchase other good wines, quick breakfast and bathroom break on the way. We had lunch at Castillo del Mar which had a great view and good food.
Absolutely wonderful experience! This was exactly the type of tour we were hoping to book. Great communication ahead of time and our guide Julio was so knowledgeable and professional. We were able to pack so much into one day, yet never felt rushed. Just the perfect combination of activities, great lunch and a really good wine tasting on the way home. We would definitely use this tour company again.
The Trip was awesome, jaime is an excellent tourguide..chile is very beautiful. We will come back soon.
Jaime at ChileVivo Tours is a wonderful guide. He is very personable with lots of knowledge making the day interesting and memorable. He customized the tour to our requests. We had a great time touring, Valparaiso, Vina Del Mar and Concon with a fun excursion to the sand dunes where we went sandboarding. His driver is very courteous. Great day, well worth using Jaime & ChileVivo!
You can't go wrong with any of the private tours. The Chileans and fantastic guides who are interested in their history and making you as the tourist feel comfortable. This city is great as a Unisco site and is alive with he beatnik vibe.
Jaime was a personable guide full of facts about the city and chile. Our group of 4 would do it again.
Jaime met our expectations by making us a private tour. Julio our guide, a Santiagino knew how to bring us safely to the corners to see and knew how to adapt to our requests all day. Agency very pro and excellent time if you want to go off the beaten track and really know the Chilean life, the projects of the country while seeing beautiful landscapes and places. Perfect.
Little information about such an artistic city, lack of knowledge of the guide, a tour that is too commercial, only information on where to eat and where to buy!
Ausgezeichnete Führung und perfekter Chauffeur. Die Tour war sehr gut organisiert. Unser Guide, Nathalie war auch flexibel genug um auf sonderwünsche von uns einzugehen.
