Karina was awesome.. she was so knowledgeable about the history of every place so well. She also takes pics of us at popular spots. Ivan the driver was fun too. 100% recomendada!!

With Roxana, worst tour ever. Does not speak good english, and gives you only brief information. in my tour i was the only one speaking english

The tour, tour guide and driver were good. We were a group of 5 with a group of 4. The group of 4 spread out in the first 2 rows, while we were cramped in the back. Told 15 minutes at a stop, they took 40. Nothing said. Next stop 10 minutes, they took 25. This occurred all day. Kind of irked the rest of us. Again, tour was as expected and certainly feel for guide needing to be a babysitter, but the 4 people ruined the trip

Worth it. Hotel pickup is convenient. Only 7 people so pickups were fast. Seeing the maoi from Easter Island was a highlight. Time to walk around with the group and solo. Sergio looked up answers when he didn’t know (why is rapa nui Chile if it’s 3000 miles away?) (because Chile protected the Māori tribe there from slave stealing Peruvian and other countries’ ships).

This Tour is Awesome because is entirely educational and good as a serious walking therapy... abs, legs... site seeing one of the most impresive cities of CHILE... my heart is hold captive with Valparaiso's Beaty and price is right...

The tour and guide were great. But three adults were on a large bus with a large group of school girls. That school group also had two mini-vans with the rest of their group. I think the three of us should have been in one of the mini-vans with some of the teachers/coaches/chaperones.

This was so much fun! Learned some things about the history & culture of Valparaiso & Vina Del Mar & Chile as well. Our tour guide was Helen & she was delightful! Very knowledgeable,& really wanted to share her knowledge about her country. She also wanted everyone to have a good time & was happy to answer all our questions. She is very warm & outgoing & just pleasant to be around. You will see some amazing Street Art & graffiti! I'm telling you,it's phenomenal!! We also enjoyed a delicious lunch & she recommended several restaurants to try. The stop at the winery was also very nice. Very pretty winery & nice people working there as well. The Sparkling Rose we tasted was delicious! Helen made sure we all enjoyed ourselves & the tour,sign up for this one! You will not be disappointed!

Beautiful places, with a lot of history and good explanations. The guide Alexis was excellent in explaining about all the sights, in addition to very fun tbm! I loved the tour!

There was some confusion with the van that was going to pick us up, the Guide tried to explain what happened, blaming the agency and logistics, but the information was unfounded. The tour, which was supposed to start at 8:10 , only started at 10:30 and we did everything running, with no chance to enjoy the seats. We try to enjoy as much as possible, as the place is beautiful and has a lot of history. But the agency service left nothing to be desired.

We went to Viña De Mar and Valparaiso with guide Cristian Castro. Excellent guide and driver. Very attentive and polite towards Brazilians.

Very interesting experience. Valparaiso full of culture and Viña del Mar full of elegance and sophistication. The guide Ctistian Castro showed us every corner and told us the history of the two cities.

We took the tour with guide Cristian Castro and it was simply sensational. I highly recommend the tour. Val paradise with its graffiti and its interesting history and Vina del Mar with its striking beauty.

El paseo lindo, al guía le faltó esmero. No era malo pero hizo lo mínimo, no estaba capacitado. El vehículo en buenas condiciones.

A guide with a lot of knowledge about the places and with valuable historical information, however, we bought a tour in Portuguese because some people didn't understand Spanish and the guide simply didn't speak Portuguese! Disappointing! Tour in special places with fantastic views. Lunch was the negative point. We stopped at Renaca, a beach, where there was only one restaurant. The price was exorbitant and the food was simply average. Unnecessary expense!

Todo muy bien, el guía nos llevó por lugares con vistas muy bonitas, muy amable en su atención, hizo una parada inesperada, pero manejaba terrible y se le hacía chistoso ponernos nerviosos al manejar rápido en calles tan pequeñas y transitadas, eso fue lo que ya no me gustó.

As cidades são lindas, mesmo com a neblina Héctor e Sol fizeram do passeio uma diversão única. As cores me encantaram!
