We had Javiera as our guide and she took the time to explain everything in English even though we were the only English speaking family out of the group. I was very satisfied with our tour and highly recommend. Soo much information provided by our guide, Javiera who was fabulous the whole day. The walking tour of Valparaiso was all downhill, no stairs to climb and expert commentary all the way. Javier continually stopped and counted her guests to make sure she didn't lose anyone to the other tour groups. A good leader.

Javiera and Nelson the driver were phenomenal and did such a fantastic job! Nelson is the driver, great job driving safe, slowing down when Javiera was showing and explaining something. Javiera was the guide. My first thought was “boy we are lucky, she has great energy!” As the tour went on I realized she had great knowledge on the sites but also great historical knowledge about Chile and LatAm in general. We lucked out she is out guide. Very patient, friendly, and very service oriented. The Valparaiso tour was phenomenal. We got to have a guided walk for few hours. Vina Del Mar was gorgeous, a must visit. I would rate this a 7 star tour especially with this crew. Bonus- its 10 times better than a private tour and 10 times less expensive than one. This tour is best allocated one full day and is fantastic. We have a decent crowd size in bus and she paid attention to all of them. We loved Javiera. She is phenomenal! 🩷💕👏👏👌

Leonardo did a great job driving, felt safe. Alejandro was great at providing all the information we needed including with an occasional joke and advice on shops/restaurants! A great way to experience the coastal towns of colorful Valparaiso and Viña Del Mar.

Matias & Fernando were great - professional and enthusiastic - especially Matias! We saw the highlights. There was a reasonable pace. Matias was able to fluidly switch between English and Spanish, which was appreciated!

What an experience! First time in Chile and also and Luiciane were exceptionally welcoming tour guides that made my families tour experience well worth the price. This was our first day in Chile and are here for 3 days and it feels like we covered the necessities in an efficient manner. The atmosphere was buzzing, and the number of people in our tour was lower than expected, allowing us to get a full grasp of the scenery and learn about the landscape and history about Chile’s hidden cities and towns. This trip is a must, for anyone!

Valparaiso is quite unique and well worth the visit. Beautiful, vibrant and with great murals on architecturally interesting buildings, it’s a photographer ‘s delight. The walking tour was excellent thanks to our fantastic guide Luciano. He has a good sense of humour and put a lot of effort into making our group very happy. Vina del Mar was a great place to stop for an excellent lunch at a recommended restaurant right by the beach. Hermanos, our driver was excellent , negotiating the sometimes difficult and narrow streets. A great day out. Thanks again to Luciano and Hermanos for making our trip so special

This was a very special trip from Santiago! Our tour guide Jorge was brilliant throughout the experience - he was very informative about the history, kept us well entertained, and made sure to translate every information for us to english so that me and my friend from Wales could understand. We learned so much about Chile, Valparaísa, Vina del Mar and also got the see the pacific ocean for the first time! I would recommed Jorge and Turistik for anyone - muchas gracias!

Leo, our driver & Luciano, our guide, curated a great day trip to Valparaiso and Vina de Mar. The day has been informative and quite entertaining. Luciano managed the blend of Spanish and English guiding with ease. A stop in the wine region, walking tour through the vibrant streets of Valparaiso, lunch in Vina del Mar and a chance to get our feet wet at the beach - what more could you need for a day out?

Definitely go on this tour if you want to see Valparaiso. I can’t imagine finding all the places Matias showed us and the information he shared was very interesting. I took this tour solo and was the only English speaking person on the tour - he made sure to explain things to me and make sure I wasn’t “left out”. Vin de Mar was also great to see and the restaurant recommended was very good. Matias and Leo (driver) were a great combination. Leo was very safe and the tour bus was a nice size and well maintained. I felt very safe and enjoyed the entire trip.

My day trip to Valparaiso and Vina del Mar was perfect and made so by our guides Jorge and Fernanda. Jorge is a passionate, experienced, knowledgeable leader and commmunicator who clesrly loves his job. Fernanda is a perfect “wingwoman”. Very knowledgeable in her own right and able to fill in any language gaps and ensure everyone’s comfort. The trip was well paced and the lunch options were great. Our skilled driver Leandro clearly had a feel for driving the highways and the steep narrow streets.

We took a day trip to Valparaíso and Viña del Mar with Turistik, and it was a wonderful experience! Our guides, George and Fernanda, were exceptional, providing detailed and engaging commentary in both Spanish and English. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and ensured everyone felt comfortable throughout the day. The driver, Leonardo, was excellent as well, making the journey smooth and safe. The tour of Valparaíso was comprehensive and well-paced—we never felt rushed and had plenty of time to explore and appreciate the stunning street murals and vibrant atmosphere of the city. Lunch was at a lovely spot with great food and a relaxing ambiance, which perfectly complemented the day. This trip exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend Turistik for anyone wanting to explore Valparaíso and Viña del Mar!

This is an amazing tour of both Valparaiso and Viña Del Mar. Our guide Jennifer and our driver Alex made the perfect pair for a great trip. Very knowledgeable and polite, really good value for the money!

The guide was ok, but the bus was extremely uncomfortable! I was the last passenger to be picked up and it was absolute torture to ride the bus! The tour company packed the bus without any concern whatsoever for our comfort or safety. Also, the tour felt it was rushed, since there were so many of us, we couldn't really appreciate the places we visited, and it was difficult to take good pictures.

We were advised by a taxi driver to take a guided tour to Valparaiso rather than get the FlixBus - so we did just that. Our guide, Luciano, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. However we felt the construct of the tour - which we appreciate was not his doing - was not great. We stopped at the Vermonte winery for a bathroom break, which felt completely unnecessary and didn’t seem to interest much of our group. We were there for around half an hour in total, which was not mentioned anywhere in the description of this tour. This meant it took longer than we thought to get to Valparaiso. The walk around the city itself was great but the timekeeping of our other travellers made it feel like we were running behind schedule. We didn’t get to see the “We’re not hippies, we’re happies” graffiti which we had seen online. When we got to Vina Del Mar, we were told we were going to a restaurant and seemed to have little choice in the matter. Thankfully, when we told Luciano we were going to do our own thing, he didn’t seem to mind and off we went. We did only have half an hour on the beach as a group, which felt a bit tokenistic. Perhaps without the winery stop it could have been longer.

Bus was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Manuel is an excellent driver. Luciano explained everything in Spanish and English very well, there was no problem with translation. We visited different areas which were all interesting. And had lunch with a view!

The tour was excellent for us, we traveled with a seven month’s baby and it was amazing even to him, the places we’ve visited had beautiful views, and we enjoyed a lot the explanations that Luciano gave us during the stops, Manuel, the driver, also was very kind with us. Both them were gentle with us and with out little baby.

Had a good tour of Valparaiso and Vina Del Mar Got a better understanding ofthe history and geography of these cities. Luciano the guide and Alex the driver were excellent. They helped with pictures and questions. I feel blessed and lucky to have made this trip. Would recommend this tour
