Excellent tour with very good guide

Great amazing day spent with William and Luis, shared pick up instructions night before tour and arrived right on time the next day. First stop of tour was to a Winery along the way to Valpo and once we arrived in Valpo did a great walking tour throught the city, stopped for lunch at a great beachfront restaurant. Last stop of tour was visiting a Moai 🗿 in the city. Definitely worth checking out this day tour if you’re in a time crunch!

It was an amazing tour. Robinson and Maria were very helpful, kind, friendly and at the same time very professional.

Overall the tour was fantastic. Would have liked more time visiting the eclectic shops on the Valparaiso hillside. Also would have preferred to have lunch on the hillside. Ronnie was brilliant & Francisco drove perfectly.

Francisco and William were great. William as the tour guide was very knowledgeable and was a great day in Valparaiso and surrounds. Just enough time without making the day long. Weather was amazing which added to the experience

Generally the trip was very pleasant and enjoyable. Maria was a wonderful guide translating to us in English. We have something in common as she has been living in Phillip island, Australia during her exploration days, and we are from Melbourne. The driver was also equally fantastic and very good in managing the traffic and roads. Felt very safe with him. Overall, highly recommended to other travellers who wants to do this tour package

It was good. Williams the tour guide was great. Would have been better if there was a meeting place to start rather than hotel pick up. I was picked up at 6:15, but we didn't leave Santiago until 8am.

Very good experience for the tour of Valparaiso and Vin Del Mar both by the guide Fran and driver Louis.

The destinations, with their coastal views, outdoor galleries of murals and street art, gardens, and souvenir shops, were impressive on their own but the history and stories shared by our tour guide, Maria, really brought them to life! The ride to and from Santiago was comfortable thanks to our driver, Francisco. We were also pleased with the lunch-time restaurant, Castillo del mar! It was a long day but a wonderful choice if you'd like to explore these memorable towns with a small group of other tourists while learning about their history and culture.

Our driver Louis was careful and the drive was comfortable. And then it was our guide Maria. What can I say: caring as I have mobility issues , informative so sweet and ready to answer all our questions or requests. Couldn’t have asked more for a day tour to Valparaiso. Don’t hesitate to book Lucero travel. For their services we were more than happy.

Had the best day with andreas V driving and fabrizio as the guide. Fabrizio knows everythinggg, switches between languages with ease and was constantly checking to make sur everyone felt comfortable. A couple of beautiful places that are well worth a visit if you are in Santiago

The pace of this trip was a bit slow for me and I feel we could have covered more ground in less time. I acknowledge this could be a me thing while others may like the leisurely pace quite suitable

The guide was friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable and the driver did a good job. However this was the wrong tour for me. Too much time spent on less interesting things (the tourist shop in Casablanca Valley, the beach front at Vina del Mar) and not enough time walking and exploring Valparaiso

Our tour guide Niklas was fantastic very knowledgeable and excellent tour guide. He was very entertaining and enthusiastic.

We took a Valparaíso & Viña del Mar tour with our guide Exequiel. He was very friendly and provided detailed explanations throughout the tour. Thanks to him, we were able to understand the history and culture of the places much better. It was an enjoyable and informative experience. And also Don Robinson is always kind and a wonderful person. If you come to Santiago, I highly recommend contacting Lucero Travel.

We didn't know what to expect on this day trip. It was excellent! Lucas and Matias were completely engaging and accommodating. We were accompanied everywhere and had all our questions answered and more. They were totally flexible about changing plans if we wanted to, we didn't, they covered everything. Lunch at La Conception was perfect overlooking the harbor with perfect weather. Valapaiso is extraordinary.

Niklas was an entertaining and knowledgeable guide that made the day a lot of fun. We saw a lot of great spots in Valparaiso and the lunch was delicious. However, the day felt a little rushed. It would've been nice to spend more time doing the walking tour and taking more photos. Regardless, I would recommend this experience. :)

As the only english speaker on the tour Marie Paz went above and beyond to make sure I felt included and understood the tour. She even allowed me to use her WiFi so I could message home, which was extremely kind. Incredible guide with great driver and lovely tour group who made sure I felt like part of the group despite my lack of spanish.

It's worth making this one-day-tour! Macarena is a great guide, and I had the luck of good companions. Valparaíso is full of art.

Macarena was an incredible tour guide with great personality and super knowledge of the area. Shared so many of her experiences and answered every last question. Our driver Bruno was also super with great information and knew the names of the Andes mountain peaks we saw on the trip back. Thank you both for an incredible day.

We went to Valparaiso and Vina Del Mar with Francisca and Andres V.. Francisca provided a wealth of knowledge about the history and culture of Chile. We had a wonderful time, learned a lot and enjoyed the beautiful views. Andres V made us feel safe the entire time in the van.

Francesca was very informative. The driver and the other help were great. Very good experience. The vehicle was clean and air conditioner was working.

Maria Guz was very friendly and informative on our tour today. This full day tour was interesting and covered a lot. The only concern was they took us to a restaurant that was a bit pricey and an alternate option would be very helpful.

This was a Spanish and English tour. Fran is an enthusiastic hostess and has a good personality. Luis was a good driver. My suggestion for improvement would to have the tour in English only.

We had a wonderfull tour - especially the walk in Valparaíso. Frabrizio is a very professional tour guide and with a lovely sense of humour shares his knoledge. This was a great day out to the coast from Santiago. Francisca was a brilliant guide who gave lots of very interesting information and was very upbeat and helpful. The stops were all great and well organised. Especially Francisca's guided tour of Valparaiso and the lunch stop was amazing. Definitely worth doing this route by tour and not public bus as the old / touristy bit of Valpariso is quite far from commercial part. You also get to go to the sea this way! Only part I thought was missing would be a vinyard tour and tasting on the way back. The morning stop wasnt really for that, and isnt really the vibe at 9am. Otherwise a great tour and Id still recommend it!

Highly recommend this tour for a quick overview on both Valparaiso and Vina del Mar! Our tour guide for this tour, Benjie (Benjamin), was fantastic. He was knowledgeable on the art, history, culture of both cities. He was very patient, friendly, and lively and made the whole tour very interactive (instead of us just listening passively). If you can request him for your tour - highly suggest that you do! I will say this is definitely a quick hits tour where you see a little of everything, so be prepared to take in a lot quickly at many stops (which is exactly what we were looking for). And we spent a little more time in Valparaiso than Vina del Mar (which I also preferred honestly, since we couldn’t go swimming obviously). The only downside I would say is that the lunch was a little underwhelming (so if you have an option to ask to get something on your own I would). But otherwise it was a great introduction to the cities, with a great tour guide!

I was in Santiago de Chile with my son for a short holiday in July. Despite many websites, travel recommendations and experience reviews, I was looking for a suitable tour to make the most of my short time. I was referred to this tour company on recommendation. He provided information about the weather conditions. We were picked up from our hotel on time. Niklas accompanied us with kindness. Our driver, Andre, was very kind, professional, and attentive. All guests were picked up from their hotels on time. Niklas provided us with interesting information about Valparaiso, Vina del Mar and Chile during the trip. The trip was accompanied by pleasant conversation, and by the time the conversation ended, we had arrived in Valparaiso. The entire trip was very comfortable, enjoyable, intellectually rich and of high quality. Niklas responded to the interests and questions of all the guests individually. It was definitely very enjoyable. Andre picked us up from the stops and met us on time for our meetings. The journey was extremely pleasant and of high quality. You can be sure that no Google search review will provide an experience of this quality. I would like to thank to Niklas and Andres and tı Lucero Travel Chile. I highly recommend it ! (The restaurant had a beautiful view but it was only tourist groups…not natural and expensive. The waitress refused to speak Spanish to us which was disappointing. We asked for Spanish menus and spoke Spanish and she refused. We would prefer that the company offer some more natural authentic dining options and/or free time.) The guide and driver were AMAZING, knowledge, smart, and kind. THANK YOU AGAIN.

We had an English speaking guide , Francesca. Francesca was not only very knowledgeable, she also was able to provide clarity and valuable information, both in English and Spanish. Highly recommend this tour , if u are lucky to get the same guide. Daniel was the driver. He was also very patient and well informed. Overall, my wife and I , had a great day. We are from England, UK and on our first visit to latin America.

We visited with Andreas and Micheal and had a great time. Good fun walking around Valparaiso & taking the funicular. Would highly recommend for a day visit from Santiago, lots of interesting information.

Please steer clear of this operator. They stood me up (with some lame excuse given) when I booked well in advance to tour Valparaiso and was really looking forward to it. Not only they didn’t respond to my repeated messages sent the day before, it spoiled my family’s day as well. I would have given them no-star if there is such category.
