We had a wonderful tour led by Fernanda who gave us an outstanding overview of the winery. Luckily for us there were only 2 of us on the English tour & Fernanda made the tour personable & very friendly . Her English was excellent & knowedge endless. One of the Best Wine tours we have ever done. Clint & Karella

We had a great visit. Our guide Paulina was very knowledgeable and friendly and I throughly enjoyed my visit. Very good value and very nice wine!!
Best vineyard tour I have ever done. The guide was most informative and spoke excellent English. Such an attractive place!
We have visited 4 great wineries and Fernanda at Undurraga was easily the best tour guide! Her combination of extensive knowledge of both Undurraga and wine-making, paired with superb English communication, was top tier. It enriched our experience to many times that of simply viewing the beautiful grounds and tasting excellent wine. 5 stars for Fernanda!
100% recommend. We have been on many wine tours in the US and Europe, and Benjamin’s was one of the best if not the best we have ever been on. The grounds are beautiful, the wine is delicious, and we actually learned something. Quick trip from Santiago and well worth it!
We had a GREAT experience at Undurraga! The place is super charming, and the wines very tasty. Alfredo was our guide, and he is simply the best! Very clever and funny, my family and I really enjoyed the time! Thanks Alfredo & team!
Very interesting tour in English. Lots of good information without getting boring. Guide willing and able to field random questions. Actually got to taste and compare flavour of various different grape varieties. Not something I've experienced in other vineyard visits. Plenty opportunity to sample a number of wines and we were given the glasses to keep as souvenirs. Wines for sale in shop seemed very good value. Note it's possible, fun and very cheap to use public transport to get to the vineyard. Take subway to Estación Central, follow signs through shopping mall to San Borja Bus Terminal. Go to Platform 75 and someone will point you at the right bus that passes the vineyard. The driver will literally drop you at the gate. Bus took just under an hour in heavy traffic. To get back go to bus stop across the road about 100yds on right as you come out of gate. You are likely to be the only tourist on the bus !
A place where dreams are made. Fantastic, in depth tour of the vineyard by Bianca (in her second language but you wouldn’t know!) tailored to our knowledge of the wine making processes. Cordial and light humoured. Followed by a relaxed tasting in a beautiful setting. If you are booking, ask for Bianca!!
We visited Undurraga for the Sibaris tour and were really impressed with the depth of information we received. Bianca was amazing, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We would absolutely return and recommend it to any friends or family. Definitely the best vineyard we visited during our stay in Chile.
Got a chance to take the tour. It was great to see the soil up close. Wines were great but I bought a bottle that was not part of the tour. I got the Sauvignon Blanc. Would highly recommend this tour.
I’ve been to the Undurraga’s winery this week and didn’t like how we were received. First of all, I tried to buy some stuff in the store while the tour didn’t start yet. I’ve spent time and time at the front desk saying “Hello” to the hosts. They didn’t even looked at my face. They could have said “We will have a time to buy stuff at the end of the tour”. But no, they remained silent and I felt ignored, even though you tried to talk to them. But when a Chilean came in, they replied. When the tour finely ended, tons of groups were trying to buy things at the store at the same time. Crowded space, few cashiers, poor service. Not an experience I want to have again.
We recently did this wonderful tour as we were on our way to join a cruise in San Antonio. What a delightful morning! We've done a number of tours of wineries around the world and this was one of our favorites. What a delightful morning! The property is stunning, our tour guide was exceptionally knowledgable and the tasting was terrific. Not all of the wines were to my taste...but there clearly is something for everyone in your group (I found several wines that I loved). Definitely make reservations early because they do sell out. But it will be worth your efforts.
Lovely tour, we walked through all the vineyard, the guide was so kind and knowledgeable. Even though is a big vineyard, you usually expect a “corporate” simple tour, it was more than expected! Amazing
Recently did a wine tour. Tour was very good. Takes about an hour. Guide was very informative. We had a tour in english. Tasted 4 wines. Really good. They have a retail store but do not sell any wine to drink on premises.
Beautiful place, a lot of cool information not only about the brand, but wine production in Chile as well.
We had a great tour with Leo, learned a lot and tasted some excellent wines! Also the grounds and the location are stunning.
Vania was extremely knowledgeable and clear in her exposition. The tips on identifying the quality of wine from the label and bottle were wonderfully edifying. No pressure to purchase. Attractive gardens.
We joined an afternoon tour with Daniel as our expert guide/host. Most interesting and informative with a great wine tasting to complete our visit. Highly recommended.
Everything perfect. The day was beautiful. Cold, but with sun. The tour is even more charming. The guide is wonderful. The wines then?!!!! No words.
Wonderful guided tour. Very good and enriching experience. A special thanks to the guide Emiliano who was super attentive with us.
Emilio is an excellent guide, knowledgeable and with a great vibe.
The reservation was made with Larissa (Conexion Chile). The tour is quite interesting, telling the history of the vineyard and with the tasting at the end. As the day we went was raining and with a lot of wind, the visit to the outside of the vineyard was damaged, but still it was worth it.
It was one of the tours we liked the most. The tour is excellent, the history of the vineyard is very interesting and the wine tasting is well worth it. Another highlight was the prices of the wine store. We found wines with great values and took advantage of to make various purchases. For those travelling with children, there is only one note. While the adults make the tasting, the children receive an apple juice. In our case, they found the juice very sweet and there was no other choice. Do not compromise the tour, but it is worth taking another drink if your children are more selective.
Today was a special day, a true immersion in the history and tradition of Chilean wines. Visit Chile’s oldest winery, known for being the cradle of some of the country’s most emblematic labels and undoubtedly one of the pillars of Chilean wine culture.
There is no restaurant, no choice to eat. Unanimated guides. I passed it to sell wines. A normal place, without many attractions. We fell on the stick!
A tour of approximately 2 hours with a lot of history about the vineyard and the family, at the end we tasted 4 wines and 1 sparkling, as a gift they gave two glasses and to close the tour we passed through the store and bought some things
We loved everything! We made the tour with an excellent guide, perfectly mastered the whole history of the vineyard, wine production from the choice of land for the cultivation of each grape species. He also spoke a little about the history of Chile. Very attentive and competent.
The vineyard is beautiful and well organized. The guide Melisa was very friendly and explained well about the production of wines. 5 types of wines are served for tasting and we win the toast cup. The wines are good, but the form of tasting is somewhat tumultuous with a group of 30 people standing around a table. The store inside the vineyard is very good. The prices are good, both of the wines and souvenirs, even cheaper than in markets.
Fantástico tour. An experience that deserves to be lived. The place is amazing and the tastings are sublime and the tour is worth it and if you can take the picnic after the tour and enjoy a memorable afternoon
Vinicola super tradicional em um lugar maravilhoso. O tour foi completo e muito interessante, além da degustação que fechou com chave de ouro!
The visit was pleasant, the guide Alfredo was kind and fun and the vineyard is beautiful, both the garden and the plantation overlooking the Andes. The 4 degustation wines are very different from each other and I believe that this variation is essential to please all tastes. In addition, the price of the products in the store is very inviting, with quality wines at optimum prices. The incorporation of the history of the Mapuche people during the visit is a differential, reinforcing the role of the vineyard with the people originating from Chile.
Basic tour knowing the process of making the wine. Guide speaks an easy portunhol, and the tasting is very good. Good prices, but on the same average as the Santiago markets.
Excellent! Unique experience!! Much knowledge of the production of wines and tasting of them! Alfredo excellent guide since passing the information, fun, wine tasting and assistance in the purchase of the same!! Excellent professional
It was a great experience, both our guide of the agency( Camilo) and the guide of the vinicula( Rodrigo) very attentive Good wines, a lot of history, beautiful vineyard
Wonderful tour The wines are a delight, the undurraga property is very beautiful The facilities still have a museum of the Mapuche people The instructor Fernanda was very kind and nice
A tourist vineyard, very full, made for tourism and not for those who are wine lovers, guides are well-humored, the vineyards are beautiful, the vineyard has a lot of history, it is very old, the store has many souvenir options, but the wines are quite simple except the Altazor which is a good wine.
Beautiful place, full of nature and history, very attentive Guide and delicious wines, super indicate this experience ♥️ ⁇
The tour at the vineyard was muuto cool, mainly because the Guide that was Alfredo is super cool and funny We laughed a lot. The wine is of excellent quality, only found a little expensive... But it's worth a visit.
It was a very amazing experience. Our Guide Alfredo very attentive, very funny and very dear. Worth the walk.
And a pretty commercial tour, so there's a lot of people. But I loved it! Very well explained, the Guide goes with us throughout the vineyard telling the story and also explains about the production of the wines. At the end is made the tasting so that it is explained how is made each wine and what are the best options for harmonization... In the shop I went crazy, the wines are very cheap in relation to what is sold in Brazil and are all wonderful, even the cheapest wines sold there are very good.
Incredible place with a wonderful view, we did the tour with the Guide Matias who was amazing, knew all the history of the vineyard and was super helpful. The wine tasting experience is great, with the form of production and more details of each type. It was worth it.
We really liked the place, very interesting history and visit very well guided by Alfredo. A super nice and very charismatic boy.
A good experience. Guided tour where they talk about history, show the vineyard, wine making processes, strains, barrels, finally give you to taste a variety of 4 wines from the cava. The guide Alfredo explained everything excellently and with a good sense of humor, quite nice and helped us to choose some wines to buy in the store. Value for money, experience I find worthwhile.
Unique experience! It is worth the time invested! Guide Alfredo led the visit exceptionally! I indicate to all tourists the visit.
Incredible place and a charming experience, the best part was to have chosen the morning tour because of the cold weather, we all left happy. Our guide Matias was essential to our experience. I recommend buying the wines on site.
A beautiful vineyard with the best explanation about the production of the wines. Incredible labels and the Guide Matias sent well d+.
We took the tour by a tourist agency. The place is very beautiful. We did the tour with the Guide Matias, who was very polite, inquisitive, and explained about the process of making the wines, as well as some interesting information about the soil difference and the history of the Undurraga family. At the end we tasted a few glasses of different wines. It is a walk that fits easy in the morning of any route.
Excellent experience with the family a great Vinicola, with an excellent Guide. With very attractive wine prices. Whenever we return to Santiago Chile we will visit again.
We visited Viña Undurraga in family, we loved the tour, we were very well instructed by the Guide Mattias, after a lot of research, we chose Undurraga, because we realized that among all it was the one that most cared about receiving besides adults, children with cordiality and equality, which is very difficult in Chile. Unlike other wineries, in Undurraga the children participate not only in the tour, but also in the tasting of a great green grape juice, in a beautiful glass of acrylic in the form of a glass of wine. The vineyard is spectacular, with a beautiful family history and a great participation in the reconstruction of the Chilean Patagonia environment that was partially destroyed by an accidental fire. The wines are wonderful, the tasting is full and lively, Mattias is fun and an excellent Guide. The store has great prices and products. I recommend the tour, especially for families with children.
Beautiful place... Flexibility in booking times was essential. The guide showed us everything perfectly... Mr. "Augustinho Carrara" has a very special charisma.
