Transfer From Santiago To Valle Nevado, Farellones, Colorado Or La Parva Ski

I booked this service twice, from the Santiago Airport ➡️ Valle Nevado and the return trip. The initial shuttle was seamless, we were met at the airport on time by a professional driver. The communication, however, was not as proactive and reliable as promised. I had to reach out multiple times to confirm details. Despite this, the success of the trip up the mountain gave me confidence in our return trip. After having booked the service for more than a month, I reached out multiple times in the days prior to confirm that our shuttle would take my party of 6 down the mountain. Then, on the day of the service, after I reached out once again, I was calmly informed that my service had been cancelled. No further information was provided. This was shocking and left my group stuck on the mountain with no lodging. I had to scramble to find another service, and the day quickly went from worry-free to quite stressful. Luckily I was able to find a same-day shuttle service, and we made it back to the city, albeit much later and more exhausted than expected. After multiple inquiries, I still haven’t been told why my service was spontaneously cancelled 😢. With this in mind, I would not recommend relying on this service. Transfeero was the service I used for the same-day shuttle (reliable and communicative), they saved my party and I from a trip-threatening cancellation.

Excellent experience! The driver contacted me a day in advance via WhatsApp with pickup details. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and arrived in a capable 4x4 car for the trip up to Farellones, taking time for a grocery supply and ATM stop, of which there are neither up in Farellones. I rebooked the same service for the return and was happy with that as well.

Santiago to Valle Nevado transfer was amazing ! It was more than just delivery it was a cultural introduction to Chile!

Juan Carlos reached out a day before to make sure I had info on meeting him and what expect going through immigration. He met me and our journey which was about 2 hours was smooth and issue free. Juan Carlos was thoughtful and provided a ton of info on the areas we drove through and what to do once I got to Valle Nevado. He is great driver and his vehicle was top quality.

This company does a really great job of communicating with its customers, both prior to the arranged transfer date and during the actual reservation date. My driver was super friendly and on time for both transfers between Santiago & Valle Nevado. Overall, a great experience and a reasonable rate for the transfers. Much appreciated!

This is a scam. Do not book! We booked this service and they never showed up. We showed the booking to the hotel staff where we were staying and they told us this was likely a scam. They recommend that you don’t book one of these in advance and just have a cab pick you up and take you arranged by the hotel.

Absolutely amazing service from the vendor as well as the driver! Proactive and professional communication prior to the trip from the coordinator. The day before the trip our driver Sergio also reached out directly to confirm. On the day of our trip, he arrived early at the airport and waited for us for a long while. He was very friendly, actively helped us with our luggage, a great driver on the road, asked us if we need any accommodation like bathroom or quick shopping that we really appreciated it. Overall we were more than satisfied with our experience and highly recommend! We actually booked our way back with this vendor again right away after we were dropped off.

The communication between the service and myself was really great. JC contacted us the day before our arrival and stayed in great contact upon exiting the airport. He was on time, and easy to find on exit of the airport. JC was super friendly, a great driver and an excellent DJ! Would 100% ride with MTO Tour again.

Carlos our driver did a superb job. After being turned back because of weather he returned later in the day and got us to the resort in excellent time so we did not have to miss a day of our already paid vacation and ski trip.

I will never use this service again. MTO Tours has poor communication. My driver was 7.5 hours late.

Our driver Cristian was very prompt with our pickup. Courteous and went above and beyond to make sure we got to our destination safely. Our scenic ride was perfectly comfortable and a great deal.

If you are looking for safe, comfortable and reliable transportation from SCL (Santiago Airport) to Valle Nevado use this service. Everything about it was top notch! We got a what’s app confirmation with all the details we needed to meet Juan Carlos the day before travel. He again messaged so we knew he was tracking our fight and as we arrived, sent a photo of himself holding a sign with our name and where he would be waiting for us. His car had room for all three of us and all our luggage and was very comfortable. We had a lot of traffic heading up the mountain and he made what could have been stressful a very pleasant experience. I can’t recommend him enough— an all around great experience!

The worst transfer I've ever had!! Driver was an hour and 20 minutes late then gets out of the vehicle goes into our hotel leaves us locked outside the vehicle. Then while driving down the road proceeds to multiple times to use his phone , texting and what not while driving around 90 curves from Valle Nevado at night. He stops 5 minutes from a hotel and brings us to the gas station to fill his car up with gas and haggles about the price with the attendant knowing full well I needed to use the bathroom. I would like a refund or at least a discount on that ride. Worst ride ever!!!!

Second tour I took through the agency and I have nothing to complain about. I was insecure about taking the Panoramic Andes tour, and the driver Koke encouraged me not to give up the tour. They are punctual both on the go and on the return. Quiet ride, driver has excellent experience in relation to driving on the andes, very attentive and great professionalism, brought curiosities about the Andes. I recommend the Bike tour agency to everyone. Excellent cost-benefit.

My trip to the Farellones was excellent! The driver Jimmy is an excellent Cover, super respectful professional and very friendly! During the trip, he shared several curiosities about Santiago, the Rota and Chile and I loved it. I want to go back!!
