Very nice tour of Valparaiso, Vina Del Mar and Vineyard, and Pablo Neruda museum with our guide Jacklyn and Jaim. The tour was good. The extra comments below are for the 2 stops. The tasting at vineyard could have couple more different options to chose from. Restaurant Nogaro had good food, but very delayed service.

Really good value for the price - a full day out with plenty of interesting stops. Our guide, Jorge, was excellent and really looked after everyone on the trip.
Everything was absolutely perfect! Our guide, Jorge Garrido, was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive to everyone. He explained everything clearly in both Spanish and English, making sure everyone felt comfortable and included. He was always looking after the whole group, paying special attention to our safety and making sure everyone was enjoying the experience. He was very patient, friendly, and thoughtful throughout the entire tour. Everything was perfectly organized, and I truly enjoyed every moment. Thank you so much, Jorge, for such a wonderful experience! Highly recommended! ❤️
Great experience! We only speak English and the instructor was very friendly and helpful to make sure we learned along the way. Highly recommend! Big thanks to Jorge
Excellent tour… Jaime and Luciano were fantastic, very kind and helpful. The restaurant recommendation was fantastic, definitely worth taking it
My guide was attentive, relaxed and very informative.
The tour organization and destinations were fine. I was one of three English speakers. However, the tour guide's behavior towards me was frankly, weird. He was about my age. In one moment, he'd be sharing detailed information about Pablo Neruda with just me - very kind and appreciated. Then, he'd switch over to using me as a type of comic relief for the tour group. Then, he'd get angry at me for taking too long to use the restroom (never happened before or since on any tour) or taking too long to get off the bus (even though there were dozens of other people slower than me). The tour was a while ago but has bothered me ever since. I was so glad to get off the bus and never see him again. I should have just taken the train to Valparaíso myself and stayed there for a couple of days.
We chose av.vitacura 2653 as a pick up point which is infront of Wendy’s. Guides were very friendly and tour itself was definitely worth the money. We went to winery, vina del mar beach, flower clock and Valparaiso. We had Luciano as our guide and he has guided us through out the trip in Spanish & English. Very friendly and informative guide.
Jackelyn and Leo were very good!
Our family had a lovely day out with Jacqueline the excellent guide and Leonardo the brilliant driver. The tour was well paced and a good variety of different stops. It gave us a good impression of what the Pacific coast cities are like. Jacqueline was very knowledgeable and went out of her way to make sure that there was the same English narration even though only three of us on the trip were native English speakers. My only very minor complaint would be that it seemed to take a long time first thing to gather all the bus parties together so we waited around quite a bit at the start but once we left the main departure point everything was very slick and worked well. Thanks for a great day out!
We had a really enjoyable day and got to see a lot. The itinerary was well organised, everything ran smoothly, and the places we visited were all worth seeing. The highlight of the trip was our guide, Jorge. As the only English speaker in the group, he made a genuine effort to speak English with me and translate throughout the day, which I really appreciated. He was friendly, accommodating, and helped make the experience much more enjoyable. If I had one suggestion, it would be to allow a little more time at each stop, although I understand that's often just the nature of this type of tour. The wine tour at the end was enjoyable, but it felt quite short. The guide there did translate into English for me, which I appreciated, but the translations were much briefer than the Spanish explanations and at times it felt like translating was more of an obligation than something they were keen to do. Overall, though, it was a very nice trip and one I would happily recommend.
10/10 Experience! I had an amazing day learning so much about all the sights but also about Chile. Javiera was an amazing guide and made our day extremely memorable and special.
Excellent experience with Javiera and her crew. Very pleasant crew, supportive and fun.
Well worth it. The tour in Valparaiso was really fantastic. It was a great way to spend the day and see several sites
Jorge is very good an 5 star tour leader. I was very happy
Excellent trip to Valparaiso including bindery Vermonter and Neruda’s House Zla Sebastiana with a knowledgeable guide Javiera and driver Leo
Guide and driver (Jeanette ) were excellent. Guide Luciano had excellent English and smoothly transitioned between Spanish and English. He answered all our questions and provided good information and historical context.
It was a very good experience despite having some issues with the bus. Loved having Luciano as a tour guide!
All good. Luciano and Janet were great. We had a vehicle issue in one of the tires but still Luciano and Janet did everything they could to keep us safe and entertained.
This trip to Valparaiso and Vina del Mar was memorable because of Alondra and Leo. Leo was an excellent driver and Alondra was absolutely friendly and super knowledgeable and she made this trip a FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE and we will definitely come back to Santiago and use TURISTIK again. Carlos who picked us up from the Sheraton was super as well.
Excellent full day trip with variety of stops and good pacing all thanks to Fernanda our guide and Rafael our driver. Information was very engaging and provided in Spanish, English and Portuguese. Excellent value and quality service.
We do a lot of tours but rarely are they this well planned and executed. The pacing was excellent.our guide Fernanda and driver Rafael took good care of us and had a lot of useful information. We loved the wine tour and visiting Neruda’s house.
Remarkable service, our guide Matias was very helpful and very enthusiastic. Traveling with him and Janet made our journey unforgettable.
The tour operator was amazing. She was very knowledgeable. She was very easy to understand. She went into depth where she needed to + she just showed us a wonderful array of all the places that were on this tour. I highly recommend
Javiera & Christian were great, our trip was fun and very entertaining, we went to Val Paraiso, Vinas del mar and the trip went so well and smooth, Christian drove back and forth so safely and Javiera was very knowledgeable about history, culture, fun facts about Chile and the sightseeing. Thank you both for the beautiful day trip around Chile, we totally recommend the trip! Andrea & Claudio Goncalves
My mum and I really enjoyed this tour overall. The general logistics were really well organised and executed by the company, tour guides, and bus driver. The walking tour through Valparaíso was wonderful and entertaining. Alondra and Diego did a wonderful job guiding us and making sure we were all safe and hydrated in the intense summer sun. Our driver, Nelson, was excellent and navigated some narrow turns with expertise. I was most looking forward to the visit to La Sebastiana (Pablo Neruda's house in Valparaíso), and it did not disappoint! However, I was not impressed by the visit to the vineyard. 10am is too early to be drinking wine in my opinion, and we didn't even get to sit down somewhere to do it - and there were plenty of tables available in a seating area. We had to stand in the main entrance hall, holding our glasses and trying our best to hear what the vineyard employee was saying while another tourist group was walking around us and in our midst, talking loudly, playing music on their mobiles, and taking pictures. The explanations were only given in Spanish to the general group, and then a shortened English version to the American couple who was with us. While it is true that Portuguese speakers can get the general gist of things spoken in Spanish if it is spoken slowly and we can pay close attention, we did not stand a chance given the generalised chaos. I have been to my fair share of vineyard tours and wine tasting experiences, and this was by far the worst one. Overall, this was a good tour - except for the vineyard portion. My two cents to improve it would be to re-organise it so that the vineyard visit happens at the very end and strike some sort of deal with the vineyard place so that the tasting happens in a private room or, at the very least, somewhere far away from other visitors, preferably seated.
This 10-hour tour was really amazing. Thanks to our guide, Jorge. Jorge was incredibly knowledgeable, multilingual, professional, humorous and courteous throughout the entire day. Perfectly planned itinerary, Knowledgable, professional humor guider, and clean comfortable bus. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area—an unforgettable experience made even better by an exceptional guide.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Experience with Jorge Garrido Carmona Our 10-hour trip from Santiago to Valparaíso and Viña del Mar was absolutely fantastic, thanks to our guide, Jorge Garrido Carmona. Jorge was incredibly knowledgeable, multilingual, professional, and courteous throughout the entire day. He kept our group of 14 together with kindness and ease, making the experience smooth and enjoyable for everyone. The itinerary was perfectly planned. Our first stop at a local vineyard was both informative and fascinating—such a great way to start the tour. Lunch was delicious, and Jorge made sure we had plenty of opportunities for bathroom breaks and snack stops along the way. The bus itself was clean, comfortable, and spacious, which made the long ride very pleasant. We had a wonderful day and are so happy we chose this company. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area—an unforgettable experience made even better by an exceptional guide.
Matias is excellent in guiding tour courses with enthusiasm and energy. He covered all areas in the tour descriptions and effectively managed each visit including Neruda Museum which is very charming. I highly recommend this tour.
Jorge was a fantastic guide who made the day very special for us. Even though 12/14 people on the tour were Spanish speaking, he took the time to also sit with my wife and I and explain everything in English (we do not speak Spanish very well, but we could understand his Spanish for many items). We were given history and context and he made the day fun, as he is also a teacher. Highly recommend!
Alondra was an amazing and Leas was a fantastic driver
We loved the experience, all the staff were so friendly. Thanks for an unforgettable experience in Valparaíso!
Wonderful trip. Valpariso is very unique and worth a trip! A different feel compared to modern Santiago. Alondra our tour guide is super charming and pretty! Leo is a great driver so they make a great team. Take the tour!
It was a very nice tour the only thing was the group was quite large so it did not feel very tailored.
Great stops for a taste of Casablanca Valley and Coastal cities. Friendly guide and comfortable bus. Definitely worth it.
Our tour with Jorge was an absolute highlight of our time in Chile. He made the entire day fun, educational, and thoroughly engaging while sharing fascinating insights into the country’s geography and history. We were lucky to have a warm (but not too hot) summer day as we began with a stop at a beautiful winery in the Casablanca Valley. The tour of the wine-making facilities was excellent, and we sampled a very pleasant white and red wine while learning about the local production process. From there, we visited Viña del Mar, where we admired the famous flower clock and browsed some unique souvenirs from local street vendors. Lunch was at a seaside restaurant with spectacular ocean views — a perfect setting to relax and take it all in. The afternoon took us to Valparaíso, where we toured the eclectic home of the acclaimed poet and statesman Pablo Neruda. This was followed by an engaging historic walk through the old, hilly neighborhoods, rich with stories of immigrant communities and colorful architecture. We wrapped up the experience with a charming ride on the city’s antique funicular. Overall, this was a fantastic, active, and memorable tour. Five stars to Jorge for making it such a special day.
This tour fits in a lot without it feeling tiring at all — each stop is for just a short amount of time. If I could modify the tour, the clock of flowers is a skip in my opinion, but it’s literally just a photo op and then continuing on, so it doesn’t affect the overall tour experience at all. Nelson & Luciano were both great!
Today, I had a great experience on this Tour with Turista to Vina del Mar and Valparaiso! Jorge was our tour guide and he was very knowledgeable, pleasant and always very accommodating to give the right information! This tour had a little bit of everything with the wine tasting and ending with the Valparaiso tour. I thank Jorge and the team for everything!
It’s a good way to see Valparaiso and Vina Del Mar including Neruda’s residence La Sebastiana. The tour includes a visit to the vineyard and wine tasting.
Luciano, Alejandro, nuncio (driver). The trip started fine and Luciano was briefing us on the way to the wine tasting. We got combined with a second group. We were confused as to what was happening. Once combined we were well informed and saw the sites. The highlight was Pablo Neruda house and tour. Luciano and Alejandro did a great job of informing us in 3 different languages. But, for the listeners, there was a lot spoken but not understood. It might be better if portions were recorded in the languages like on the hop on and hop off bus.
Luciano, Nelson and Alejandro were amazing tour guides today. The tour was great and they were all so informative on every place we went to. I would recommend this tour to everyone!
We had a wonderful trip with Alejandro, Nelson, and Luciano. They took excellent care of us, and were so incredibly knowledgeable about the history of Chile. We really appreciated the nuanced political perspectives Alejandro offered!
The tour guides were very friendly and helpful. The whole experience of the tour is great with lots of nice views. I loved it a lot.
Nice tour showing many spots on the same day which would be impossible to reach by ourselves. Thanks to the crew, Benjamin, Millanti and the driver
The trip was very interesting. Veramonte winery with wine tasting was enjoyable. Then we went to Vina del Mar with a stops near the Floral Clock, and the beach. Also, we visited Pablo Neruda house, and walked down steep streets of Valparaiso. Our tour guide Alejandro Hermenes was fantastic.
Javiera was great and the tour was beautiful and so much fun! We drank wine, walked around Valparaiso, went to the beach, and stopped at a lovely restaurant for lunch. Great way to spend a day.
Huge thanks to Nelson and Luciano! Luciano shared incredibly detailed and engaging insights about Santiago, Valparaíso, and Viña del Mar — we truly learned a lot. We also loved our stop at the Vermonte winery. A fantastic and memorable day!
Excellent day tour to Valparaiso. I’m usually motion sick but Nelson’s driving was impeccable! Luciano kept us engaged and entertained throughout the journey!
Jorge G. was friendly, fun, knowledgeable, and one of the best tour guides I’ve ever had. He made sure every one was accommodated and helped with all English and Spanish translation. He learned all our names quickly, and asked us questions to get to know us as well. He really did everything possible to make this an amazing trip. I’d go on any tour he led no matter where or what it was! This tour was super fun, and had just the right amount of stops. The winery was quick, but fun, and La Sebastiana is a must-see location and well worth it. You’ll learn so much about the history of Chile that you may find yourself surprised! Highly recommend this tour!
I have experienced a perfect tour with a guide Jorge Garrido. He provided us with much information about our trip, i.e. winery Viñedos Veramonte with wine tasting and visit of Viña del Mar and Valparaíso cities. I highly recommend this experience especially with Jorge as a guide. Thank you. :)
