This was an excellent introduction to Santiago. The guide was knowledgeable and had an excellent way of conveying information. We enjoyed it thoroughly.

It was a worthwhile way to explore the center of Santiago and see important landmarks and a couple of neighborhoods. Lots of history and culture shared. The guide was quite knowledgeable, yet did not go out of their way to meet, organize, or get to know the group. It would have been nice to have the tour outlined with time frames and what to expect. The tour ended thirty minutes before the advertised approximate ending time.

Claudio had an encyclopaedic knowledge of history and put it in such lovely sequential terms ( and with a photo book) that you walk away truly wiser for the encounter! He has an engaging manner and the time flew by as his recounting of events kept you spellbound! The city is built on flat ground making it effortless to explore and with restaurant recommendations at the end, it was a perfect day.

This was a phenomenal walking tour of Santiago led by Catalina. The information she provided throughout the tour helped us connect with Chile’s history, and it was appreciated getting a list of places to visit during our stay in Santiago.

Claudio was a tour guide on October 3rd, 2026 4 pm small group tour. Luckily total of four people in our group, so we received good attention from Claudio. He showed us many land marks of Santiago which was great for the first day.

An interesting and informative walk. The guide was knowledgeable and took us on a wide ranging tour of the sites and architecture of central Santiago mixed in with a good history of Santiago and Chile in general. It was an enjoyable tour which I would certainly recommend to others.

I was lucky to get a private tour, so I asked all my questions and learned so much about Chilean culture, politics, geography, history, and cuisine. Now I feel I understand Santiago enough to navigate on my own.

I had a wonderful afternoon with Nelai . He was extremely knowledgeable about the city and Chile - the current situation and also its long and varied history. We covered a lot of the Histórico Centro and he showed me some of his favourite spots. Would highly recommend this tour if you are interested in Chilean history and learning about the city

Our guide Katy was very VERY knowledgeable about the country, it's beginnings, the world politics involved, the history of the buildings (including how many earthquakes caused how many rebuilds for several of them). I was incredibly impressed with her. I absolutely loved it and if you want to know about Chile, it's capital, or anything else, I recommend this tour.

Claude was a wealth of information and very helpful. If you like history, you will love this tour. My only suggestion is that there needs to be a more specific meeting place within the plaza as it is a large area.

Poor coordination from the agency. No instructions shared nor contact initiated at the meeting point and unable to find the tour guide. Missed the tour at the end. No refund provided and was offered to take the tour another day which is not possible considering I’ll only be in the city for a day.

Excellent way to see the area and learn some of the political history. The architecture is beautiful and our guide was very knowledgeable about the history of each building. The price was well worth it, but I would have liked to be able to go inside more of the buildings. We were only able to go inside a church. We were there during the winter and a hat is definitely recommended as well as good walking shoes as the cobbles can be tricky.
