It was a fun day getting to go to the three places. We got to see some unique areas in a limited time. The biking is guided by was excellent and she was accommodating to group. The lunch place was also very good and not crowded.
I was very disappointed with the meeting point and transportation arrangements. The tour picked us up at one location but did not drop us off at the same place. The guide, Cristian, simply told me to take public transportation back to my accommodation, which was approximately 45 minutes away. I don’t think this was fair or properly communicated when booking the tour. I expected transportation back to the original meeting point, especially after paying for the experience. Having to figure out my own transportation after the tour was very inconvenient and disappointing. Unfortunately, this affected my overall experience. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your transportation arrangements for future guests.
A very good day trip — well worth a day out from Santiago. Our guide, Zaire, was very good and provided a wealth of information about both cities. The wine-tasting on our way back to Santiago was OK.
This tour was the highlight of my stay in Santiago. Cristian was an outstanding tour guide - entertaining, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Valparaiso in particular was such a colourful, vibrant and historical city full of fabulous murals and so much charm. I thoroughly recommend it.
Excellent day and great information!
Tiare and Jose were excellent in their communication, transport, ease and tour journey. Tiare was very informative and helpful. I would recommend to do,
We had a lovely tour with Tiare and Jose! Amazing team, and we learnt a lot about Valparaíso and Viña del Mar. The tour was well thought out and carefully timed. 100% worth the money and a great day outside of Santiago!
Cristobal did a great job. It was a very enjoyable day. Pace was leisurely. We enjoyed our conversations with our guide along the way.
Very nice day trip from Santiago. Our guide Oskar was knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended.
Interesting tour of the street art in Valparaiso and final stop at the wine farm
An incredible day tour! Our tour guide Cristian was amazing from beginning to the end. He was so friendly, passionate and knowledgeable about it. Look no further!! You won’t regret it. Highly recommend it :)
The tour guide was very good and explained a lot about the area and the culture. The day was well organised and not physically demanding. You will need to be able to manage a few staircases, but they are not long and there are breaks in between them. They suggest a place for lunch which has traditional Chilean food.
Great tour, great price! Highly recommended!
Lovely people. Excellent guide and driver. Well paced
Nice it was a pleasant experience
Tiare is an amazing guide, in the sense that she's not stereotypical. Talking about topics in a modern and critical point of view. Always taking care that everyone is understanding.
Excellent tour. Our guide Tiare looked after us so well and shared lots of useful information. Highly recommend!
Tiare is super bubbly, kind and full of information. I have walked the streets of Valparaiso before but missed out on historical and cultural information. Completely recommend this tour if you want to learn more about Chile/ Valparaiso!
Very good service, and we loved the dynamic tour...highly recommended!
This tour pretty much delivered on what it claimed. Price was reasonable. Tour duration was according to schedule. We were shown the sites pretty much as per the description. Atmosphere was a bit lacking and a I didn't feel as engaged as I did in most other tours. A decent enough tour for those with limited time. This tour was just quite middling, not bad, just not a stand out or exceptional.
We had a full day experiencing everything this tour offered. I loved all the coloured houses and street art. There were some great little art and craft shops but not a lot of time to experience them really. Oskar was a great guide and our bus driver very pleasant too.
Cristobal and Jelen were fantastic hosts throughout, bringing lots of energy and humour to the tour. The tour itself was great, with lots to do and moved along at a great pace for the group. Would thoroughly recommend.
Very good day out. The walking tour of Valparaiso was really excellent withthe wine tasting in the Casablanca Valley being the perfect end for the day. Oskar was definitely an enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide and his driver (who's name I have forgotten) was brilliant.
Oskar was a brilliant guide. His passion for his country, the environment, political history and the locals flowed through his guiding. Met local street artists and musicians that he knew. So glad he was guiding our tour - and the wine tasting was delicious too
A very good guide Tiare helpfull and ftiendly
Great tour with Tiare the guide and Pancho the chauffeur! Tiare was an excellent and engaging guide who explained all of the details of the places and their history. Highly recommend!
Tiare is a Very sweet and knowledgeable tour guide. We had a great time exploring the colorful towns . Highly recommend this tour
Juan Pablo was great. The weather was bad the whole day, but he kept the trip fun and positive. We had a great experience.
It was really nice. The guide Cristóbal shared all his knowledge about Chilean history and made the day a great adventure.
Perfect weather and an amazing outing! Our guide, Cristobal, was informative, enthusiastic, and recommended a fantastic restaurant with fresh, delicious seafood. The group was a wonderful mix, and we even made a new friend. Highly recommend—5 stars!
Nice experience, our guide was very professional, kind and friendly with all the group, also the driver, I recommend this trip.
Our tour guide, Cristobal, was fantastic! He spoke so many languages! He was knowledgeable and fun to be with all day. We had a great driver, Jose, also. However, a few critiques of the agenda: The pitstop for the beach could have been much shorter. The pitstop to see sea lions should probably be eliminated as there aren’t many there and the area was dirty and smelly.
Juan Pablo was amazing, very friendly and nice. He explained anlot about the history, curiosities and local traditions. I recommend it a lot. He spoke English, Spanish and Portuguese which made the experience very fun. The driver Jose was also very kind and professional.
PJ was absolutely amazing and so knowledgeable! He was so nice and welcoming and made the tour feel very personal!
We had a great day trip with Christobal, who was very knowledgeable about the history of each place and had plenty of tips for food and drink. I'd recommend this as part of your stay in Santiago, getting to see Valparaíso was a highlight as well as finishing off with a quick winery tour.
Great experience, had a great guide Cristabal and our driver Jose who looked after us really well. Worh the money we paid and extended our expectation.
The guide was very polite, friendly, and attentive, and demonstrated historical knowledge of the places visited. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. The locations visited were pleasant and safe. The travel between sites was smooth.
Wonderful experience, perfectly planned day. Really enjoyed this tour !!
Great experience. Got to see a different cities and a winery. Loved the history.
Good fun. Great guide. Pick up at hotel door was very much appreciated
JP and Jailyn were awesome today and really showed us around Valparaiso and Viña Del Mar. Had an awesome group that really got along and were able to see heaps of awesome sights
Our driver Juan Pablo and driver Jalen were excellent. Very considerate and helpful with good explanation. The places where we stopped for food were very slow with the service so we were rushed at the winery
It was a great experience specially guided by Cristobal and Jose very knowledgeable and great fun
A whole day trip from Santiago to visit these two cities that are about an hour and half away. Organised tour with a WhatsApp group the evening before , pick from our Lastarria hotel, small group ( with 8 other visitors), travel in comfortable van included. Andres( our guide) did very well navigating speaking in Spanish, Portuguese and English. He was knowledgeable and pointed out various aspects. Our driver Jeilin transported us wonderfully in her own Barbie way😊. After pick up there was a stop for breakfast ( not included in costs) before visiting Viná del Mar. En route to Valpraiso we had a stop over to see the 🦭 and pelicans in a fish market. There was a trip up a funicular which was interesting. On the way back before going to Emiliana ( an organic vineyard) we had lunch in a restaurant in Valpraiso where we had some traditional Chilean food. Thanks Andres
Nice way to spend most of the day to get to know some key places near Santiago.
JP & our lady driver were great tour guides. We loved the tour, guides wwrre very friendly and recommended some good places for lunch. All in all nice way to spend a day exploring pacific and the cities around Santiago, Chile
The pickup at hotel was convenient and on time. The itinerary was good. Cristobal is very detail oriented, We were glad to have him as our tour guide.
Valparaiso and the coast was very nice. We liked it better than Santiago. The tour hit the key areas including Vina del Mar, a fish market (our favorite stop), an Easter Island ruin and the main town of Valparaiso. Andres, our guide, was very friendly. However, it felt like he could have told us more. He didn't talk a lot when we were driving out to the coast. On other day tours we usually get a lot of general information on the country and area when we are driving to the destination. Also, the timing was a little rushed for lunch as we waited earlier in the morning forever for people to get coffee. Overall though I enjoyed the tour and highly recommend going to the coast area for a day trip from Santiago.
It was a nice Valparaiso tour with the guide Cristóbal. Good communication from the office side, smooth pick up/drop of and funny commentary enroute. This tour is a bit more expensive than other of the similar itinerary but the service is worth it - it started raining and the guide had proper umbrellas available for everyone in the group, wine tasting was done seating down indoors with some cheese and olives to nibble, rather than standing up outside, by the entrance to the vineyard. I would recommend.
