Santiago Tour Journey Through The Heart Of The City

Tour guide showed up 20 minutes late which was a great start. The whole group was waiting patiently at the meeting spot and reached out to the tour operator who graciously decloned all of our calls. We paid for a tour in English and the guide spoke none. I consider this a complete loss.. possibly fraudulent.

We went to Santiago in September 2026 with 5 people, we did our tours (City tour, Alyan Winery, El Colorado, and Portillo) with We Love and it was all sensational! From the purchase of the tours to their execution. The entire team of attendants and guides were wonderful. In addition to all the tips that Laise makes a point of leaving on Instagram. I highly recommend it!!!

Great service, I have 3 days in Chile and I made 3 tours with we love 10/10, the perfect attendant Matias of the City tour, remembering that there are few people is not a tour with 30-50 people as I saw other agencies doing. To the Alyan vineyard we went with the driver César who was surreal, an excellent driver, he should remember me rs ( I turned his translator kkk ), and to the Undurraga vineyard we went with the guide Robinson, always giving tips and attentive, I saw no bad will in any of the guides and we tourists are a little bored, we always ask various things. So far we love is 10/10, still miss 2 tours, but exceeded my expectations. I indicate with closed eyes, I was a little worried before because of some comments about the delay to answer, but everything went well. A day before the trip they created a group at the wpp and has the tour where the schedules for everyone and are extremely PONTUAIS.

We made the city tour on 02/08 with the company We Love Chile, specifically the guide Robinson. What a wonderful experience, a charismatic, didactic and extremely humorous guide. It was a wonderful experience that I highly recommend. He took care of bringing a rain guard because of the rain and lent me his jacket because I was unprepared. A wonderful person, an unforgettable experience. Thank you We Love, thank you Robinson.

I would like to express my indignation for this company which I do not recommend to anyone! I booked the tours more than three months in advance, gave a signal as they ask and the rest of the payment two days before arriving in Santiago. I made the first tour with them on Tuesday morning 28/07 (city tour) and it all went well but I had the unhappiness of having my cell phone stolen the same day the night. The groups with the agency were in my cell phone but as soon as I arrived at the hotel I tried to contact the company in all possible ways through my husband's cell phone to notify me of what happened and talk about what could be done for the next day when we would take the tour of Farellones but with this event I had no conditions to go. I sent several messages on Instagram, WhatsApp of the company, e-mail, until pro message of the city tour in the morning I sent to ask for help. I didn't get any response from the company, I warned around 21:00 on Tuesday and the tour would be the next morning on Wednesday. Later I was able to access my WhatsApp web via the laptop, I had access to the tour group, I sent a message to the guide Alora explaining all my situation which also did not answer me. I went to get back from the company on Wednesday late in the afternoon, which said that I couldn't do anything about what happened to me. I didn't even question a refund but a possible exchange of a ride even for a less valuable ride. I had paid for this tour $556 real for two people and had no help and consideration from the company. To make it worse, on Friday we had contracted the tour “WeLove Infinitum” an open bar tour of $581 reais per person. We were warned the day before that there would be no more open bar and that they would only return $40 real for the tour. Since I had already had the unhappiness of missing the first ride due to the theft of my cell phone, I ended up subjecting myself to this indecent proposal from this company. My lawyer has already been activated and will take the appropriate measures and reinforcement that I do not indicate to anyone, I have several acquaintances that will come to Chile soon and I will talk to everyone not to contract tours from WELOVE CHILE, and I will also make the question of commenting on all social networks and disseminate so that no one goes through this stress we are going through. My husband has a super influential Instagram in Brazil with over 1 million followers (eduardovbf2) and I hope to reach as many people as possible with my story.
