Our tour guide Veronica was the best! She was sooo patient and accommodating! I had my young kid with me, who only cared about the cable car experience The Whole time. In the meantime, I only cared about taking pictures and videos to document this beautiful city of Santiago. Lol… Veronica did a great job being flexible and accommodating what we both wanted. Further, She went above and beyond to take care of our personal belongings for safety purposes. We can not say enough good things about Veronica and she’s certainly by far the best tour guide we have ever had!

Veronica was an excellent guide! I thoroughly enjoyed my walking tour of Santiago. I appreciated that she was flexible with starting time of my tour, when I was very delayed in my arrival in Santiago. I highly recommend this tour!
I am very satify with Veronica. She is very comfortable with, helpful, supportive and flexible.
Veronica did an excellent job.
Very well done Very knowledgeable guide My goal was to understand Santiago and it’s history and he did an excellent job
Its been 5 months since we did this excursion and I can still remember everything we did in the 7 hours we spent with Alvaro Romero. One of the absolute best private tours we've ever taken, bare none! Alvaro met us at our hotel and the took us to downtown Santiago on the bus and metro. We got a great feel for the city and its people. He provided us information on the sites we saw along the way and made the whole experience seamless. In addition to the highlights of Santiago we also saw the unique and extremely interesting spots. The food and drinks (pisco sours) at Alvaro's favorite bar and restaurant was the best we had on our entire 3 week trip. I've told so many people the story of the places we saw, the things we did, ate and drank during our day with Alvaro. Book this excursion if you want to see, feel, hear and taste what Santiago;s all about. THANK YOU Alvaro for a fantastic time!
Great experience excellent guide. He was very knowledgeable and knew his history of Chile. Today he added a few extra stops.
I recommend visiting Santiago, and Chile, and South America only if you speak fluent Spanish and/or Brazilian Portuguese; otherwise, stay home and watch a documentary and go to a “Latino” restaurant.
Great way to explore the city…especially on your first full day. Lots to see. Our guide Alessandro was awesome and explained everything in great detail!!!
Excellent tour with lots of history and beautiful places to see. Memorable visit to Pablo Neruda musem.
My wife and I enjoyed our Santiago city tour with Allesandro. He is very knowledgeable and engaging. We visited many points of interest with Allesandro providing the history and context. Would recommend.
Great tour. Covered all of the major attractions. Good understanding of Chile's history. Be prepared to walk including steps
Wonderful tour very knowledgeable guide Alessandro showed us many places we would have missed , highly recommend
I did the 5 hour private walking tour with Alessandro. He was so knowledgeable and helped me understand the history and culture of Santiago and Chile. I would highly recommend using him!
We had a great time on the walking tour with Angela. She is very knowledgeable and kept the conversation interesting and lively. It was a very fun time. Highly recommend.
We took the five plus hour walking tour with Julio and had a fantastic day with this charming gentleman, born and raised in the area. This is our second time in Santiago and this time with our daughter. It was a great way to get a feel for the city and the areas of interest. The pace was great for the 60, 59 and 21 yo group. Warm day with stops in shade, water and snacks provided. We learned the transit system and are using it while here. Very easy, clean and quick. Thank you once again for a great day.
We were on a short layover before starting a cruise and wanted to get a feel for Santiago from a local. This was a good way to do it. Angela was friendly and enthusiastic. We enjoyed Santiago with her.
Very informative and gave us a wonderful overview of the city. It gave us a good feel for Chile and it's history. Put your walking shoes on!
On time. Very knowledgeable. Alessandro Knows his Chilean history well. We covered almost 14 klm, moving at a good pace.
Alessandro is very knowledgeable about the history y la ciudad de Santiago. We walked the streets like a Chilean and visited many special historic venues in the city. He is very kind, humorous and a complete gentleman. I would recommend this tour with Alessandro.
Everything was good, my guide Julio was very knowledgeable about the history and the city. We were able to finish early and visit an additional place.
Our tour was very comprehensive on the history of Santiago and portions of Chile. We got to see some of the key elements of Santiago. We would have liked to learn more about the culture of Santiago as we walked through the neighborhoods and not just the history. Our guide was very attentive but consistently asked if he was meeting our expectations.
Alessandro was very knowledgeable, especially related to Santiago history. He fell short in providing an understanding of the neighborhoods we were walking through and the culture of Santiago and Chile. He worked hard and was very attentive to our needs.
We had a great tour with Alessandro. He gave us a good overview of Chilean history and the history of Santiago. We would highly recommend this tour with him.
We had a brilliant day with Valentina. She was very knowledgeable and very kind. Our tour was extremely varied and I feel like we really got to know the city. She even went out of her way to help me find the church bells that had been returned to Santiago from my home town in Wales. We found good coffee and tasty snacks. Would highly recommend this tour and Valentina in particular.
Alessandro met me promptly at my hotel and took a very nice tour through Santiago. I was the only one on the tour. He was not rushed and even extended our tour to the funicular ( not included in my tour originally). His explanations were clear, although I had minor difficulty parsing through his accent, but he was willing to repeat without any impatience. He also frequently asked if I needed clarification. Overall a good tour. Important point is this is a walking tour, and you will be walking for most of 5+ hours and climb a lot of steps. This is the sort of thing I really enjoy, but not for everyone. I personally didn’t require any breaks other than for hydration.
Very good guide - Patricia. Very beautiful city. She provided interesting historical information. Very friendly
We had such a lovely time with Alessandro. Although we only had one day in town, I feel like we really got to see the whole city. He is very knowledgeable about the history and a lovely person to spend the day with. Highly recommended!
Great overall tour of city. Julio is very informative and shared a lot of information both historical and current about Santiago.
Alessandro is very knowledgeable! We saw many parts of the city we would not have otherwise found. The history and culture are fascinating! The walk up St Lucia was amazing Highly recommended this tour Thank you Alessandra!
Alessandro gave us an experience of a lifetime and taught us all about the Chilean culture, history, and the beautiful city of Santiago. His knowledge left us so curious to continue to learn more about the rich history of Chile and South America. His knowledge was invaluable and appreciated.
Had a really fun tour with Pablo. His English is great and he’s super friendly. He showed me around the city and shared some interesting history, including stories from the Pinochet era. I got to try some tasty Chilean empanadas and my first pisco sour. Pablo also went out of his way to help me find the specific souvenirs I was looking for to bring home to my family.
Was picked up at hotel for a vibrant walk around the city. Great insights by a local. Pace was very good. Made use of safe and clean metro to make most of the tour.
The guide, Alesandro, tried his best and I appreciated that. Because I had read about Chilean history before arriving, I was able to connect the dots, so to speak. The only concern I had was not fully understanding or being able to follow due to choppy delivery and heavy English accent, which of course is not his problem. The area where I was supposed to meet was not safe for solo women and created some stress.
Pablo was a wonderful guide full of knowledge and history of Santiago and Chile! Lots of walking and seeing what Santiago has to offer! Recommend this tour for anyone visiting Santiago.
Pablo was an exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly guide and my 5 hour walking /cable car tour was one of my best experiences in South America.
Our walking tour with Pablo was very informative. He was such a pleasure to walk around the city. You have a beautiful city and highly recommend Pablo to walk the city.
The tour was an excellent introduction to Santiago. The English language skills of the guide, Sofia, were very good, which allowed a wide-ranging conversation. Her deep knowledge of Santiago and Chile enabled a good explanation of each point of interest. Wear comfortable footwear as the tour covers a lot of ground. Using public transport gave an experience of day to day life. Easy booking process and excellent communication. A thoroughly enjoyable experience. Highly recommended.
Alessandro did a great job explaining the history, geography, and highlights of Santiago on this walking tour. He helped contextualize the city view I had from Sky Costanera the night before and gave me a better understanding.
Eduardo was an amazing guide! Very friendly, knowledgeable and informative. He explained history, art and current culture of Santiago and Chile. He made all five hours enjoyable and educational.
Sofia was an excellent, patient and flexible guide. She was very well informed and a clear communicator who spoke good English. She allowed us to choose where we wanted to go and how long we spent there based on her recommendations and other activities we had planned. In particular, we spent a few hours at the Museo Chileno de Arte Precolumbino (Pre Columbian Art Museum), a must if you are interested in the Indigenous peoples and ancient history of South America. She walked at a pace that suited us which was important in the heat (36o Celsius). We would strongly recommend this tour.
We had the BEST day with Edwardo in Santiago. He was amazing, professional, knowledgeable, and fun. He adjusted our private tour to accommodate our preferences. He also made some local calls to help us with our plan for the next day in town. We learned so much spending the walking tour with him. I highly recommend it!!!
Our guide was very knowledgeable about Santiago and its history which he shared with during our walk
Alassandro was friendly and made sure I was comfortable on our walk! He helped me exchange money, showed me places to avoid, and major architectural points of interest. He also was knowledgeable about Chilean history. I was hoping for some recommendations for good vegetarian or seafood restaurants but didn't get any. The tour also felt a little fast. The description said it was a 5 hour walking tour but we were finished after only 3 hours. If the company knew it was going to be 2 hours shorter than advertised then they shouldn't charge so much. Honestly, I think I should get a 40% refund.
We had a wonderful five hour walking tour with our guide Sofia. She tailored the pace to our ability and was extremely knowledgeable about all of the sites of the City that we visited. She also provided meaningful discussion of Chile's and Santiago's history, culture and political environment at each locale. Be aware - you will walk for the entire tour (we clocked over 6 miles) but it was well worth it.
Sofia was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about Santiago and its history. I particularly wanted to see art and architecture, and Sofia managed to show me so much. In addition to getting a comprehensive tour of Santiago sights, I had a wonderful time with her learning about present day Chile and the views of a younger generation. A thoroughly enjoyable and informative day.
Sofia was delightful. She took us to 5 different areas of Santiago and pointed out the important buildings as well as describing the neighborhoods. We visited the national history museum and the arts museum. Walked over 5 miles. Highly recommend this tour
It’s a great way to see the city with someone very knowledgable. He pointed out landmarks and added really interesting background and information. We covered a wide range of conversation topics. Eduardo even shared footage on his iPad as we talked about the Coup in Chile. We also tried some local delicacies, that I wouldn’t have known about. This tour has been a real highlight of my trip to Santiago. Thanks Eduardo!
Sophia our guide was great. She tailored our private tour to accommodate our requests. We all had a wonderful time.
Our guide was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the different areas of the city and its history. We especially enjoyed the cathedral and the view from the top of Santa Lucia Hill.
