Isa was absolutely amazing. She was very knowledgeable about the area and had no problems going in depth when we asked questions about the history of different places. I would 100% take another tour with the company!

Great guide and pace. Only improvement would be better bike fit to align available cycles with participant size. Rather than first come first serve or participant selection
Great experience, very knowlegeable guides who were very concerned for our safety. Wholeheartedly recommend!
Great tour guide, good bikes, friendly staff. Only complaint is tour lacks a bit in substance despite Lautaro’s great enthusiasm and knowledge of his country.
An amazing tour. Carlos and Carmella were brilliant guides making this tour interesting and fun. Visiting the local market, learning about the culture and history of Santiago whilst also enjoying exploring the city. A fantastic way to spend time in this lovely City.
Highly recommend this tour, it’s a great way to see the city! Ale, our tour guide, was knowledgeable and extremely pleasant.
Great tour if only in Santiago for short period of time. Takes you to areas you wouldn’t have thought of visiting as a tourist. The market was great and felt safe with Isabella’s guidance. Bikes were good quality and meeting point was easy to find. Streets easy to navigate. Isabella the guide was very informative and happy to answer any questions. Would recommend this tour!
A great tour to kick start your first time in Santiago. Must do to understand the culture and get a feel for the town. We loved the market a vibe of activity and fresh produce. Our guide was brilliant with lots of insights!
This tour was a great way to spend the morning. It’s a nice ride around a few of the neighborhoods and along the river, as well as some nice time spent in one of the bigger markets in town. My guide, Diego, gave me some great historical and geographic context of the area as well as recommendations for local food, experiences and cinema! I think it is definitely worth the cost and would be interested in some of the other tours as well.
We enjoyed our 3-hour bike tour led by Isabella. This was a focused and immersive glimpse at what everyday life is like for Santiago residents beyond the tourist and upscale areas. The visit to the large, busy, market provided a snapshot of the people, produce and foods of Chile. In addition, we experienced some of the streets and public spaces of the city. Isabella was very knowledgeable, thoughtful and passionate in sharing her insights about the country.
Yesterday we - a family of 4 from NL - had a great experience with Diego, our bike tour guide. Murray from Canada was the only other guest accompanying us on this dry but cloudy morning tour. Diego is very knowledagble and open on all things regarding Santiago. The tour through the central market is amazing as this is something you do not see in the Netherlands. Especially all the exotic fruits and vegetables and the entire buzz around this market. Diego is also very sensitive to security and that is why we had a safe tour and we recommend him highly if you want to get a good taste of Santiago in half a day. He also does recommendations on place to go for coffee or lunch/dinner and we followed his guidance and were positively surprised by the atmosphere of the restaurant.
Diego was brilliant. Markets were very interesting and Diego knows so much about food and producers. Biking was easy…..i haven’t been on a bike in years.
La Bicicleta Verde tour was so wonderful and informative. Isa our tour guide was so kind, ulta knowledgeable, and we felt safe following her around the city the whole tour. She is passionate about biking and giving back to the community through biking and that truly comes out during the tour. Definitely do this when you come to Santiago!
Great way to see different parts of Santiago - the colourful main produce market, Parque Forestal, street art, Pablo Deruda’s Santiago house - and taste a Chilean snack. Our guide kept us safe and set a good pace.
Really informative and excellent in every way. Easy bike ride. Not rushed - loved the market. Felt safe and had fun.
We had a great morning exploring Santiago parks and the central market on our bikes. Isabella our guide was excellent. She took great care of us and provided really interesting information I highly recommend this tour, you get to experience some local life and explore areas you wouldn’t easily find on your own
Lau (our guide) was fantastic and very knowledgeable. Would recommend this tour as a way to get to see the non-touristy parts of Santiago!
We had an enjoyable morning doing this bicycle tour with guide Isabella. She was warm and friendly and very informative and paid special attention to group safety during the tour. We would have liked a tour with a few more stops. There were only 4 in the 3 hour period. This was also advertised as a markets tour, implying that a few markets would be included. In fact we only went to one big food market. This could have been because of the day. It was fun tasting a local speciality in the market. The bikes could do with a bit of updating and helmets were tatty.
We enjoyed our bike tour with Laviaro through Bella vista, the food markets and rode along the forest park. Nice way for an introduction to Santiago. Laciaro was informative and we enjoyed his company.
I went on this tour as a solo female traveller who speaks little to no spanish. I was nervous about going on a tour by myself, especially due to my ability to communicate in Spanish but Isabella was absolutely incredible and made the tour very enjoyable and insightful - she spoke excellent English as well. She knew so much not only about Santiago, but Chile as a whole and was able to respond and answer any questions we had. Isabella ensured our safety was a priority both on the roads and in the markets, constantly making sure the group stayed together. Definitely one of the best tours I have been on and I would highly recommend it to anyone!!
We had a wondeful few hours with Diego and we discovered real life Santiago whilst biking at the same time. Also learned a lot about Chile in general
My husband and I love to bike and always try to schedule a bike tour wherever we travel. Isabella and Gabriella were wonderful hosts, and this tour has been the highlight of our trip so far. We visited the market and learned so many things that only a knowledgeable local could share. Their passion for what they do truly shines through, and it made the whole experience even more special. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Santiago!
We really enjoyed the cycling market and park tour, it was a great way to learn more about life in Santiago. It was also a great way to experience central market with the support of a local as it is a pretty overwhelming place for a non-Spanish speaking tourist! Our tour guide Isabella was AMAZING! She was so lovely and knowledgeable and kept us all safe on the bikes. I don’t normally enjoy tours but Isabella made it very interesting.
Nice bike ride through market and city parks. Your guide is explained how the markets work and how many purchase from the large market and sell in smaller towns.
It was a fun tour. Tour guide was excellent. First time joining bike tour and I really really love it. The central market is also interesting
Our tour was interesting and fun. The market visit was a highlight. Our guides gave clear directions, kept us safe whilst riding and gave interesting information about where we were visiting .
A great way to burn some calories while learning about various elements of Chilean life. Rey and the other guide (we didn’t catch her name!) did a great job keeping everyone safe throughout the tour. One of the coolest things about our booking was that being a Sunday, Chile shuts down the main road to promote an active community which allowed our group to cruise along faster, farther than if booked on any other day! The stop in the market was enjoyable as we walked the numerous rows of stalls to get immersed in the hub of the market. A fresh juice and snack powered everyone for the back half of the tour where we checked out the Park of Structures. Our family enjoyed the friendliness of the team and the pace of the ride. Definitely book this tour if you’re visiting Santiago for the first time! Thank you Rey and team for a memorable ride and glimpse into Chilean life.
This is THE way to discover Santiago. Our guide Isabella guided us through some interesting authentic parts of Santiago and gave us a lot of interesting background. A must do to get a first glimpse of Santiago.
We had a great tour with Isabella and it was an awesome way to see Santiago de Chile in a new and different way. Very relaxed tour including a Market visit with a local snack and fresh juice!
We enjoyed a wonderful morning cycling around the city, seeing parks and the sculpture garden by the river. The tour helps to orient you and you get to enjoy the markets and understand more about local produce and what is grown in Chile . Isabelle , our lovely guide was very knowledgeable and provides a lot of information about the history and important cultural moments for Santiago and Chile. We were a group of 9 which was probably 1-2 people too many given the traffic we needed to navigate but overall was a great experience and would highly recommend.
AMAZING! I joined this tour as a solo female traveller, not entirely sure on how to safely travel around Santiago while still getting an authentic feel of the city. This tour helped solve all of this issues. ISABELLA was such a knowledgeable, friendly and amazing guide. Her and Anthony were so great that I also booked the afternoon tour (Politics and Parks). The second tour some how even exceeded the first, we were joined by the lovely Gaby who ended up saving me in the middle of the busy street when my chain fell off! I am NOT someone who is very knowledgeable or truthfully interested in most political things, but Isabella made the topics interesting, exciting, and easy to follow.
Another exzeptional experience. Adrin, our tour guide, gave us an impressive insight not only of the city but into the Chilean way of life as well. Absolutely recommended
We had a wonderful experience with Isabella! Biked through the streets and parks of Santiago with stops at the Vega market, sculpture park and home of Pablo Neruda. Isabella is super knowledgeable about Chilean history and culture and very passionate about what she does. Very highly recommend!!
Loved our guide Diego & the market experience. 3 x couples & even though it was only our guides 4th he did a great job & we felt safe riding on the road & along the river. It’s a flat easy ride & anyone who can site on a bike can enjoy this tour. History & fresh juice at the market were a highlight.
Isabella was wonderful. She was incredibly knowledgeable and very informative. We really enjoyed our day.
Lovely, relaxed morning out. Our tour guide, Diego was great - sharing so much information and ensuring everyone was safe. Bikes were well maintained & flat landscape makes for a cruisy ride!
Adrian did a fantastic job guiding us through the streets and parks of Santiago! She provided some very interesting historical information along the way as well! The Central Market tour was awesome…filled with soo many sights, colors, friendly people and yummy food/drink to wrap it up. We felt very safe with Adrian guiding us. Highly recommend!!
easy bike ride around the city on bike trails with a guide knowledgeable about the history of the city. it includes a tour of the market and tasting local fare
Diego and Camila were so friendly and knowledgeable! They created a good vibe with the other participants, and were very intentional to make sure our bikes fit us well. We thoroughly enjoyed our time together. Thank you!
Wonderful gentle tour through parks ending with the stunning huge market. All expertly and safely navigated for us by a kind, helpful and knowledgeable guide. A really really happy few hours.
Nice and easy bike tour through parks and markets. We are seniors and it was easy enough for us to follow. We enjoyed this tour
Excellent way to see Santiago. Bikes were good, good briefing before we left. Isabella, our guide, was fantastic. She was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and so friendly. Peter helped us by stopping traffic when necessary so we could cross roads safely.
A visit to a very busy market and a great bike ride. Group facilitators were very nice and showed good concern with safety.
It’s a nice bike ride but I learnt very little about Santiago as you don’t stop much. The first stop was in a sculpture park to just point out where the wealthier people live, and then we cycled back the same way along the river. The market tour was interesting. No toilet stops were planned.
We went on a 3 hour bike tour in February 2026. There were five of us in the group. The bikes were in good condition and our guide, Adrin kept us safe and provided a knowledgeable and candid introduction to the city and country. It was a fantastic way to get oriented on the first morning of our visit.
Sophia and crew did an amazing job – we had so much fun! Definitely recommend this as a great way to see downtown Santiago.
Guide, Sophia, was amazing. Small, group just my wife and me, and Sophia made the tour so very special with her enthusiasm, knowledge of the areas we road through and her wonderful stories and perspective of a native santiaguinas. This was a special day!
Great fun and easy way to get a glimpse behind the scenes of Santiago. Six of us and we all loved it. 12 in the group . Isabella was amazing. Brilliant level of English and her knowledge was exceptional.
Very informative! Saw lots of different areas. Isabela was exceptional! Highly recommend! The food market was super fun to see!
Excellent experience with Isabella who was knowledgeable and articulate. This was a terrific tour of Santiago and its parks, neighborhoods and market. We thoroughly enjoyed it and highly recommend it. Thank you Isabella!
