The experience from start to finish was amazing. We were picked up on time. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and took time in the schedule to allow us answer questions. He was very friendly and had a great sense of humor. I had an amazing day!

Our guide Alexis and driver Rodrigo were excellent. Very informative tour with good humour. The Concho y Toro extension was well worth the visit.
Great tour. Highly recommend the Concha Y Toro portion of tour. The "Garden of Vines" where you could taste most of the varietal grapes that are used for their wine production. So unique and tour was very informative.
Francisco did a great job talking about Santiago and its history, and showing us around. We had a great time with Ruben also going to the Concho Y Toros winery
Brilliant enjoyed every minute. Lots to see and very interesting Guide was very informative and took us to an amazing fish restaurant at the market for lunch
We booked this tour as a city tour and a visit to a winery. We did not know we could book the city tour alone without the winery. We found this out on the tour as one couple was only doing the city tour which ended at 2pm. Our city guide Alexis left at 2pm while the driver, Alejandro continued the tour taking us to the vineyard. The city tour online description lists the various city stops so we did not expect to be walking from 9am to 2pm as the description did not say this was a walking tour of the city. I did my 10,000 steps. The six of us on the tour opted to see more and skip lunch. The tour of the winery was very nice but do not expect tastings as in other countries. We were given three tiny tastings of one white and two reds. A second sip is refused. If you want to try a different wine you heard about and might buy it is not included or allowed. This was very disappointing and we would not have included the visit to the vineyard had we known this fact. I guess the other couple was better informed as they left at 2pm only booking the city tour. While Alexis is very informative he should be made aware that people are on a tour wanting to see the highlights with a brief description. We are not students preparing for an exam. We would recommend the tour as a walking tour and skip the winery.
We chose an organised tour because of uncertainty following the riots. The half day in the city ticked most of the right boxes. (We missed Cerro Santa Lucia because there was no parking for the bus). The combination of bus and walking worked well. The winery tour was excellent. Nice wines, pleasant surroundings. Included cellars, tasting, but not wine production facilities. Guide was helpful. We were outside their normal pickup zone but were able to negotiate pickup at additional cost. The only real negative is that they don’t confirm the tours until the night before, so you could find that your tour doesn’t run. Also they communicate via email, so you need to have access to that. We were happy enough that we booked a second trip with them later.
First we started to do the city tour and made several stops including a little bit of a walking tour which was great as we could see in details various sites. The guide was very knowledgeable and answered all questions we had and even more. After we had lunch in a local restaurant which was great. Then on to the winery and wine tasting. It gave us a very good overview of the largest winery in Chile. We tasted three different kind of wines included in price of excursion. Overall a very pleasant day
The first half of the tour was an absolutely terrible. Our city tour guide, Alexis, was awful. He did not tell us it was a walking tour. At the first stop, he told us to leave our water and pack sacks in the van and that we would be right back but we walked around for 4+ hours in the hot Santiago sun, no shade, +30 degrees C, no water, 6 seniors. He did not stop for lunch, even when asked numerous times to please stop. I had to leave the tour group, grab something from a street vendor for my wife and I to eat and drink something, then find the tour group again. He abandoned us 3 times to take phone calls on his cell, once disappearing for 20 minutes (we did not know where he went). But he did manage to come back with a lunch for himself. He kept giving us his own political opinions even though he said he was a true anarchist. Tour guides should not express their own personal political opinions or vent their frustrations at the government. If your tour guide for the city tour is Alexis, don`t go and ask for a refund. If you do decide to go, be prepared. Bring water and food even if he says you don`t need it. The second half of the tour, the wine tasting was with a different guide. His name was Rodriguez and he was excellent. The wine tasting tour was amazing. It partly made up for a very bad experience in the morning.
We were picked up from our hotel at 0800 and dropped back just after 1800. In between we got a drive around the city of Santiago and had a one hour walking tour as well, being shown wonderful old buildings and gardens. We then headed for the outskirts of the city, having lunch in a wonderful restaurant (not included in the cost of the tour) before a tour of a winery. Our guide was fantastic. He kept us to time without rushing us, and the small group made it more like a group of friends on an adventure.
very good tour and guide. we pay for group tour but we were lucky to have private tour. I will give five star to our guide Mr Sebastian.
We did this on Sunday, Feb. 17. Guide and driver were very good and hotel pickup and drop off were right on time. We made a couple nice stops in the city and then a fairly short trip to Concha y Toro. The stops in Santiago were all very easy and the weather was great. We got to the winery about an hour before the tour. They have a restaurant you can get lunch at while you wait. I can't say a lot about the food, but the wine flight was good! The tour was just the standard winery tour, walking around the grounds and ending up in the cellar - nice enough, but not real in-depth. Overall it was a good relaxing day.
We took this tour today before embarking on a cruise. Wonderful, relaxed tour of the city with excellent commentary on history and sights, culture. Jaime, our city guide, and Juan, our driver and wine country guide, were both personable, warm, caring and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this tour as a first glimpse of this lovely city.
City tour was good and flexible. The wine tasting is too fast, only 3 wines. We have visited several wine area around the world, this tasting was quick, waiting for next group. The wine is fine.
When I take a city tour I expect to have some kind of commentary about where we are and where we are going, together with relevant background information about the city. On this tour we received hardly any such information but rather were regaled with stories of the guide's sex life, which whilst initially somewhat amusing was certainly not what we paid good money for. Indeed his puerile jokes caused some offence to at least one of the eleven people on the tour, to which he seemed totally oblivious. The tour of the Santa Rita winery with their guide was quite informative and interesting but in no way compatible to the several winery tours we did later in the Colchagua Valley, and only represented a small fraction of the day. It says something when you get back from a tour and you don’t really know where you’ve been and know little more about the city you have spent an entire day touring. (Post-script - we went on a tour to Valparaiso with the same company two days later and learnt more about Santiago during the hour we were stuck in traffic jams on the way out of the city than we did on our whole day on this tour).

Emmanuel was an excellent tour guide. In the morning were had the city tour and then we went to Concha y Toro winery.
Very friendly.

A great day out with a very attentive and knowledgable guide Manuel.
He made Santiago and the Chilean people very welcoming, would be happy to return.
I would highly recommend this tour

We only had 3 people on the tour so it was small and very personable. Great Tour, Great overall experience. We had a fantastic time with our guide.

Our tour was basically a private tour as there were only the two of us with our English guide Emmanual. The guide was full of history and political anecdotes that made the city come alive. The Concho y Toro wine tour was excellent.

The city tour of Santiago and the Concha y Toro winery was excellent. Our tour guide from Stamp's Tours, Emanuel, had a good grasp of English, was very knowledgeable about Chilean history and had a great personality. We spent the morning seeing the sights in downtown Santaigo before heading out to the wineries in the nearby valley. He recommended an excellent restaurant for a leasurely lunch then we went to Concha y Toro winery where we joined an English-language tour of the summer house and gardens, the vineyards and the cellars. The tour included the tasting of one white wine and two red wines made and bottled at the winery. The our involved driving in the morning and evening rush hours Emanuel is a careful, but excellent driver. I can thoroughy recommend this tour, particularly to first-time visitors to Santiago.
excellant tour for those who want to see a lot of santiiago in one day great guide and driver
