Contacted us prior and after we landed quickly and communicsted well what to do and where to meet, wry easy.

We loved the service. The company contacted me the day before the transfer, and the driver was in contact with me from the moment the plane landed. I had some problems with my luggage, which had to be checked, but the driver was very patient and waited. Thank you very much.

Driver wasn’t at the pickup site had to wait over twenty minutes . Made several phone calls eventually had to call the office for them to locate driver.

Rudolpho the driver had to wait a long time. My bag was one of the last out and then they checked it. Very patient.

I will not use Tripadvisor again for transportation What was advertised as $55 ended up costing 220, driver did not speak English as was advertised and rated online, was we were not picked up curbside- how to walk to the parking ramp. A friend of ours took a taxi from the airport for $75 to San Antonio hotel. The only reason I stuck with Tripadvisor is that I was afraid of a cancellation fee since it was very difficult to get information from Viator. They just kept saying that they would contact the carrier and I sure as heck didn’t need any more cost for the transportation. Clearly, I made a mistake going through Tripadvisor and well worn other people about my experience.

Good communication in advance and on the day of the trip using WhatsApp. Driver was easy to find upon exiting arrivals area. Safe driver and very professional.

Driver didn’t speak English but that didn’t matter our driver was very professional and attentive to our needs, including stopping for great coffee on the way to taking us to the San Antonio cruise port!

Right on time - and got us to the airport. A little trouble with communication (sadly i don't speak Spanish). But it sorted - he kept asking for tickets with both passenger names - i only had viator ticket with my name - stating two passengers. Anyway - that was sorted quickly. Uneventful otherwise (which is exactly what you want on a ride to the airport!). Seemed a little pricey - but we had trouble finding a ride to the airport on NYE (12/31).

Everything was fine, the driver contacted us when our flight landed, he was waiting for us at the exit, the car was comfortable and clean, the driver was professional and helped us with the luggage.

They were very accommodating since prior to leaving I had to go to an emergency room because of a clogged catheter. When I got back to the hotel they arrived quickly and got us to the airport in time! The driver was excellent.

We couldn’t find our driver at the exit and had to call him- luckily my daughter spoke Spanish or I am not sure we would have found him. Also we were so thirsty and the booking said we would have water provided. I asked the driver and he said no.

He was there, he kept contact thru what’s app, he waited even though the immigration line was long, he met us and drove us to the hotel - pretty much what you need in a transfer. Car was fine, driving was sane.
