Private Transfer From Santiago Airport To Valparaiso Or Viña Del Mar Hotel Or Valparaiso Port

The driver stay in touch while waiting for clients to arrive at the airport. Sent photos and confirmation he got my clients.

After 13 hours of travel and a 6:00am arrival, I spent 45 minutes trying to find my driver, called the number provided ( no answer) before I gave up. I have requested a refund of the $210 but have not yet had a response

Our driver was amazing, checking on our cruise ship status and adjusting our pickup time so that we would wait in comfort. Very friendly and full of good information. Our vehicle was very comfortable and the drive was a pleasant one.

JC was prompt at pick up. He kept us entertained with his knowledge of Valparaiso and Santiago. Enjoyed chatting with him and his playlist was exactly what we listen to! If we go back we will definitely hire him again!

We booked a simple transfer, but our driver gave us a running commentary about Chile’s geography, farms, vineyards, etc. He also went out of his way to show us the city of Valparaiso and the resorts of Vino delMar. He was friendly and fun!

The transfer was fine, nice safe ride with a driver who introduced us to landmarks along the way and we got to our destination just fine. But the transfer was billed as an English speaking driver who would meet us with our name in the sign. Neither was true, our driver communicated with us via a translator app and it took a while to find our driver, eventually a guy came up to ask what we were looking for and he has a pad with a bunch of names on, including ours. He then called someone over. So if you want an easy experience, maybe go elsewhere but once we had the car, we had no complaints.

Absolutely the worst transfer service we have attempted to use No ground pickup on our airport arrival, no communication in English just Spanish. Had to arrange a look alternative taxi service.

We were met at the airport by our driver and driven to our hotel in Valparaiso as advertised. We appreciated the help once we arrived to make sure everything was OK at the hotel before he left.

It was advertised as a private transportation. It was not. I shared it with another couple, who I did not know and paid the full price.

The van never showed up. Left us high and dry at the airport. We had to find another van to take us to Valparaiso.

<p>We booked a transfer from the airport to the cruise port. The driver was supposed to wait for us holding a sign. But he was nowhere to be seen. I made phone calls but there's no answer, or the one who answered doesn't speak English. I end up with doing multiple international calls, and waited for about an hour and started to find alternative ways to go to the port. The driver finally showed up with our name. But he doesn't speak English so I don't know what happened. The rest of the trip from the airport to the port was OK.</p>

Plenty to know , divine places and very colorful landscapes. The main attraction is the clock with many flowers.

Lots of options with a guide. The last time we went without a guide it wasn't good. Our Guide Alexis presented the history and also with his charisma he can dance and present the culture of the Chileans. It exceeded our expectations.
