Our flight was delayed by two hours and our driver was very flexible and accommodating. We kept in touch until the airline confirmed the boarding time and when we arrived past 10:30 pm he was very kind, courteous and pleasant. On the way to the hotel he gave us a mini tour of the city. He was excellent. The car was clean and in great condition. We highly recommend this service

Our pickup from SCL was delayed but Raul waited patiently for us while we sorted a luggage problem.. H also provided some local safety advise and special food to try.

Raul was very reliable and professional. We would highly recommend him. He was so pleasant, spoke English and told us a lot about Santiago .

J Carlos sent a text the day before we arrived to tell us where to meet him the airport for our transport to the hotel. When we arrived at the meeting spot he was not to be found. We sent a text telling him we were at the meeting point. No reply from him. After waiting over 30 minutes, we called and he said he had been in a car accident and would delayed 2-3 hours. We had to find other transport to our hotel. Still waiting he hear from the transport company regarding our refund for failure to provide the service we paid for to transport us to the hotel from the airport. Very dissatisfied regarding this booking with Viator.

Arrived on time to Santiago Airport (SCL) moved through customs and integration and exited with all the other passengers. Looked for 30+ minutes for our driver. No sign, nothing. Finally made other arrangements being careful to avoid the black cabs. Arrived at my hotel, jumped on the internet and found a What's App message from the driver. No instructions that I needed internet at airport to check my What's App. After 10 hrs in the cheap seats, I just wanted someone with a sign to take me to the hotel. Refund. Good luck.

The driver gave us in advance all the information about our arrival, where to meet him etc, what to be careful about etc. He is a very nice guy and on the way to the hotel, we had very interesting chat about the city.,

Excellent transfer. Excellent communications, make sure you add the What’s App number to your contacts to keep Juan Carlos updated of your progress in arrivals re flight arrival time and the collection of your baggage etc. He was waiting for us by arrivals gate number 3. He gave us lots of information on Santiago during our journey. Always make sure you use an authenticated or prebooked and prepaid service as there a real danger of taxi scammers at Santiago Airport.

Driver did not arrive we went to the exit 4 as instructed but no driver appeared with our name and we had to look for alternative transport and were scammed by fraudsters

Our driver, Juan Carlos, communicated with us all along the way, and we had no trouble finding him at the airport when we arrived. On the way to our hotel, he gave us all kinds of interesting information about the city and tips about how to stay safe, not get sunburned, and what to eat and drink. One thing he recommended was the Pisco Sour drink, which is delicious, and we may have overindulged! On the return trip from the hotel to the airport, the communication again was very clear starting the evening before and we were picked up promptly. We very much appreciate that walked us to the check-in check-in in the airport. We highly recommend this service.

The driver was at the airport to meet us when we arrived. He was was courteous and helped with our luggage.

Not reliable. Flight was on time and I sent a text to driver when we were waiting for luggage. We went out to door #4 and we saw people with cards with names but not mine. We waited about 15 or 20 minutes and a guy who said he worked at airport and had an Id around his neck said he would call Viator for us. He put me on the phone with a guy who said the driver wasn’t coming due to an accident on the highway. Then this guy with Id said he would get us a taxi. Nightmare I can’t begin to tell you how awful it was. He and driver held us hostage. I gave 2 credit cards that they said didn’t work. Then my friend gave a card and they said it didn’t work. After about an hour of driving around they said they would accept cash of $50 us. They gave a receipt and said Viator would reimburse us but by that time we both had fraud alerts on our phones. We spent hours on phone upon arrival trying to get everything cancelled. So now I am in so America with no credit card and my friend has one. Nightmare. NEVER again will I trust Viator. NEVER

Great airport transfer from Santiago International Airport to our hotel with Raul! He was on time, professional, friendly and offered great information on the ride to the hotel!

They did not show up. At first, they said it was because we did not confirm, even though we did. They did not answer when we called. Once we took a taxi instead, they claimed to Viator that they were there even though they had told us they were not coming, presumably to avoid a refund. Liars and crooks.

Will be better if the driver can hold up a piece of cardboard with traveler’s name on it and himself can identify with a name card on his chest. There are other vendors at the airport exit waiting/wanting to take opportunities of your being new to the country and have language problems.

NEVER showed up. I was stranded at the airport VERY early in the DARK morning. Tried to contact the agency, but never answered the call. Had to pay for another service.

We have used this service several times. They always respond promptly to requests/questions. Drivers are punctual, pleasant, and helpful. Vehicles are clean and comfortable.

Carlos was a fantastic driver. He assisted with our luggage and had a sign that made him easy to find at the airport. On the ride to our hotel Carlos gave us needed local information and tips. He even delivered them in English which made it much easier than having to use my poor Spanish after a 12 hour flight

My flight from Buenos Aires arrived a little early but I didn’t have to wait for Raul too long. He transferred me to the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Santiago and was professional l, courteous, and friendly. Along the way, he provided some interesting information about Santiago and Chile. I highly recommend the service, especially with Raul.
