Private Transfer From Santiago Airport (Scl)

Pick up was good. I let the driver by Door 5 and we go into the city in about 25 minutes. The drive was comfortable and smooth. The vehicle was new and comfortable

Driver didn’t show up. Didn’t respond to messages. Ended up getting a taxi which was cheaper anyway.

Our driver was so patient to wait for us while in line in immigration at the airport, communicating with us the whole time. Very friendly

The pickup and drop off at my hotel was seamless. Jorge my assigned driver contacted me as soon as I landed at the airport. Jorge continuously contacted me through the check in process to track my whereabouts. Jorge gave clear instructions on where to meet him after I completed the immigration process. The drive to the hotel was great. Jorge checked to make sure I was okay before he departed from the hotel.

Fabulous. Francisco is one of the best tour guides we have had. Great wine tasting experience. Interesting wineries.

From start to finish we were impressed by this service! The company pre-contacted us, gave clear instructions (priceless when arriving at unfamiliar international airport) and followed through on the promise to monitor our flight and easily communicate despite our 1.5 hour delay in arrival. Through WhatsApp Ricardo our driver reached out and communicated really amazing despite my very limited Spanish. Prompt safe arrival at our AirBnb was exemplary!! Don’t hesitate to use this service!! We will use again next time we come back to ski and visit Santiago.

Very good communications via What’s App. Very long journey from the Airport via the Santiago Streets rather than taking the Auto-via. Luckily i recognised the landmarks once we got to the Centre of Santiago then onto Las Condes. (Was very bad weather). Took 1 hour instead of 30 minutes.

Transfer never arrived!!!! Scheduled an airport pickup…plane was due on at 5:05 am. Called and text to our contact and they told me that they were at the Ritz Carlton waiting for us .Woman sent a nasty text inferring that we should be more responsible with our time. Why did they go to the hotel???Had to take a taxi to hotel. Horrible experience….requesting a full refund asap.We have 4-5 more tours booked through Viator… hoping for a better experience.

There was good communication through whatsapp and it was easy to find driver at airport without understanding Spanish

Bad communication all round In the lead up to the transfer the airline changed the flight which altered flight number and the arrival time. I communicated accurately via email to Viator. The correct flight but the wrong arrival time was entered in the app. Instead of clarifying the details the driver arrived at SCL to early and left. When we arrived there was no one waiting. We had to wait 45 minutes for the driver to return. Then she left us waiting in her car for 15 minutes as she lost the parking ticket. More rigour in checking and confirming flights and arrival times would have avoided our distress and inconvenience. When I reported this to the operator he basically blamed us; there was no mention of a refund or reimbursement. Fortunately this seems to be a one-off but it makes us think we should be looking elsewhere for Transfers.

Great service, Jorge waited for us to get our luggage. Drive was good, got us to our hotel in great time.

It was a disappointment with the service. I have to wait more than 30 minutes after I texted the company in Santiago, Chile that I actually arrived 15 minutes early. Even after several requests to find out where my driver was, I did not a response. Only after 30 minutes later, that I got the reply letting me know that my driver was on the way to pick me and my wife up. In the meantime, while I was waiting, I almost got scammed by suppposedly a very friendly young man saying that he could helped me out and insisted that I just take his taxi to the hotel and he would reimburse my paid transfer reservation. Good thing I read a few comments before The flight to never accept a stranger’s friendly assistance at the Santiago airport. All and all, I was very disappointed with the overall service, not reliable and on time. I will definitely research more what other options are available. Paul.

Driver reached out via Whatsapp,band coordinated pickup. Communication was great. Driver stayed in constant communication.

He never pick up, we ued taxi. i send messages because of our delayed flight then got rescheduled because of the rally in Santiago Chile, and he should know that. i called him and finally answered and said he saw my messages only this morning Nov 14, 2024 and he cannot pick up, so we used a taxi and charged me $40.00.

Fantastic service. A little nervous but the driver messaged us when we plane landed and told us where to meet him at. It was great to be able to land and know we had transportation covered

Flight was late and delayed with customs and immigration. My driver, Jesus, was still patiently waiting although we were over an hour late. Great transfer to the hotel.

I booked an airport pickup - the driver did not show up. They are supposed to track the flight but there was no sign of him. I was the first through customs and waited for 2hrs. Numerous messages to the number I was given to contact and got no response. Finally got a taxi and was ripped off badly. I will get my travel agent to arrange in future

The city tour, which started from Plaza de Armas in downtown Santiago, was very safe and enjoyable as I was able to see all of Santiago's diverse landscapes. I am especially grateful for the kindness of the guide.
