Private Tour: Valle Nevado And Farellones From Santiago

Great place to go skiing. The ride was smooth and safe. Francisco took care of us all and kept us well informed during the entire trip.

This was my 4th trip to or from Valle Nevado with J. Carlos, each trip has been on schedule and every detail handled with professionalism. He is very personable, making the trips very enjoyable! J. Carlos is the best!!!

Our driver Rodrigo was so nice! Very good experience. The climb to the top is a little rough if you tend to get dizzy from driving. But the roads was very good

If you can, request Alexis as your driver. He is funny, informative, entertaining, and accommodating. We only wanted to ski Nevado for the day, and skip the other stops, and he was willing to make that happen. He waited at the base while we skied. We invited him to join us for lunch, and enjoyed his stories about the local life, culture, and his family. Great trip overall!

Very nice experience with our guide David but I think they shouldn't have charged us a lot of charlottes when everything was going to be land but snowy valley was very good

We really liked it, we left early and it was good because the weather got cloudy, I recommend going in July August and early, there will be sunshine and it will be clearer, everything else fine.

The tour was fantastic! It is our second trip to Chile and this tour with Mario was perfect. We were in a family (pair + little child) and the proposal of the script was the best choice. Mario is an excellent Guide, honest, humble and punctual. The tour is panoramic, giving us the possibility to see 4 ski centers (Val Nevado, Farellones, La Parva, El Colorado). These last two mentioned ski resorts are not so common among tourists, so it is worth visiting.

The tour was wonderful. The van went by at 5:15 in the morning for us to pick up early, but it was worth it. Everything happened as planned.

La experiencia fue en general buena, se inició a la hora indicada y fue transporte cómodo. Esperaba más información del guía pero al final fue prácticamente solamente un chofer. Queríamos aprender de los paisajes e información de la zona y tuvimos que preguntar toda la información nosotros. Aparte de eso el Parque Farellones muy bien. Se debe comprar la entrada por Internet antes. El parque tiene buenas opciones de comida y se disfruta la interacción con la nieve. Lo recomendaría si ofrecieran guías turísticos más proactivos y atentos con turistas extranjeros.

We closed private tour for our customers and ol time combined was 07:30h, they said they were in the lobby but the customers were there waiting and they appeared only 09:30h, they were with a small child who was extremely frustrated because he woke up early. BUT WORST WAS: When they boarded they walked 3 minutes and soon got stopped in a blitz, the car was all irregular and the police confiscated the car, the customers had to pick up the uber and return to the hotel, now we are not getting NO ride over the clock and they come back early tomorrow. The agency just said I'm not afraid to do it and I couldn't help. The little one is crying because it was birthday and they won the trip to know the snow and ski. FRUSTRANT, DO NOT CLOSE WITH THEM, DON'T ATTEND NOT RESPONSE MSG TO GIVE SATISFACTION, I CAN ONLY TALK THAN I CALLED TO THE CLIENT AND HE PASSED THE TELEFONE P THE DRIVING GUIDE DON'T DO THIS OR ATTEND ME, NOTHING PROFESSIONAL. HOW DO THEY WORK WITH AN IRREGULAR CAR? AN AGENCY, AN ABSURD.

They are very punctual, they respond quickly. We even forgot a shoe in the Van and the driver quickly solved the problem.

Wonderful Valle Nevado has many slopes and in excellent condition. Guide Reynaldo kept his spirits up at all times, as well as providing important information about the route. Amen, handling excellent Spanish and Portuguese. We laughed a lot with him!!

The tour was great! Even though it was October, the ski season and visits to Vale Nevado were open. So, we had the opportunity to climb to the top of the Cordillera and return to play in the snow. Lunch was in the village of Farellones, as the park was already closed. However, the highlight was the information provided by the guide Jaime, his driving and the attention given to the group. It was all very good! It is worth it!

They contacted me at 9 at night to tell me that the trip I had scheduled 3 months in advance was not going because the car had accidentally broken down. They wanted to reschedule me for 5 days later. They did not provide further explanations or help, it took them almost 3 hours to finish the refund and they left me without answering the chats on several occasions, they never answered the phone... very bad experience and sad to know that even if you reserve with so much time, they still cancel without any kind of help.

They didn't respect anything they hired. It would be an 8-hour tour of Valle Nevado. We arrived very late, at 11:00 am to Farellones and only there we were informed by the driver (who was not a guide) that Valle Nevado only received professional skiers, we were alone in Farellones without any support from the MTO Tour. I tried to communicate to the emergency numbers listed on the voucher, but no one answered the calls and only responded at 14:40 that nothing could be done, at 15:00 we started the return to Santiago, without making the tour, hungry and disillusioned.

I liked the viewpoints of charillons. I recommend travelers only have boots because, with jeans it was not cold and a good jacket.
