My ride couldn’t have gone better. My driver was right there waiting for me outside of baggage claim. He was courteous and professional.

The driver was prompt and helpful. He also gave a great tour and explanation between Santiago and Viña del Mar. We would highly recommend.
Our driver was so sweet and accommodating. Pointed out lots interesting sites and let us stop at fun produce and wine shop on the way.
Quick and efficient. Driver met us at terminal, van was comfortable and drive took the stress of the final leg of a 12 hour travel day.
Booked this transfer with Viator..privately owned car with driver arrived to pick us up but was late. Then had to get to the car thus we had to catch a bus to carpark. It was explained to us later that no cars can pick up in Santiago airport due to volume and updating of airport. This was not discussed when booking. Driver very pleasant and safely to destination in Valparaiso.
Maurice with Viator was a welcome sight after a 9-hour overnight flight from Houston to Santiago. He was friendly and a good driver, taking us from SLC to the Pullman Hotel in Vina Del Mar. I’m sure we could have done it cheaper, but we were more interested in reliability than cost, and we were not disappointed
Our driver was waiting for us even though we were delayed a day due to the airline. He had a sign and was very nice and had google translator on his phone so we could visit. He pointed things out on our ride to the coast which was very nice. I'd definitely recommend.

Our driver was actually early to pick us up because it was Inauguration Day in Valparaiso and he knew the drive might take more time. He spoke English very well and gave a semi tour on the way to the port. The port area was confusing and he helped us figure it out. I wish I could remember his name but he was very professional and friendly and we really appreciated his charming personality.

Our excellent, reliable driver was waiting for us with a sign as my husband and I exited Latam LAN Airlines baggage claim at the Santiago airport after our four-day trip to San Pedro de Atacama. The driver was charming and friendly and drove us to our Valparaiso hotel with a quick highway rest stop along the way. It was a great relief and convenience after our 2-hour flight from Calama to Santiago to have arranged our ground transportation in advance.

Excellent trip from Santiago airport directly to Valparaiso. We had a good stop in a wine store along the way. Really nice.

Our driver was where we expected him to be upon our arrival in Santiago. He also took us over a different road to see more of the Casablanca area and was kind enough to take pictures of us together. Having the van ride reserved took all the stress out of getting to our hotel in Concon.

Our driver/guide was waiting for us on arrival to the airport, greeted us very well, helped with our lugage, took time to know our interests to plan some stops along the way visited winery, had a typical Chilean lunch, stopped for great photo ops... and helped us into our hotel with the luggage.

We were picked up right on time at our hotel by a husband/wife team. Their van was comfortable and his driving was smooth.

Broken English and broken Spanish were sufficient for us to enjoy the countryside on our way from Santiago to the cruise port in Valparaiso. Not inexpensive.

The driver who met us at the airport were not waiting in the arrivals hall. As a result, we were almost duped by someone in the airport who pretended to call the number given to us, the person who answered told us what we had paid for was not available but offered us an alternative at the same price and told us we could contact Viator for a refund later. Luckily my husband went outside and found the driver holding a sign with our name. In future, airport transfers should be met in the arrivals hall.

Despite representation in the listing, times are not flexible. If you're not available at the time they dictate, too bad. And they won't contact you to let you know what the time is.

He picked us up on time at the hotel, drove safely, and got us to our ship as promised.

The ride was comfortable, quiet and peaceful. Perfect after a red eye from Dallas!

I am traveling alone and this, unfortunately, requires a minimum of two people, bit I booked it anyway paying for two people when only I was traveling. The driver was waiting for me and we got to my hotel in Valparaiso with no problems. He said he didn't speak English, but he still made a great effort to communicate. Four stars instead of five for punishing solo travelers

This Viator tour involved pick-up at the Santiago, Chile, airport and transfer to our hotel in Vina del Mar
on Tuesday, January 5, 2016. All was on schedule and went wee my wife and I were very pleased.

Met at the airport arrivals hall as described. Excellent service

Excellent arrived promptly and took us to cruise terminal

We were picked up at our hotel in Santiago right on time. The journey to Valparaiso was uneventful. The only problem which in a sense is no problem considering we were in a South American citywas that the driver spoke no English. We arrived at the Valparaiso port in plenty of time and he took us exactly to where we needed to be. I would use Viator for all my transfers in the future.

Our plane was 2 1/2 hours late getting to Santiago and it was great seeing our name on a card in a strange country after flying all night. Unfortunately, our Spanish is rough and our guide didn't speak much English, so we didn't get much commentary during travel as to what we were seeing. He did walk us and our luggage to our hotel once we arr'd in Valparaiso to which we were very grateful.

Driver was wonderful and brought us safely from Santiago hotel to Viña del Mar. We were able to communicate even with limited Spanish and English. Great service!

Driver was there to pick us up and drove safely to our hotel.

Driver was at the airport when we arrived. Spoke some English, was very personable and got us to the port.

My husband said it was my best idea yet. We had the most relaxing, comfortable drive from the airport to Valparaiso. No crowds to contend with or thinking to do after a 15 hour flight. I can't commend you enough for your hospitality and comfort. We truly thank you for this positive experience. Sincerely, Heather.

The best money we spent with this group. It was nice to have a private drive after a tiring, overnight flight. Of course, Viator provided no detail on the process until I asked. Our driver spoke almost no English, but it did not cause a problem.
