This tour is very recommended. The tour guide named Alex Ruedlinger Gonzalez was amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. This is very recommended.

Went on the Incan Lagoon tour as our booked Cajon del Maipo tour was cancelled due to unfortunate forest fires there. Our host was a very nice man but this is just a drive out to an old fashioned skiing lodge with nothing to do, no chance to hike anywhere or do anything other than take a picture of the lagoon - which is beautiful, but nothing more than a photo op. Other stops on the tour include a truck stop at the Argentine border and a view of a big road. The picnic offered is meager; doritos & oreos etc served in a roadside cafe. Driver drove like a maniac the entire way. Not much of a tour unless you love motorways and Doritos.

A couple of weeks ago I booked a tour to Laguna del Inca alone and everything during the tour went ok until I arrived back to my hotel and I had a message in my phone number from someone related to the company asking for my telegram and saying that he was "an admirer". I understand the logistical purposes of leveraging our phone numbers when organizing the tour but it is very unprofessional to take advantage of it and write to girls/women. I found it really creepy and made me felt unsafe. Important to point out that I also wrote to the company directly to escalate this and they didn't do anything rather than answering to me that "they'll verify it". If you are travelling alone and, specially if you are women, think twice before booking with them!! :)

Terrible, they scheduled our hotel departure for 5 am, we all got organized, I have a 7-month-old baby who was with us. We waited for over 2 hours, nobody showed up, they don't answer, they don't respond to messages, they didn't contact us the day before the tour, the confirmation was on the platform and simply nobody showed up. I sent an email, WhatsApp, and a message on Instagram. They don't answer anything!!! Prepaid tour and we had a disappointment and a horrible experience!

Today I went through Portillo and Laguna del Inca with the driver Maurício and guide Vitor, punctuality, charisma, and a lot of empathy with everyone there. Great explanation for every place we passed. I highly recommend it, the day was wonderful, superhero, my expectations were too high.

Van infrastructure and scheduled time are very good. Support via WhatsApp: bad. Jô's Guide: very rude and mean... spent the whole trip telling stories of fights she had / messes with other tourists and giving nicknames to others. Unpleasant person. Ederson Guide: Excellent guide. He told several curiosities about the region, the history of the mountain ranges, geographical formation, etc. He stopped along the way so we could take pictures, and interacted with the tourists during the tour in a way that enriched the experience. Very good!

The transportation was good, the guide Lissette was very kind and was attentive to the whole group. I understand that due to weather issues, there was tourist congestion, since the place was previously closed for several days. However, they should clarify that there is no access to the Lagoon; only hotel guests can get close. Since there was congestion, there were many people and it was not possible to enjoy it properly.

Fraud, the operator never contacted us, never answered the phone, and did not show up to pick us up.

One of the best tours we made in Chile in the winter. A wonderful view and experience. Our guide was Alex, the guy is sensational, knows a lot about everything: history, geology, geography and everything else you imagine he dominates over the region of Chile. An encyclopedia. I just don't recommend the company for which we did the tours.

We made the tour to Portillo with Lisete Honorato as a guide and with Pablo Arenas as the driver. Excellent professionals, nothing to complain about, just thank you and recommend. The walk is beautiful and very worth it.

It was a good walk. Due to the traffic and the road, the route is long (4 hours walk and 3hs return) to stay only an hour at the destination (Portillo and Laguna del Inca). The highlight was the guide Alex, who knew a lot about Chile and the geography of the place. The agency was also very well, answering and answering questions by WhatsApp quickly and polite. The destination is spectacularly beautiful.

The car was new and clean, the guides very friendly. And the place is beautiful. Worth every penny. A special thanks to guide Lissette who was very friendly in explaining during the trip the whole history of the region.

Overestimated. The agency probably for having a partnership with the rental of clothes instructs you to locate the clothes for this tour, but you see the lake only from far away, there is a wall of iron you can not pass and the place has very little snow and still recommend you rent the clothes, so I do not recommend this tour.

The tour was amazing and Matias is a great guide, speaks well Portuguese, passed all the necessary information about the trip, gave a historical context about the place and the current dynamics. Trustworthy, friendly (does not look like a Chilean), gave all the necessary support for the travellers.

Our experience was medium with this Enterprise, she makes the connection with others but what I thought was not herself who does the tours. At no time did we talk to anyone from the Enterprise itself and on the contrary, the only means of contact was WhatsApp that cost us to respond. I made the tour to PORTILLO with the agency and had a very unpleasant experience with the guide who seemed to be in a hurry at all times. The guide Alex was rude, rude and careless at various times, which made the ride a little frustrating. The tour that lasted to finish at 17hrs, ended at 12hrs and he left us at the residence at 14:30hrs. Anyway, we were extremely disappointed.

I recommend renting a car to arrive there around 10:00, you will catch less traffic, few tourists, they will save on clothes pq the sun is already good and enjoy various points and breathtaking landscapes. The guide Alex is very good, has extensive knowledge of Chile. A living history class. The ride was very long, we spent more time in the van than in Portillo and, when we got there, it was very fast and there was not much to do. If anyone asked me if it was a good place to visit, I'd say it wasn't worth it.
