Just done this tour with the wife. Had the same driver Jan and guide, Matias as we had doing the Cajon Del Maipo tour. So was a good start to the day having them Two again. Again very informative with some excellent scenery. Manage to see some Condors as well. Lunch was very nice too. Well worth it. Would definately recommend this tour, drver and guide. Thanks for a good 2 days.

My wife and I really enjoyed this one day tour. The Portillo ski resort where we had lunch was amazing as was the food. Many thanks to the tour guide Alejandro (Alex) and the bus drivers Isaac and Hermenes It was a real highlight from our visit to Santiago.

A very informative and enjoyable trip up into the Andes. The team (Luciano, Juan, Hermenes and Luis) looked after us and provided plenty of information throughout the day. The views are spectacular and the food at lunch was very nice. It’s a reasonable amount of travel From Santiago but well worth it.

Absolutely loved this tour. The drive through the Andes was stunning, and Laguna del Inca was even more beautiful in person. The views at Portillo were breathtaking and the whole journey was very well organised. Our guide was friendly and informative, and the stops along the way made the experience even better. Lunch at Hotel Portillo was average, but honestly the scenery and overall experience more than made up for it. One of the highlights of our Chile trip and definitely recommended.

Excellent trip. Scenery is fantastic. View of 360 degree all around is fascinating. I was lucky to see four Condors in mountain top. Me and my wife were the only people to see which is considered Good Luck to see those birds flying high in mountain top!

My experience with Turistik was incredible! Luciano and Ignacio were super attencious with me and my family as well. The ride was very nice with a few stops so we can take photos in beautiful Chile and go to the bathroom. The views were unreal going through the Andes! Jorge was also very knowledgeable about the history, area and country. Lake was cold but great for a refreshing swim

We did this full day tour from Santiago. Our guide was Jorge. We had the best day and would highly recommend it. The highlights were the main pass through the Andes with 29 switchbacks, Portillo Ski Resort, delicious lunch at Portillo Hotel, overlooking the majestic Inca Lake, the breathtaking Andes Mountains and the surprise wine tasting at a very quaint and picturesque cafe. Jorge our guide was very knowledgeable, had a great sense of humour, very attentive snd a true gentleman.

Jorge was an amazing tour leader. He catered to all the individual needs of our group. We made multiple stops in very iconic places and were able to admire the beautiful landscapes. His knowledge about the history of the places we visited was very helpful as well. The trip was filled with many surprises and he made it all very joyful.

The rocky mountains, the water from los andes, the inca lagoon, the llamas, the picnic, the snacks, the roads in the mountain. Everything was amazing.

Jorge was superb! Spoke slowly and clearly and translated when needed. I learnt so much about Chile in general and of course about Potillo. The Laguna del Inca was stunning, the water was so blue. Muchos gracias!

I find the guide Mathias and driver Armando were doing a very good job to execute the travel plan which turned out to be on schedule from point to point. Despite the fact that all of other guests, except myself, who were all native Spanish speakers, which would mean that Mathias would have to deliver his guide today all in Spanish for which I didn’t mind. However, Mathias did not take that as a given and he offered me the service in English wherever he saw there was a chance to do so which I appreciated very much for such good effort,

The tour guide Mattias was great! Outgoing, friendly. The view was amazing. Lunch was good. Even a little wine party on the way back.

Lunch was great and plenty, and the surprise on the way back, unexpected. Highly recommend this tour to Portillo and Laguna del Inca. You'll never forget this experience.

It was a wonderful trip, highly recommend it . Stopped in between for restrooms breaks and pictures. Lunch was included. It is cold and windy at times, so wear warm clothes. We visited the place on November 1 st 2024. Luciano our guide and Alex our driver were fantastic. Thank you.

amazing tour! i enjoyed so much the amazing view, as well as the super kind service provided by the tour guide Alejandro (sorry if i misspelled his name). the driver is very professional too, although the road is very narrow and scary, but his driving skill is really magnificent. i will definitely take the same tour again in my next visit.

I did my tour with Jorge, who was an absolutely awesome guide - he was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with all the folks on the tour. Our driver, Santiago was also really great. My only qualm with the tour was that I thought that the your was going to be a little more nature-heavy and that we were going to spend more time at the Inca Lagoon - either walking around it or exploring the area around it. Instead, we had two hours in Portillo Ski Resort (which "owns" the Inca Lagoon). There we were able to eat lunch and had some free time, including taking photos of the Lagoon from a viewpoint a ways away.

It was an excelent tour, with builtifull places, im so thankfull for Marcial and Juan, they are very kind and polite, helping with all the questions.

Very well organized tour with great views. There were good stops to eat and change into winter clothes. Portillo resort was beautiful and they served good food. It was overall a good time. Thanks to Turistik and guide George!

POS: driver Oscar and guide Luciano were very friendly. Luciano ensured we were informed every step of the way and had always a smile on his face. Inca Lagoon was pretty (not possible to walk near) and the views during the trip were magnificent. CONS: it took too long to get there, which was not the tour’s fault, but something to consider next time as 75% of the time was spent on the bus. Once we got there we had to queue outside the restaurant for close to 40 minutes in the cold until we were allowed to come inside and eat. There was one unnecessary stop to take a picture in the dirt with glimpses of the snow in the back plus more time wasted waiting for people to rent snow boots. Overall ok experience for first timer in Chile but would not return for a day trip.

Fantastic tour! Our tour guides Jeniffer, Jorge e Manuel were awesome! They are the nicest people! They explained very well all the historic spots and monuments on the way and warned about the weather in Portillo so we could rent snow boots on of the bus stops. Tip: if it’s snowing at Portillo, your feet will get wet! Use appropriate footwear or rent snow boots on one of the bus stops on the way. The bus was very comfortable and the views from the road are great! We had a great lunch at Portillo and had time to take pictures of the Laguna del Inca and the mountains that surround the laguna. Freezing cold (that’s what we were there for) beautiful views, a very organized tour by Touristik and awesome tour guides. 10/10

Great tour! Every staff were very polite and professional, from ticket crews, driver (Mario) and our tour guide - Jaime were excellent!! They were punctual and very accommodating. Lunch, including desert and non alcoholic drinks were provided at the hotel up in Laguna del Inca. On the way back, we stopped for wine tasting before heading back. The best full day activity to spend (9am to 6pm). Highly recommend.

Well worth a visit during a full day. Great guide Jennifer who spoke both Spanish, Portuguese and English. Spoke clearly and calmly. Amazing experience at the lagoon with lunch and 3 hours of free time to enjoy nature. The serpentine roads were lovely and the views fantastic.

Chile,being one the most beautiful country,has always wondered me while wandering through the different places in different seasons.This time I took a tour to Laguna Del Inca with Touristic and found that it is undoubtedly the best service in Chile Tourism.I visited portillo on November 23 with my Guide Ashley and driver Claudio.Ashley was awesome in explaining lot of new things and unique facts about the places that made the tour a memorable one.Claudio is an expert driver and provided a smooth ride round trip.last but not the least is the beautiful food that Portillo served during the lunch.That added the actual spice to the serene beauty of Laguna Del Inca.The visit to the place with Turistic is must and strongly recommended.

Very good day overall with Javiera and Miguel. The trip was completed on time, the guide was very friendly, and the driver very professional. Even though downtown Santiago has been immersed in protests, Turistik makes the effort to pick you up and drop you off at the agreed location. The day was very colourful with the planned stops to the small family run winery and the lookout spot on the highway to Inca Lake. The views at Inca Lake are amazing!!

I thought the company was very organized as Santiago had a major accident that morning and I couldn't get picked up on time by the bus, so they sent a private car to get me. The driver took me to meeting location and the group was back on schedule. The tour guide Sebastian was very apologetic of the situation when I met him and was very nice to me. Our driver Mario was very sweet and wanted to make sure I was very comfortable during the trip (how to open the bus window etc). The nicest thing about this trip was that I had a flight to catch that night at 9pm. I explained it to them (with my poor Spanish) and they helped me make sure I got dropped off on the first stop to head to the airport. The entire time I felt like they were considerate of my situation and didn't want me to be late. The lake is gorgeous but there's no major hiking or anything. It was also 98% Spanish so you might want to consider that.
