This was the best wine tour we have experienced. The special effects they used to tell the story of the winery was a mind blower. I highly suggest this tour.
The private car to the winery was great, added a classy touch. The tour itself was amazing, as were the wines, and did a good job of pacing smartly and keeping things interesting with lots of chances for photos
It was a lengthy drive (over an hour) to get there, so I hoped it would be worth it. It was worth it, in large part because our guide, Paulo, was both knowledgeable and hilarious. He made the tour. After he gave us a tour of the winery and introduced us to 5 wines, we had a second tasting with 4 more, along with cheese and snacks, with the winery's "expert."
I went with a group for the tour. The second stop was the tastings. The wines were good but the ones I like require to store for 11 to 15 years. We also did not try the best wines that included the diablo portion. I did like the origins of the diablo. This should have occurred before doing wine tasting.
The winery was interesting in every aspect and was better than expected. The transfer to and from the hotel was well handled and prompt.
Highly recommend the option with Cheese - you get to meet with a professional and do a really nice tasting. Great experience.
The hour tour was interesting and ended with an opportunity to taste three wines. The souvenir wine glass was a nice touch. My only complaint is the private vehicle used for this tour was dirty and smelled of smoke.
This is the best vineyard in Santiago. We are English speakers. There are only 4 premium (70 minutes and 3 wine tasting sessions) English tours a day. Email them for time slots as it may change. Tips: book with the winery directly and use Uber to get there. It is both cheaper and time efficient. You use up most of your 4 hours on travelling by coach if you use agency as they will need to pick up guests from different parts of the city.
Excellent, excellent, excellent driver!!!! Driver was on time and personable. Good tour, well done. Tour guides were knowledgeable and engaging.
Our guide, Daniel was incredible. Extremely knowledgeable about Chilean wine and where to go and what to do while in the city. The tour was incredible and had a lot more included that I had originally thought. The view is breathtaking and it was the perfect half day get a way for a wine tour in Santiago! If i could give 10 stars, I would.
Thoroughly enjoyed the visit. Our guide was knowledgeable and engaging. Highly recommended doing the additional cheese and wine parting with a sommelier that was well worth it.
Informative and well organized. Big fan of the company and loved the gift shop! The tour could be made better with a brochure handout.
Nice gardens surrounding the Chilean wine tasting with a gift in the end 🍷. You’ll discover “Casillero del Diablo” history.
It’s an excellent tour. Totally recommended if you can pay Marques tour with cheese taste it’s awesome. The sommelier was very cool and spent many time to answer all questions and doubts. Thank you for all experience and good wines!
We booked this tour and a really nice guy drove us out to the estate and back. We thought we’d booked a tour with him, however, all we booked was a taxi driver who took us to the estate and bought our tickets for us. He then handed our tickets to us and passed us to their staff. If you are considering booking this trip then just book an Uber there and back and save yourself US $100 - a bit of a rip off
It was great. Marcela and Leonardo did such a good job taking care of us, answering questions and taking the time to make us feel welcome and they were very very helpful. Galan Amaro Sisters
Here we are sitting in major traffic while returning from the tour. Aside from a semi interesting introduction from our guide this tour was a debacle. First you get picked up by a van and dropped off at a store that sells collectables as you wait for a big bus. You spend like a half hour there. To me this was like a bait and switch where you have nothing to do in the hopes of you buying one of their products. Then you get to the winery and go on a tour. Thank goodness the winery guide who is not affiliated with the company was funny and interesting. Then they drive you back and when we got to the city our guide left I mean he left our tour leaving us to be dropped off by the bus driver. Avoid this tour at all costs.
As others have mentioned, the vineyard tour and free time is around 75-90 minutes. Depending on pickups and transfers to a larger bus, the total drive times make up the majority of this half day excursion. Beautiful area and great wine. Love the history and details from the local guides.
At home, I regularly drink Concha Y Toro, so it was a fabulous treat to see the place that it is produced. Our guide was very informative, and also quite funny. We got to stroll in some of the grapevines, and taste the difference between the different grapes. Visiting the 'Devil's Cellar' was also quite a treat, and I loved hearing the folklore behind it. With every glass I drink in the future, I will remember this tour fondly!

excellent...of course more wine samples would have been nice!

Rod was excellent and very funny. Small group was great. Winery staff was knowledgeable and helpful, and everyone was very patient. Suggestion: Give directions to the hotel from the metro. Google Earth is not accurate.

Marco was a great driver and guide. With time to spare before the tour, we got fresh empanadas from a roadside hut. Concho y Toro was great and the taste testing was amazing.

Perfect for family with little or no knowledge about wines. We learnt a lot and experienced some tasty wines and finally saw Casillero del Diablo....
Lightside was we were picked little late from our apartments due to some bad traffic however made it on time to the tour

I felt this excursion was overpriced for what we got. Basically we got transportation to the winery and back, and the winery tour was given by the employees of the winery. We were picked up on time, but still had to wait about 40 minutes before the winery tour actually started. We enjoyed the winery tour, but feel that we may have saved money just taking a taxi to the winery instead.

They were one hour late picking us up so we missed part of the tour, but overall it was ok

Very nice tour. Not sure why there is a driver and a guide, some economy could be in place if the guide drove. Guide provided some geographic and political insight while enroute.

The tour guide was very knowledgeable not only about the winery, but local customs and history. It was very convenient being picked up at our hotel.

Once at Concha y Toro the tour was nice. Only 75 minutes long. About an hour driving in the van to and then another hour from the winery with no commentary. So I found it a long afternoon and a little expensive just for a 75 minute tour

The driver was very knowledgeable and friends Emily. Clean car and all you need. Would strongly recommend to check out these guys :-)

Great driver. very knowledgeable. Wine tour pretty good, we went for the add-on tasting with cheese, which was well worth it.

Once we got to the winery it was great - we really enjoyed it - the history, the grape tasting and the wine tasting but it was only one hour out of an advertised trip of 4 hours which was disappointing. A very opinionated driver who frequently voiced his opinions on womens place in society housekeeping and breeding irritated my wife and I.

This turned out to be a Private Trip to Concha Y Toro Winery. While that was wonderful, we would have preferred a group tour. This is not a working Winery, however it was a nice tour.

Pick-up at hotel was at scheduled time of 2:30 but traffic was horrendous and we didn't arrive at the winery until 4:05. By this time there were no tours in English so we were forced to do a one hour winery tour in Spanish, a language we do not speak or understand. Our driver said that he mentioned to the transport company that the scheduled time of 2:30 was too late for this tour but the company declined to change the time. So my husband and I spent $159.98 for a tour that failed to take into account the horrible traffic in Santiago and was delivered in a language that was foreign to us. To say that this whole tour was unacceptable is an understatement.

The tour was fabulous. I had an issue beforehand as I found out only a few days before that the tour I booked was unavailable. I had booked a wine and cheese tasting tour in the AM in English, and was told that was only available in the afternoon (which I could not make). The local tour office rebooked me for a mid morning wine tasting only tour. It was a little disappointing, but I was refunded the difference in the cost and the wine alone was still great. My driver did not speak any English, but the tour at the winery was in English and was fabulous for someone who knew very little about vineyards and wine-making!

The wine tour was fun and the tour guide was pleasant and knowledgeable. I learned more there than I did on the wine tours in France. The only complaint I have was that I paid the extra for more wine tastings with the cheese plate and they gave me the lesser wine tour package (fewer wine tastings and no cheese). Before I could say anything, the guide was running off to his next tour group.

Excellent! The driver Victor picked us up at the exact time, very friendly, told us a lot about Chile and was always attentive. The tour is incredible and the experience is highly recommended!
The driver arrived at the agreed time, was polite and took us safely to the vineyard. The climate was very unstable, cold and raining. The vineyard is a beauty and the internal tour is well organized, however, does not have structure to welcome visitors in rain conditions, as was the case. The people and children were completely wet during the walk through the gardens. We could observe grape planting from afar. The guide had some knowledge, but was unwilling to answer questions beyond the script.
I expected more from such a famous winery. We were in a group with a pregnant woman and not a glass of water was served, not for her or the children. Inattention from employees when purchasing wines. The garden is truly magnificent and the guide was very well trained, but for the price of the tour you can find beautiful wineries with dinner options at very similar prices.
I went with a group of friends to the vineyard in February. We marked everything online, so that the costs were taken into account. We took a premium tour, which gave us the right to a special tasting after the regular tour. We went on Uber from downtown Santiago, and we spent around 26,000 pesos to get there. The vineyard is beautiful, gives you access to wifi on basically the whole tour. Our guide was a Chilean who spoke extremely well Portuguese and knew how to conduct the tour in a very nice way. The tasting after the tour was very nice, and we took advantage of the opportunity to have lunch at the wine restaurant, providing us with a good lunch. I would recommend having the cell phones full of battery, or a camera in hand, as the landscape is beautiful. I recommend the walk.
Very good. Especially the guide, Valentina Baeza, super-informed about wines, history and a super professional treatment. The super-equal Octavian driver. I recommend the tour and the two of them. It wouldn't have been so good of them.
In addition to knowing the details of the production of wines and the history of this farm one thing that I indicate is to have lunch at the own winery that has an excellent restaurant where we can taste alongside the wine menu
The tour was a good experience since we were picked up at the hotel by the very friendly driver. The visit to the vineyard was very exciting the very nice facilities The legend of the interesting Devil's locker and wine tasting was super
Excellent tour. The transfer came looking for us at the indicated time and address. The driver, very friendly and responsible, enlightened us with a lot of knowledge about Chile and about the places we traveled before arriving at the winery. In the cellar, the tour was very complete and with time to enjoy each season. The wine tasting and the moments of each were very good. A recommendation about visiting the Devil's Locker: turn off the flashes and lights. Then, the wine and cheese tasting was excellently presented by the somelier. It was all over with enough time to stop by the store and take good wines and souvenirs.
The truth is that of all the tours made in Santiago de Chile this one for me in particular was one of the best. The tour of the vineyard is very beautiful, they take you to taste 6 wines, red and white, take a tour of the underground cavas, it is a shocking presentation of the locker of the devil.
Good view, good service and quality wines in the surroundings of the mountains. Good walk to make with friends.
A lot of advertising and little wine tasting but it is interesting to know and know the history of Chilean wines I do not recommend going with children
The walk through the vineyard is beautiful. I recommend the Marquis tour of Casa Concha. In addition to the excellent traditional tour of the vineyard with a tasting of three wines from the house, there is also a delicious tasting of wines (plus four) and cheeses, accompanied by a somellier. The full tour takes around an hour. The negative part of the ride was for the driver. We were the only passengers on the tour, a fact that left the driver the will to spend the whole transfer talking about their unpleasant opinions about women (whose main goal is reproduction), Brazilian and Chilean politics, Venezuelan immigrants, pedophilia in the Catholic church, finally... a variety of issues completely unnecessary on a tourist trip. When asked about sights and activities in Santiago, he only cared about offering his transportation services "outside", which was immediately rejected by me and my wife. I chose Enterprise Gray Line Chile for this tour which took place on the 17/04. I would hardly choose the same Enterprise again.
