The winery is extremely beautiful. They are extremely well prepared to receive the tourists, with attractions about how the wine is made, the history of the Casilleiro del Diablo and tastings. Walter and Cris were incredibly knowledgeable and kind, walking me through the experience. Highly recommend!

Reviews
I went solo, without having much knowledge on wine (of course not zero, I did some pre-study on that) , and ended up enjoying the tour so much knowing the difference and characteristics of each wines and procedures. I was the only English speaker on the bus (everyone else was Spanish or Portuguese speaker), but the guide, Millanti, explains everything in English following Spanish as well so that I don’t get lost. During the tasting tour, a guide from Concha y Toro also gave me very enjoyable and insightful tasting tips. Manuel gave me a safe drive from Santiago to Winery tour. Overall, I recommend this tour a lot to solo English speakers (let alone, a couple, duo, Spanish or Portuguese speakers), and is worth paying money. PS.
A great day with Jorge and Hector. Very friendly, fun and considerate. Thanks guys The guides at the winery were great. I have loved my last day in Santiago.
Jorge was a great guide. Amazing experience
Tour was great. Plenty of wine. The guides really know their wine. Definitely recommend.
Excellent service from the company. The wine is so beautiful. We booked the full 10 wine tour so was absolutely brilliant. Staff were so friendly and the sommelier was so knowledgeable.
Was very pleasant. Pablo was our driver and Milla was our guide. I forget the name of the 2 guides in the winery but they were also great. Winery is very beautiful, and the tour had great production
Milla and Pablito were the best They literally made us feel super comfortable getting there, telling is about the history of Chile, and guiding us all the way through. I honestly love having a live guide like Milla. She's amazing. Pablo is a great driver!!!
A very informative and fun tour. The trip feels quick and comfortable. Millanti made us feel comfortable and helped us along the way. Once there, the tour take you through the history behind the vineyard as well as explaining the importance of the wine making process. The trip was worth the price and I would highly recommend to any considering this tour.
Great wine tour. Janis was a great guide and made the process very easy. The driver jaime was great
We had a great afternoon at Concha y Toro. Pick up was delayed by traffic but we had a very friendly and informative trilingual guide Germán. The start times of the winery tour are staggered by language group so we had about half an hour wait to start. The initial winemaking information is interesting then the Casillero del Diablo 'sensory experience was a bit gimicky. The following initial tasting with guide Pablo was fun and a good introduction to the range of wines from the Concha y Toro brand. However our following tasting of six Marques de Casa Concha wines with Sommelier Daniel was truly excellent. Travel was about 1 hour each way (plus delay) plus 4 hours at the vineyard so all up probably closer to 7 hours rather than 5. Would recommend this option as an excellent value for money option.
It was a great trip! Jorge was very helpful, explaining all our way to the Vineyard. Once there it was a great experience, you get to know the whole Casillero del Diablo storyt
Tour excelente. Con Hector y Alejandro.
Great experience , learned a lot and tasted great wine
We would thoroughly recommend this tour to anyone with an interest in Chilean wine , its history and its distinct varietal styles such as its Carménère reds . Concha Y Toro is a remarkable operation and it’s clear the staff are extremely proud of their processes and products. Huge thanks to our friendly courteous and knowledgeable Turistik guide Alondra who effortlessly backgrounded us on the Chilean wine industry and other interesting facts in both Spanish & English. Compliments to Leo our driver for getting us there and back safely and on time. Muchas Gracias.
Very good it was. Thanks Ricardo.
Ricardo, the tour guide was outstanding. His English was excellent, and he provided clear, informative answers to all of our questions, making the experience very enjoyable.
We had a great time and learned so much about the wine. Carlos was the best tour guide!
Our guide from Turistik, Carlos, was great. Very friendly, informative and helpful 5/5. However the vinyard tour itself left a lot to be desired. We booked an English language tour, but got spanish. This was not a problem for us but would have been if we didn't speak spanish. Then after waiting around for 20 minutes or so for the tour to start we got rushed to join a tour that had already started. We didn't get to do the sensory experience that was listed as part of the tour. I would recommend Santa Rita vinyard over this. They seem much better organised and have nicer facilities to spend time at after their tour.
Carlos was a great guide. Friendly and helpful, full of information.
Our experience was fabulous! We did the Marquez tour and throughly enjoyed it. The whole facility is gorgeous! And the Casillera del Diablo extravaganza was such fun as they take you through the legend. This part of the tour was entertaining, and they definitely were thinking outside the box. The sensory experience was also very informative and visually stimulating. BUT...the BEST part of all was FELIPE, our guide! He was soooo very nice, informative, and absolutely hilarious!!!! Soooo jovial and personable! I want to have this experience a 10!!! And let's not forget all the delish tastings we had! Thank you Felipe!! You made all the difference!
Javiera and Francisco were great! Along the way, Javiera gave a lot of information about the land and vineyards. She spoke in both Spanish and English to accommodate the guests. Francisco was a good driver. We got to the vineyard on time and safe. Once you get to the vineyard, the tours are divided by language. Each tour was at a different time as well. You’re then greeted by another Tour Guide of the vineyard, who will walk you through the vineyard. I had Marcus who was extremely informative. They talk about the Chile's landscape, soil, how it determines what grapes are grown where, in addition to the Family's history to the vineyard. Wine tastings were held at the end, and it was outdoors. You get to try 4 wines during this round. This took about 2 hrs. Since it’s the Premium Package, you’re then passed to a Wine Sommelier. I had Daniel, who was right on the target with the notes. During this round, you get to try 6 premium wines with cheese pairings. The wines were so delicious, I don’t think there was a wine I didn’t like. This portion of the tour took about an hour. In total, the Premium Package was about 3 hrs long. By the end of the session, I didn’t get a chance to really see my options at the gift shop, but I still left with a limited edition bottle, Amelia, that Daniel recommended. Javiera was nice enough to let me quickly pop in. The Gift Shop opens at 10 AM, which I did have a chance to browse before the tour started. Since I wasn’t too familiar with the wine, I wasn’t ready to invest yet. If you really like wine, I highly recommend this Premium Package. The vineyard itself was beautiful. The staff was very friendly. Of course, the Javiera and Francisco were a pleasure to have.
The winery tour was fantastic, great wine and beautiful setting, great guides. The tour operator on the other hand wasn’t good. This tour charges a high premium for transport, which ultimately, isn’t well organized. We started with pickup at 7.45 am only to arrive at 9.30 am to wait for a 10.30 am tour. The schedule was also such, that we had no time after the winery tour to visit the shop or the cafe as we needed to leave immediately. Worse for me and some others was the guide changed the drop off points on the homeward journey (communicated only on the bus during the journey back). This left me with a 1 hour walk away from the original pick up point and even further away from my hotel. On communicating with the tour agent, I was told they had “delivered on their promise” - - hmmmm but did you ? Bottom line - great winery, choose a different tour company, there are plenty of better ones to pick from who are more tourist oriented.
Had a great day, thank you Lisette and Luiz. Make sure you do the cheese and wine pairing as well. Best part of the day.
Lisette and Luis are the best.
Was very good, went solo but went well. Tour guide was very friendly (both the tour company and winery.) I would recommend for solo travelers and groups that speak English only.
Pick up point was a little difficult to find but the welcome we received by Lisette was great. It was a quiet coach and Cristian the driver was very good. The wine tour was excellent - the best we’ve ever done. There’s a new interactive sensory museum which was great fun and finding out the history of Casillero del Diablo was really interesting. Great wines to taste and really well organised. Not to be missed
Driver Janette and guide Ricardo made the entire tour worth it . Kind honest funny genuine! They made it for us !!!!!!!!!
We started with a greeting from our driver Janet and our guide Ricardo. Very engaged, knowledgeable and entertaining. Ricardo spoke 3 languages and was able to engage the entire group. We've taken many tours and never had a guide personally speak to each couple. Well done. Concha y Toro is a beautiful winery with an extremely impressive interactive experience. Products tasted at the end of the tour were high quality. Our guide at the winery, Claudio was very enthusiastic and a perfect brand ambassador. He was very knowledgeable and proud of the history of the winery and had impressive product knowledge. Be sure to take a guided tour of the museum.
What a great experience! Janis and Hector were so helpful and kind!
Been to Concho y Toro once before 10 yrs ago.Place has totally changed. Now like a Winery tour designed by Disney! Was amazing the best winery tour ever! Been on 25 winery tours around the world, this was the best ! Great gift bc shop and winery guide’s ! Carlos did a great job getting us to and back from the winery!
Fabulous and Carlos was the best tour guide ever. Thank you. Gracious for everything and the tour was the best in the world. So professional
Wonderful experience. Carlos was a great guide and the wines were delicious. Plus, they picked us up at central locations so I could drink as much as I wanted.
Alexandra was wonderful- enthusiastic and knowledgeable. The tour itself was fun! Manuela was excellent as well. Worthwhile tour.
Excellent tour. Luciano provided wonderful formation marcello was a good driver. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The museum and wine tasting was fabulous. Well worth the time and money!
The trip was amazing and comfortable. German was very helpful and patient. We were travelling with a little one, and they were very accommodating of us.
Lisette from Turistik was great! The Concho y Toro tour was interesting, the place is beautiful, and the wine was tasty!
The best wine tour we’ve ever been on from door to door fantastic knowledge, friendly guides and fabulous service. We have been on a fair few wine tours around Europe and this by far beats them all. Ricardo shared a huge amount of knowledge and facts about Santiago and the wine regions that surround it and Hector was a fantastic driver, he got us there on time and without hesitation. We would highly recommend this tour to all of our friends and family!
Ok, first I want to talk about Janis. She was our Touristik guide on our bus to and from the Concha y Toro bus wine tour, and I have to say that she was amazing! She was engaging, charasmatic, knowledgeable, and made us clearly understand what our whole day would look like. So 5 stars for her, and I hope her company values her greatly. Here English is pretty good too. The wine tours itself, was also top notch. The Casillero De Diablo Wine cellars were my favourite, where you go through a sensory experience using the Devils cellar legend to its full potential, using smells, sound and visual imagery, where the legend come alive as you walk through the cellars. The wine of course was also amazing, as were the grounds with vineyards, gardens, ponds, and structures, that all created an atmosphere that was wonderful to be part of. This was also 5 stars. So why did I not give it 5 stars overall? Because of expectations. I thought we would be picked up at our meeting point, be taken to the vineyard, we would habe our tour, then we would have time to self explore, eat lunch, and then head back to our pick up point. But what it is actually like, is you get picked up at meeting point, the you get taken another meeting point where we waited 20mins. Then we got to the vineyard shortly after 9am, only to find out the English tour didn't start till 10:50. And the only thing we could do is have coffee and water, as there is no breakfast available at the restaurant. And we could only wander through a small limited area, as most of it is sealed off to the public. And once the amazing tour was over, we had an hour to shop at the onsite wine store and have lunch. We then took the bus back to that second meeting point, where we had to take the touristik double decker bus that does city tours, to get back to our original pick up point. All of this we learned from Janis when we started the tour, but my point is that Expedia should do a much better job setting these expectations. As we may have e done our own transport to get there later, as an example.
This was an excellent half day tour near Santiago. The tour is really sharing facts to the Concha y Toro where, then, their staff takes over. However, I didn’t have to worry about logistics as I showed up and learned more about the history of the vineyards. Of course, I thoroughly enjoyed the wine. Highly recommend!
Sebastian was great! Spoke multiple languages, organized everything efficiently. The driver, Hector, couldn't have been better.
Omg this was the worst tour I’ve been on in Chile. Huge groups. The bus sat parked for 10-20 min at a time with no ac going. Couldn’t breathe. People had their bare feet in my seat. It was so smelly!!!!
It was an excelente experiencia. I highly recomendado it. Experience, perplejo, food , customer service. All in all I will be doing it again when I come back to Chiñe
Went to Concha Y Toro for a wine testing and and used Turistik to transport us there. The bus ride was easy and Alondra was amazing. David’s driving was great. If you do the wine tasting do the Experienca Marques de Casa Y Concha. You get an extra session that includes six additional pours of their higher tier wines. Rosanna was our Sommelier and she was knowledgeable and very friendly. We would highly recommend this whole experience.
It's was good until the staff of the store accused me for being a thief even when I had the receipt. The wine was rushed and the experience mid.
DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR!! Especially if you are an English speaker as the Turisik guides *do not* speak English! The winery itself is amazing, but you will save yourself time, money, and frustration by booking directly with the winery and arranging a pick-up drop off. Turisik added absolutely nothing to the experience, and simply made you wait 90 minutes before your tour and 2hours after. Loved the winery, this company is horrible.
One of the best wine tours in the Santiago area. Don't miss it. Totally worth it. I recommend that you take the 10 wine tasting experience. Totally worth for the money.
Great guide Shows a lot of professionalism Will recommend her all along . Has been very flexible in her approach Very optimists
It was a fantastic tour. Gonsalo was amazing at the Estate and Fernanda of Turistik was quite informative on the drive there!
Fernanda was such an engaging and entertaining host! We learned so much about Chilean culture and of course wine. Couldn’t recommend more!
