It was a relaxing and interesting trip, which was worth its prize. Our guide Milla was very kind and made shure of our well beeing in every situation. She also spoke very good english and told us very interesting information about our stops and locations. The bus driver Miguelle drove very smooth and you didn't get sick, even if you drank three glasses of vine. All in all was it a wonderful tour worth recommending.

Millanti and Miguel were amazing! A highlight of this trip. They're funny, engaging and a great help considering I only speak English. I felt included in all conversations and the wine! Oh the wine is great too. If you've a spare few hours I recommend this tour with Millanti and Miguel.
This was by far the best tour Excellent .A must!
Amazing trip so enjoyed it. Would recommend
Milla is amazing and Jamie a great driver
Excellent commentary, very friendly staff. Bravo to Alejandro, Ignazio and Fernanda. Fernanda's English is perfect, that really helps with the overall experience!
That's trip was great. I had no idea about Baha'i temple before going but it was beautiful temple. We can't take pictures inside temple but location is high place then I could see nice Santiago town view. We stayed 1hour around temple. I felt a little too long. So my interesting was second spot Cousiño Macul vinyard. It was awesome tour. They have English and Spanish guide who belong to winery. My English guide Fernandas have great knowledge and impressive. It was 1h30 min stay but I wanted to stay at least 2h. Anyway tour bus guide Janis explained by English, Spanish and Portuguese. It's highly recommend tour.
Would highly recommend this tour. The temple is really beautiful but also very peaceful. The winery was nice and afterwards at the bar they gave a small sample of their 'icon wines' and the Lota was amazing.
It was nice visit the temple and the winery the on same day! Janis and Manuel did a great job! My suggestion for meeting points should be more specific. We had a hard time finding the meeting point. Luckily we were able to catch up with tour bus.
Guide Janis and driver Manuel were wonderful. Great tour of the Templo Bahá'í de Sudamérica and vineyard. Old vineyard with wonderful guide and wine tasting.
I booked this tour to the B'hai temple & winery as it was the only tour of the temple I could find. It included transportation from a location very close to the hotel I was staying at. We boarded the Turistik bus at 1:15 & after picking up others we arrived at the temple parking lot at 2:45. So we rode on the bus for 1 hour & 30 minutes. Ridiculous! We were given just 30 minutes to walk up to the visitors center, receive a short briefing from a volunteer & then walk up many, many stairs to reach the temple. If you have issues with climbing stairs or have mobility issues, you should reconsider taking this tour. Walking on the scenic path was an option, but once we left the visitors center we had 15 minutes left before we had to be back at the bus to go to the winery. I was disappointed as a visit to this temple was the reason I booked this tour. We had no time to enter the temple, meditate or just enjoy the space, just enough time to snap a few photos outside (no photos permitted inside) & get back to the bus. Then unfortunately we had to wait for the rest of the group who returned late. This delayed our departure for the 4pm winery tour. Once again we had to walk a long distance to get to the visitors center from where we were dropped off, some of it over cobblestones. The English tour had already started when we joined. The tour leader mentioned at the start of the day we should be finished at 5:30. I waited by the bus until 5:56pm before the guide & rest of the group arrived. The guide, Fernanda was really great. She gave us lots of information on both places & her English was excellent. She was very enthusiastic about this tour & it showed. I recommend starting the tour at least 1 hour earlier to permit more time at the temple. Otherwise, I would recommend taking public transport or an Uber if your main purpose is to see the temple.
Our guide Jorge and driver Fernando gave us a wonderful tour today. So informative, friendly and professional! Terrific!
Fernanda was an excellent guide. She was very knowledgeable, funny and answered all our questions. The driver Andres was also nice and careful. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this tour!
I had taken the hop on hop off bus offered by Turistik and saw they offered other tours. I needed an afternoon tour to take up time beige an evening flight back to the US and the temple looked interesting and a little bit different than the other things I had been touring while on Santiago. The pick up point was right by the mandarin oriental which is where I was staying. The bus was punctual and the driver Ignacio was both extremely polite and an excellent driver. Our guide was Jorge and I was the only English speaker on the bus. His main commentary was in Spanish and he came and gave me an English commentary at my seat and asked many times if I had any questions. The tour of the temple was excellent and ever interesting as I was not familiar with this religion and it is set at the foot of the hills and offered wonderful views of the mountains and Santiago. The winery was excellent. There were only five English speakers and our guide Belen spoke excellent English and was very engaging. Jorge went out of his way to make sure I had a good time. He is an excellent tour guide. He is an asset to Turistik and to the hospitality industry in which he works.
Javiera and her group was great! Highly recommended. The temple and the wine tour was very detailed and very much a fun time.
Great experience with Sofia Margarita and Luis, amazing customer service! Sofia Margarita was very kind with us, she explained everything to us in English which made all the difference for our experience. I really recommend and enjoyed the experience ☺️
Fernanda is the best tour guide! Her knowledge was only outshined by her passion and personality. What we appreciated was her empathy and awareness to speak translate English and Spanish, no matter how little the comment or question.
Beautiful day visiting the peaceful temple and then wine tasting in a vineyard - Fernanda gave interesting explanations during our travel and is such a warm person. Luz drove us safely in a comfortable van- thanks for such a fun day!!
Your was canceled while I was traveling and found out too late to book another 1/2 day tour of similar booking. Had to figure something else for my short stay in Santiago no thanks to them. I still have not received my credit.
Very good tour, the Bahai temple was quite beautiful and interesting, and the vineyard was super fun. The guides were friendly.
We spent most of our time stuck in traffic. I found the Temple to be uninspiring. Their gardens looked more like natural plants gone wild than a planned garden. After a short drive, we stopped at the Cousino Macul winery. An energetic guide led the tour. She made the short tour entertaining. Then we were stuck in heavy traffic as we returned to base.
The winery was perfect. Beautiful and informational. The temple visit was rushed and we had to view it too quickly.the bus was 40 minutes late on our departure, with little info about the reason and no hint of an apology for the disrespect for our time. In all, i do recommend the the tour.
Temple was beautiful and peaceful. The tour guide in Cousino Macul was insightful and very friendly.
Baha'i Temple was incredible. Serene and beautiful. Vina Cousino Macul was very interesting. 2 reds and 2 white samples. English guide was charming and engaging at Cousino Macul. Patricio and Luciano were very fun, lots of insight and knowledge. I would highly recommend this experience for any English speaking tourists.
The views of the mountains against the vineyard and temple were incredible. Lucian and Patricio were informative and engaging. Our guide for the Winery Tour was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would strongly recommend this experience to others.
The temple is outside of Santiago, about a 40 minute drive. The greater at the temple did not speak clearly in any of the 3 languages he was attempting, but there was an information session at the gift shop. The temple itself is peaceful and offers visitors different prayer options and prayed books. Stunning design and sheer peace once you are inside.
Enjoyed both tours! The Bahai Temple was a self guided tour. The design & architecture of the temple is mesmerizing. It evokes a sense of spirituality. The wine tasting in Cousina Macul was educational. The guide talked about the history of one of the oldest wineries in Santiago. We enjoyed the walk down the dimly lit cellars. It was beautiful! The complimentary etched wine glass was a nice souvenir but not practical to be carrying around when traveling. Pack them well! We walked around the vineyard on our own after wine tasting, and was a perfect way to end the afternoon with the sunset and mountains in the background. Special thanks to Valentina & Julio from Turistik tour company for a smooth ride to these places.
Our guide did an amazing job swapping between English, Spanish, and Portuguese! There was a decent sized group of us and we all were answered whenever we had questions/concerns. The experience at both the temple and the vineyard was amazing! I had not heard of the Baha'i faith before this and hearing about them and seeing the temple was a great experience. In the bookshop I actually met one of the authors who took time to tell us his story and how he came to Chile. Going for wine after the temple was a good end of a tour. We tried several wines and heard the history of the vineyard as well as the process for how to make wine which I appreciated as someone who has been on vineyard tours in the past. My only criticism would be the free wine glasses. GREAT idea, not so great in execution. Those aren't exactly easy to pack. Mine broke on my flight even though I kept it in the bag and didn't put it in anything else. It was just too fragile :(
Two completely different experiences joined to make a very memorable day. The minibus was comfortable and our guide made us welcome and included as she moved effortlessly from Spanish to English The Baha’i Temple was a peaceful thought invoking experience. An unusual construction in an amazing setting surrounded by nature and carefully designed water features. This was followed by the visit to the Cousino Macal vineyard a perfect combination. Our guide there spoke perfect English and made the experience educational, interesting and fun. The wine tasting was generous and enjoyable and the whole tour fascinating. A thoroughly enjoyable experience, 10 out of 10 !👏
The booking was seamless, commentary very good sights visited amazing. We were a little late arriving but that was very pleasantly accommodated
Gave me wrong address and no apology. Temple was only 40 minutes and that includes the speech you must sit through. Way too rushed.
Fue una experiencia inolvidable! Alejandro was an awesome guide and he told us a lot about the history of Chile. Loved the temple and wine experience!
Excellent and brilliant guides. Valentina was happy to help and José was a funny and made our journey one to remember.
Not worth going if you aren't into the temple stuff. It was a waste of time. The tour lasted less than 20 minutes for $170.
We had a wonderful experience with our tour. Alejandro, our guide, was amazing, funny and full of information. Our driver Patricio was great at navigating the heavy traffic and had his secret shortcuts. We had one day in Santiago and booked this tour last minute. A great find and we highly recommend.
Awesome trip, cool temple, great wine! Alejandro, Franscico, and Valentina freaking crushed it! I would do this trip again
Nice experience in Santiago with the tour in templo Baha’i and Cousino macul. Very recomend is ver good because is nice nice
It was a fun tour, Juan our tour guide was quite knowledgeable as he narrated all along the way every detail. The Bahai Temple was an extraordinary architectural wonder and the setting surrounded by the Andes was breathtaking. Our only disappointment: we were not informed of a 45 minute religious presentation we had to attend before entering the temple. The vineyard was spectacular and the wine testing delicious. Dani our vineyard guide graciously explained the history of the vineyard’s family and the processing of its wines.
Great guide and driver. Both sites were wonderful and a must see. Local guides at the actual sites were also very good. well organized tour with efficient area for pick up.
Wonderful trip. 2 experiences were very different but both extraordinary and worth the visit. Ignacio and Leo were a great team. I was the only english speaker on the bus and Ignacio did a wonderful job of dual translation of everything so felt very included. Also local guides at Temple ans Winery who were lovely. Highly recommend this tour and Turistik.
Temple Bahá’í is an impressive building in a beautiful place overlooking Santiago. Cousiño Macul 👌.
Highly recommend it. I was in for the wine tours but only had a half day. Chose this one by default as other won was booked. Learned about the Bahai religion and the temple with a great view. I leaned and enjoyed. The Cousino Macul Vineyard I was ready to be skeptical of as it was within greater Santiago and near a freeway. I was delighted. Besides being a vineyard, it is a historical treasure started and still owned by a famous Chilean family. I was fascinated. Everyone at both places was kind, enthusiastic and insightful. I am not just saying this. They are happy to see some tourists back after Covid. Last but most important, I Ashley our guide was wonderful. Upbeat, fun and insightful. It woud be hard for anyone not to enjoy her as a guide. . Sent from my iPad
Picked up at my hotel. Tour size was small, about 12 of us. Daniel, tour guide, did a fantastic job. He was switching back and forth between English and Portuguese with ease. The winery was great, with the exception of not actually going into the vineyard. We had 4 samples, plus a bread bowl fondue at the end. The Bahai Temple was beautiful and majestic. My only complaint was that they did not have an English translation of the prayers. Our driver, Mario, was a wizard at navigating the traffic. The tour lasted about 5 hours, with pick up and drop off. It was a great way to spend an afternoon.
The winery tour with 4 samples and fondue bread bowl at the end was great. The only thing that we did not do, was get to walk thru the vineyards. The Bahai House - Temple was beautiful and serene. I just wish that the prayer book that they hand out had an English translation. The tour company, Turistik, was great. Our tour guide, Daniel, and driver, Mario, were excellent. Daniel went back and forth, English and Portuguese, flawlessly. Mario navigated the dense traffic like a maestro. I would definitely go on another tour with them.
An unexpected treat. Valentina, thé guide was very respectful of both the Spanish and English people on the tour. Winery part was excellent and very informative. No push to simply buy the wine. Very interesting. The Baha’i house was a very nice quiet retreat to the end of the day. Peaceful and thought provoking. Would definitely recommend.
The tour was between 5-6 hours with hotel pickup and drop off. The two locations visited at first didn’t seem a good fit. Boy was I wrong! The winery tour was one of the best visited to date. Super informative, wonderful guide and the tour of the vineyard and complex was awesome. The cellars are so cool. The visit to Bahai House was very grounding. It’s location is spectacular and the structure is remarkable. Could have spent a little more time here but the time we did have was very gratifying. Our guide from turistik was Valentina. Her command of the English language helped with our understanding of what we would be seeing and experiencing in both locations. She also has a great sense of humor. Our driver was Octavio. Very safe and how he handled that bus in the city is something else. I’m glad I don’t have his job. Would I recommend this tour YES! Would I do it again on a return visit? I really think I would. Well done.
Just finished a tour with a wonderful guide, Valentina. The driver, Octavio was also very pleasant. Valentina spoke very good English and spoke in both Spanish and English. At first it seemed an unusual pairing with a wine tour then a side trip to a sanctuary. But was wonderful, fun and ended nicely with a reflective moment at the top of the hill. Wine tour was excellent and the underground caves were well worth the visit. The Baha’i was a pleasant surprise and very soothing. Job well Done Valentina.!. Definitely would recommend this tour.
Daniel gave us great info about the Santiago metro area and the winery we visited. It was a lovely but smoggy day at the temple which is very cool.
Terrific afternoon at the Cousino Macul Vineyard and the Bahá’i House thanks to Eduardo and Cristian our tour guide and driver. The wines were delicious and the winery was so inviting and interesting. The Bahá’i House is a must see, a beautiful design and a very calm place. I highly recommend this tour to anyone. Took the tour with Eduardo and Christan and had a lot of fun. We had a small group, got lots of info and visited very nice places. Would definitely recommend to everyone!
