TourGo offered us a sensational service, Guia Paula Soledad Rapa was very attentive. I recommend the care.

Travel in time at one of Chile’s most traditional and award-winning wineries. With more than 130 years of history, Undurraga combines the charm of the old world with modern production techniques. Explore botanical gardens designed by European landscapers, stroll through centuries-old vineyards and descend to underground cellars where time seems to have stopped. Departure from Santiago: Pickup at your hotel in air-conditioned transport. Garden Tour: Begin the tour of the lush botanical garden, designed by the famous French landscaper Pierre Ducasse. Garden of Varieties: Visit the vineyards to observe the different types of grapes and understand the cycle of the vine. Production Process: Meet the modern vinification facilities and the bottling plant. Underground Wines: Go down to the centuries-old cellars of the vineyard to see the oak barrels and learn about the aging of the wines. Tasting: Time to taste 4 selected labels, learning to identify typical notes and aromas. Wine shop: Free time to purchase exclusive labels and olives produced by Undurraga itself. Return: Land at your accommodation in Santiago.

It was an amazing experience and mainly because the Tour Go helped us throughout our stay in Chile. I recommend and will only hire Tour Go on my next arrival in Chile.
Very nice place. The tour is pretty fast. The guide Matias was friendly. But all the time looking at the clock. I don't know if there was another group to attend or if it was not to take long. The tasting is ok. Prices in their store much higher than in the other places. That label I bought at the winery was about eight thousand pesos. I bought it at Diez for five thousand pesos I have seen many people say that the visits to Brazilian wineries are much better. And indeed they are. But worth the experience by being in another country Knowing is also part of it.
The wine is beautiful, but the tour is very busy, I didn't like it. You need to improve the experience further. Leaves to be desired in relation to other nearby wineries.
A charming winery, with a wine that we really liked, the tour is very good, the guide is super lively and nicknamed "Agostinho Carrara", one of the best. Wine prices are fair and there are lots of souvenirs.
Beautiful and large winery, the technical explanations are very interesting going through the vineyards and cellar. I booked a basic tasting of 4 wines, but I didn't like their quality (they weren't from the premium line). Group of around 15/20 people at a time. They hand over a glass and the entire tasting takes place in it, at the end you receive it as a toast. In the store there are several items for shopping/gifting. If it's just for the wine, I didn't think the basic tour was worth it, it's better to book the premium tasting which might be better, but if it's with the intention of visiting a beautiful winery then it's worth it.

Excellent tour, very well explained. Matias was exceptional, explaining every detail to us with patience and good humor. The winery is wonderful and the wines we tasted were incredible! I recommend!
We visited the Udurraga winery and the Santa Rita winery. It wasn't worth knowing the two. I suggest knowing Santa Rita only, because in Udurraga we only see part of the production of the wines, unlike Santa Rita which is larger and we can know the whole process, from planting to bottling the wine. In addition, there is a tour in Portuguese for those who do not get the “portunhol” spoken by many in Chile.
Terrible experience! The guide named Maria Jose with extreme bad will. He said he would take two minutes to take pictures, but he would turn his back and walk around. At the time of the tasting, a ridiculous amount of wine. I could barely smell the wine. For a group of more than 20 people the guide managed to serve everyone with less than half a bottle of wine. The tour lasted less than 1 hour due to the bad will of the guide. Never recommend!
We made the tour with Matias. He was absolutely exceptional, explaining about the winemaking and with assertive and funny positions. We were very lucky to have him as a guide and strongly recommend that you look for him during your visit to the vineyard. You won't regret it!
A tremendous experience, especially with the host (I don't remember the name, but will be in the photo), who understands the subject, and chilean is really living what q says
The tour was great. Very professional and pleasant. However, I suggest that people with mobility difficulties avoid this ride, because although there are wheelchairs available there are obligatory access points by stairs.
Although it is smaller than concha u toro and Santa Rita, it is a very beautiful vineyard!! The German guide makes the visit very special with its good mood and knowledge!!!
Excellent wine. It has a presentation of history, production, culture and climate. Very friendly guide, polite and speaks well Portuguese. Ride without hurry, many interesting points addressed. Well explained manufacturing process. A class!! Good wines for tasting. I recommend and would return!
Guide Leonardo very attentive with everyone, always willing to remove any doubts, speaking slowly to those who do not understand Spanish, very beautiful winemaking and with a lot of history!
We made the best tour provided by the winery (Tour Founders, 28,000). We expected more from the tour. The wines were ok, and the Mood too. But the guide, Matias, was very good.
We had in the basic tasting of the vineyard. Good wines and the guide Leonardo was extremely friendly and requested throughout the tour. I recommend.
We did the Tour Two Funders in Vinícula with Leonardo and a couple of Brazilians. The Tour included a wine tasting in which the professional taught us about the tasting of wines and their harmonization. He was extremely rich. We were very happy with the experience! Leonardo is a great guide!
We conducted the classic tour at the Vinicula. The experience is very commercial and racing. The wine tasting is carried out throughout the end of the visit, I believe that if it was carried out along the tour would have made the experience more pleasant. In any case, it is worth a visit if you have free moments on the route. The value of the wines are good.
We went with my family, the Welcoming is very personal, from the first moment the guide makes you feel welcome. We visited all the facilities and were given all the time to take pictures and enjoy the place. 100 percent recommended and unmissable experience.
The guide read the best very friendly and loving a 7 the best of the best excellent Service. Very good wines
The Enterprise is mega attentive and gives you all the support. We were on a scheduled tour with another Enterprise, but we gave up and contacted Carolina from TourGo, who promptly attended us and managed to fit us on the tour for the next day. Just a wonderful tour!! The guide Orlando is super cool, requested and very attentive with all the details. We love and will recommend. It was the best walk we did in Santiago in the few days we stayed.
