Nacho was Amazing!!! He had so much information and it was so interesting! So nice and friendly! Loved where he took us! Our Driver Roberto was so great and considerate! We really enjoyed the tour and would recommend doing this.

Very good intro type tour of Valparaiso and Viña del Mar. Covered the highlights in each city. Good commentary from Nacho, the guide, who kept things on time and showed some more out of the way spots. Recommend this tour.
Nacho was an excellent guide and also efficient Our driver also did a great job
Nacho did a terrific job the winery that we went to was particularly beautiful and he did a great job of describing the city and a lot of the history
Had a great day in Valparaiso and Casablanca for the wine tasting. Ramsès had a lot of knowledge to share and did so with a twist of humor. The driver David got us everywhere safe and sound. It's a nice tour if you have a day to spend outside Santiago!
Overall it was such an experience. Except for the initial hiccup when we have to wait for some people in the group for an hour to come down from the ship. It was unfair for other people who woke up early to be on time and have to wait. Their was some exchange of words that make the tour very tense in the beginning. A 30 minutes wait would have been reasonable but to be standing for 1 hour waiting was not pleasant at all.
Excellent host, excellent itinerary, prefect way to see Valparias and lovely choice of restaurant for lunch. No complaints
Edu (guide) and Juan(driver) did a fantastic job showing us Viña Del Mar and Valparaiso. Edu was very informative and gave lots of interesting information and details. He also was happy to answer questions. Both cities are beautiful! We especially loved all the street art in Valparaiso. A delicious, authentic lunch stop was included (pay for yourself). The wine tasting at the largest organic vineyard in the world was very nice. Juan did an excellent job driving and dropped guests off at the airport or hotel. I would absolutely recommend this tour. There was quite a bit of walking and some hills, but Edu was able to make accommodations for a guest with some limitations.
A heartfelt thank you to Nacho and Roberto for an absolutely wonderful day. Nacho’s contagious enthusiasm, genuine passion for Chile, and impressive depth of knowledge truly brought every place we visited to life. His explanations were engaging, insightful, and made the entire experience unforgettable. A special thank you as well to Roberto, our driver, for his safe driving, professionalism, and kindness throughout the day. We always felt comfortable and well taken care of. It was truly a pleasure to share this experience with both of you. Highly recommended!
Great excursion. Valparaiso is very charming city. Great guide Pablo is very knowlegible. Had great food in a restaurant on the terrace overlooking the port.
From the time we left the ship to when we were dropped off at our hotel, the tour was well organised, Our guide, Eduard, was very knowledgeable, fun to be with and made our day special. Highlight for us was the walking tour of Valpraiso; the street art is amazing. The venue recommended for lunch produced excellent, local dishes. We would highly recommend this tour for anyone leaving a cruise ship in San Antonio and wanting an overview of the area before heading to the airport or hotel in Santiago.
The pre-event communication was very good (thru the What’sApp) and the organization at the busy cruise port terminal was well thought out and easy to follow. Once we were organized into a group (by Nacho, whose English in very good) we where meet by out charismatic guide, Edwardo, and shown the way to an awaiting large and comfortable van. We were expertly guided through the twisting streets and hills of Valparaiso accompanied by Edwardo’s detailed commentary about the town, its art , and history. We had a lunch break at a local restaurant and we all thought the food was, service and costs were top notch . This is a terrific way to transfer from the ship to our hotel in Santiago and not loose a day of sightseeing and learning.
This excursion was very very well done!! Pick up at pier and drop off at hotel was seamless. The excursion itself was excellent!!
Great small group tour with excellent guide Pablo. Only slight disappointment was the wine tasting 2 glasses of wine with only a short explanation of each (took 5-10 minutes)
It was very hectic at the port trying to get the tour started but the tour experience was good with some interesting stops and walks. We would have appreciated a bottle of water being provided on the tour.
We had a wonderful experience. Nacho and Matias were great. It was difficult to find them in a chaotic port but Nacho had sent his What’s app number so he was very accessible.
Great day trip from San Antonio cruise port to Valparaiso, and on to Santiago. Walking in Valparaiso in the colorful neighborhood was a great experience. Wine tasting was ok, no big deal, didn’t tour the winery. Sebastian was an outstanding guide. Our bus driver was less than stellar, however, driving aggressively, speeding, and making other motorists angry. I would not ride with him again.
It was a good day leaving the cruise and joining 12 others to walk the colorful streets of Valparaiso, enjoy a very nice lunch of individual choosing and later stop at a winery before being dropped at the airport. Great way to spend the day before a late flight home. Sebastian was personable and informative.
Pablo was funny and informative. Also gave us lots of tips to finish off our holiday in Santiago. Roberto drove us tirelessly pulling along our luggage in the trailer behind. Not something I would want to do in somebody the narrow streets and highway lanes.
We did this tour at the end of our cruise that docked at San Antonio. I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to make the 8am published start time, but Nacho (the logistics coordinator) assured me via WhatsApp that he would be just outside the gate at the cruise terminal from 7:30am-10:30am. He was there, and it all went very smoothly. There were several groups of us, loaded into vans as we got outside the cruise terminal. They loaded our luggage into a trailer at the back of our van, and off we went with our guide Pablo and driver Roberto! On the way to Valparaiso, we did a short bathroom/coffee break in Casablanca. Then it was off to Valparaiso, with Pablo answering questions and telling us about different Chilean items of interest along the way. Once we got to Valparaiso, Roberto dropped us off and Pablo took us up the funicular to a very cool artsy neighborhood. Pablo walked us around the neighborhood telling us about places of interest. We stopped at a restaurant for lunch (not included). After lunch, Pablo took us back down the funicular, where Roberto picked us up and drove us to a winery on the way to Santiago. We had almost an hour at the winery to walk around and enjoy the beautiful grounds. We also had a wine tasting (included) of a sparkling white and a red. Once again Roberto picked us up and drove us to Santiago, dropping each of us off at our hotels (or airport). I can't recommend this tour enough! It was very reasonably priced, showed us more of Chile and got us to our Santiago hotel. Pablo and Roberto were great! They went above and beyond the entire day. Pablo even sent us a Whatsapp message with recommendations, links to videos he referenced and even photos of the places we visited. 5 stars!
This was a great trip. The start was a bit difficult but that was due to traffic congestion but Ramses and Nacho were organized and got us on our way. The stops were well planned so we didn't have a lot of others at any stop. Lunch venue was great, too. Lots of variety on the menu and it was nice to keep us together. Ramses was very knowledgeable and entertaining. Highly recommend.
This was an amazing tour with a great guide- Nacho, and driver, Javier. Valparaiso is a hidden gem. Murals everywhere!
Really nice day with an excellent guide Joaquin. We appreciated our visit to Valparaiso and to the winery and all the descriptions and explanations.
A great tour with Nacho as our guide. The most charismatic you'll ever meet. Very accommodating too in modifying the itinerary to suit our needs, helping out with local travel advice too. Highly recommended

Nacho was a great coordinator and made the off cruise to tour process very easy. Joaquin, our guide for thr day, was friendly and full of information about our tour stops and Chilean history. He also made a lunch reservation for the group knowing that it was a busy holiday. I really appreciated that and the restaurant choice was fantastic. The tour van can be a bit loud and my only suggestion is to get a microphone for people in the back to hear better. Overall, it was a great way to spend the day when you have a late flight out of Santiago. Airport tip: you can not check your bags if you arrive more than 3 hours ahead of your flight. Once checked in, you can go to your gate. You will go through customs and then security which took about 45 minutes.
The tour was great. Instead of wasting the day going from the port in San Antonio to Santiago, we took this tour from the port to Valparaiso and drop off at our hotel. Comfortable vehicle, everything on time and very well organized. Nacho organization zed everything flawlessly and Sebastian, our guide, was extremely knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Highly recommend this tour!
Nacho was an amazing guide. He struck the perfect balance between informative, educational, engaging and entertaining. We were particularly pleased with the excellent communication the day before and day of our tour. He arranged a lovely spot for us to have a leisurely and delicious lunch. Xavier our driver was professional and did an amazing job navigating Valparaiso traffic. The van was new, clean and comfortable.
Joaquin was terrific....knowledgeable and friendly and speaks well. Thanks to Rodrigo for a safe ride.
Stamp's Tours did a wonderful job with this tour to Valpariso, Vina del Mar and Casablanca. Communication was great and guide Nacho was fantastic, fun, full of knowledge about what we were seeing and very caring and considerate of my partly disabled husband. He went out of his way to be sure he was happy and comfortable. Valparaiso and its murals were lovely and the winery in Casablanca was a treat. We were dropped at our hotel in Santiago as promised, and Nacho and our driver Luis brought our luggage right to the door. Nacho even provided us with photos of what we saw. If you want to spend a great day seeing the area in a comfortable vehicle with a fluent English-speaking guide, I recommend Nacho and Luis.
Nacho is an awesome guide. Very informative on culture, geology, history, viniculture, art and more. Perfectly timed day with bus rides, walks, lunch and narration.
Nachos is an awesome guide who explained thoroughly the history of Chile and showed us to important side of Valparaiso and also took us the certificate organic vineyard, esmiralda! Great visit!
Excellent excursion! Nacho was very accommodating and informative. Luis did a perfect job of driving us through all the traffic! I would DEFINITELY recommend this trip to anyone, especially those disembarking a cruise in San Antonio, Chile heading to Santiago. It was fun!
Our driver Luis was excellent, felt very safe. Our tour guide Nacho was very knowledgable and friendly, funny, and spoke impeccable English. We were very happy with this tour from San Antonio to Valparaiso and Santiago.
Our tour guide Nacho was a wonderful guide with lots of knowledges and excellent English. We enjoyed the tour very much.
Very nice, organized lots of care and attention by Robert and nacho. The stops were beautiful and we saw some of the best Valparaiso had to offer.
Robert, our driver and Nacho, our informative guide took us on a wonderful tour from the cruise port of San Antonio, to Vina Del Mar’s flower clock, Moai statue and a sculpture by Rodin. Then our driver Robert drove our group of 10 to Valparaiso. After riding one of the funicular’s Nacho took us on a walking tour through Conception Hill and Happy Hill, two colorful neighborhoods. We walked up and down hills, but at a comfortable pace. We had a tasty, leisurely lunch before driving to a winery (Casas del Bosque) for a tasting of two wines. Now we are headed to our hotel just in time to check in, after spending a pleasant day on tour with Nacho and Robert. We recommend this after cruise tour.
Nacho is a most charming guide. Knowledgeable in all aspects of the places we visited in the tour. He has a good sense of humour and is most accommodating to our questions. He has made our experience most memorable.
Our driver Victor and tour guide Ramses were awesome! Ramses was very knowledgeable, informative, provided plenty of extra information historical and current. Our tour was in English and Ramses English was excellent. The tour required significant uphill walking and stair climbing on cobblestone streets. I would rate it five on a scale of 1 to 10. Pick up and drop off we're on time. Ramses even took the additional step and provided information via text on restaurants and things to do in the specific area of the city we were staying in.
Excellent tour. Knowledgeable guide Rames who was very personable. Highly recommend. Lots of steps though. Up and down.
Our tour was exceptionally well organized from start to finish. We were able to reach the staff at any time, and all meeting points and arrangements were clearly communicated in advance, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Our guide, Nacho, and our driver, Robert, met our group of 12 right at the exit and immediately helped with our luggage. Both were extremely efficient and professional, making our departure seamless. Nacho was a fantastic guide—knowledgeable, engaging, and genuinely passionate. There was no question he couldn’t answer, and you could truly feel how much he cares about Chile’s life, history, culture, and art. The tour itself was very interesting and informative. We visited Viña del Mar and Valparaíso, which we absolutely loved for its beautiful scenery and incredible graffiti with such diverse and meaningful subjects. We also enjoyed a visit to the Indomitable winery, where the wine tasting was a lovely highlight. Everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed the experience and was very happy with the tour. At the end of the day, each of us was conveniently dropped off at our respective hotels. We highly recommend this tour—it was a wonderful and memorable experience. Alexander and Vera
We took the after cruise tour from San Antonio to Santiago, visiting Vina del Mar, Valparaiso and a winery in Casablanca. We had the best guide - Pablo (Pablito). Funny, knowledgeable, not too much talk, very entertaining and warm. Little details like the great music he played in the van can make a big difference from a good tour to a great tour. Also, the tour was very well organized from the port exit to the hotel drop off. Thank you Pablo and Stamp's tour. We highly recommend it.
We booked a transfer from the port of San Antonio to our hotel in Santiago. Our guide Nacho picked us up at the entrance of the port and with a small group we took off and visited the cities of Vina del Mar and Valparaiso. Especially Valparaiso is a nice and colorful place to visit and Nacho showed us some really beautiful places. At the end of our visit we enjoyed a lovely lunch with the group at a cozy restaurant. After lunch we headed towards Santiago, but halfway we made a stop at a beautiful wine estate in the Casablanca valley. After a wine tasting we got the opportunity to buy bottles of wine at a good price. By the end of the afternoon we were dropped off at our hotel.
It was canceled just before 12 hours of starting. Waiting for my payment remboursment. Shame to Viator and to his partner.
Waiting at dockside diabolical as some guests we’re advised 7-30 am whilst others were told 9-30 am May I suggest first 10 who book are given 1 time next 10 in other time slot Standing in the sun for 1-5 hours & no seating was not appreciated. Re the actual tour Sebastian & Josh were excellent Sebastian knowledge of the area was first class As was Josh s driving well done to both of them Thank you
This was a fun tour, and it happened at a great price. That said, Stamp's Tour seems to subcontract the tour operators which it uses, and our tour would not have been nearly as interesting and engaging had it not been for our guide Pablito. You could get any one of many guides, however Pablito's love and passion for his country saves this whole tour from being that disaster that it almost started to become for us. First, know that this is not a super small group private tour (like for 2 or 4 people). They only handle groups up to 12 people commonly. We had a couple who were initially led to believe it would be a personal tour. They almost exclusively do these in groups. From pickup (instructions and execution) to drop off at the hotel, everything went smoothly. And that is saying a lot considering the conjestion and mass confusion which awaits outside the gates of the San Antonio cruise port. My critical comment is this. If you book this tour, know that there is no communication at all with Stamps. You can text them (with their preferred method of communication, which is Whatsapp), however you will only receive a default, automated response. > No text messages, Voicemail, or Email were ever responded to at all. We believe they do this in order to preserve the booking, and prevent people from cancelling on them. However to us, this is just bad business practice and the taste is pretty bad. This was heading directly towards a 1-star review (for us), had the tour operator (Pablito Escobar) not done such a great job on this day. Thank you Pablito for a memorable time this day.
Good experience and e enjoyed the Casablanca/vina Del Mar tour and Nacho and Robert were excellent in explaining the history of the place we went.
The tour guide Pablo is the best. Funny, knowledgeable, considerable. He met everyone's needs. Made the entire journey relaxable, happy. From the cruise port to airport at Santiago chili, we visited 3 cities like Valparaiso, casablanca. Every stop, Pablo gave us enough time to enjoy the local culture, history, sightseeing, food etc.
Ok, Stamps (prior to the tour) is unresponsive through Viator, email, whatsapp and phone. However with that said, the day before had great communication and the tour guide himself, Pablo, provided cogent, detailed information so that the tour went smoothly. Pablo and driver, Roberto, were absolutely terrific. They showed us and described what we were to see in Vina del Mar and in Valparaiso. It was overcast, but Pablo knew good places to take photos and to explain important historical information. Pablo suggested a few places for lunch, and the entire group of 8 chose the Chilean fare. It was just delicious. We concluded at an organic winery and we tasted a peppery Sauvignon Blanc and a simple red blend. Wish Stamps could answer their emails and communicate, especially on the airport debaration tours.
This was such a treat for us since we were disembarking our 20 day cruise in San Antonio and had a very late flight out of Santiago. If you take the airport transfer, it would cost about $70 each. This tour picked us up and we were in a very comfortable van with only 8 guests. We spent all day touring Vina Del Mar, Valparaiso, and Emiliana Vineyard. It was great because we didn’t have to worry about our luggage and they dropped us off at the airport after our all-day tour. Our driver Robert and our tour guide Pablo were so professional and informative. Pablo has inspired me to revisit Chile!
