Concha Y Toro Vineyard Tour From Santiago

It's a great experience to visit the vineyard for half day. There's a professional tour guide from the vinyard. And the transportation which organized by the agency is on time.

Tour was not anything described on Viator. It was NOT in English, NOT a small group, most of the tour was picking up and dropping off people, we were informed we needed to be back at the van at a certain time and missed over half the tour at the winery. 6 hour tour was only 50 minutes tour at the winery. Absolutely terrible!

Amazing tour of the vineyard and first class wine tasting event, as well as the additional Marques tasting. Very enjoyable and very interesting. The only problem was the queuing and the slowness of the shop prevented me spending any money as I was out of time.

Had a wonderful tour. Bought thousands of dollars worth of wine. Never saw the wine. Can’t get anyone to answer the phone or an email or contact form. It’s been 2 months of trying. Buyer beware.

We were promptly picked up at our AirBnB. The drive was mostly pleasant, in an air conditioned van. The tour started slowly, due to an english speaking guide not being available. The tour through the grounds was lovely. The best part was the premium wine tasting with cheese, be sure to purchase the premium package. I would have been disappointed with the general tour.

The tour operator canceled the tour on the same day. Seven hours before an 8:00 AM tour via WhatsApp at 1:00 AM.

Quick excursion. We tasted 3 wines (may be more while it was worth it), transfer on schedule and good people. They didn't have the right information about the tour. They sold and some sites were closed, driver arrived late compromising the tours. Wrong indications of restaurant, finally totally unprepared.

We made two trips with the Smart Tour and it was all within normality, I recommend the company! Some problems I noticed were common in the high season, as Chile does not have as much structure for tourism as other countries. With the Smart Tour I did Farellones and Concha y Toro, the Guide Victor and the driver, respectively, were great! As the other company I paid tour I had numerous problems, called Santiago Chile Tour, compared to the Smart Tour, I found this perfect! For example, the Smart Tour Guide gave us a quick 20-minute access to the farellones park and bought our tickets for us, the customers who took the same tour by the other company went without a Guide and took a 2-hour queue to get into the park (I was in the van with them the day, but my tour was another).

It was a super pleasant tour, with great wine tastings! A very cool experience. I highly recommend it!!!!!

We took several winery tours on our trip and one of them was Concha y Toro, smart was committed to taking us to the winery, they were super punctual with the times, and the winery is very good to visit, we really enjoyed it, congratulations to the guys for the service!

Although we were told that the tour was very commercial, it was nice to know Concha Y Toro and the legend of Casilero Del Diablo. Our Savios guide always attentive and White driver a special Cover. The tour in the vineyard takes 1 hour, it's very fast! The place is beautiful! I could have more time. Danos a round with explanations and tasting of 3 wines, a glass of toast. The driver Jorge (Fofinho) was great, until he heard me talking about going to the Human Rights Museum and starting to speak in favor of dictator Pinochet and say that immigrant is all bandit. I went to the concha y toro with motorcyclist George of the smarttour. He explained various things along the way and even taught us Spanish. The Concha y Toro tour is a must stop for those going to Santiago. I recommend. In 2016 I had already made the tour via metro x taxi, but with the agency it was better now in 2022 due to the scams taxi drivers do. I recommend doing with the agency even unless you want to spend more and still have a headache.
