Maca and her partner (I forget her name sorry!) were absolutely wonderful! We had a medical emergency with one of my kids (allergic reaction). I messaged her and she was very understanding that we would be an hour late while my husband figured out which er to bring her (i brought only my son). Then i had an issue with my uber and she helped translate with the driver The tour itself was wonderful! Her English is perfect. We learned a lot of interesting things- even my 13 year old was entertained! The scooters were easy to use. Cannot recommend maca enough. She’s wonderful!

What a fantastic way to see a lot of Santiago, from its beautiful parks to its residential districts. Our guide, Maca, was so knowledgeable and engaging while she blended the scenery with historical context. She was also focused on safety and making certain that our group stayed cohesive. I would definitely do this again!
Outstanding tour. Maca is so kind and patient. We had not ridden scooters before and she spent plenty of time making sure we could safely operate them. She takes you up the mountain, through the park and through the city. I strongly recommend this tour!
Wonderful experience. Maca was delightful and gave us a great overview of the city and it’s history. It was an excellent way to start our visit to Santiago!
What an amazing tour with Maca and her partner - we practiced on the scooters and then headed up to the top of the mountain from there we scootered down and then went through trails and the city and parks. Great trip just book it!!
We had a lively 4h tour around Santiago, avoiding busy traffic and enjoying the hilly surroundings of Santiago. Perfect host in English
Maca was communicative, welcoming and organised! She was very safety conscious, but in a quiet supportive way, showing us first how to ride the scooters. I had not done it before but I ride a bike, so after feeling nervous for five minutes, I soon got the hang of it. Maca gave us many perspectives on Santiago, from seeing it laid out like a map from San Cristobal Hill (after riding in the cable car to the summit) to significant art and snapshots of history in several parks. The electric scooters were fun and let us cover lots of ground in the 5+ hours we were on the tour. You could feel the breeze on your face and smell the plants in the open spaces! A great way to get your bearings on your first day in Santiago. She is very knowledgeable about her city and a great ambassador for Chile. If you get the chance, do the tour! 💜
Great electric scooter tour with a relaxed pace and beautiful routes through parks and neighbourhoods. Maca was a fantastic guide — friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience feel safe and easy throughout. Highlights were taking the cable car to the top for incredible panoramic views across Santiago, then riding the electric scooters back down — such a fun rush and a really unique way to experience the city. A fun, low-effort way to explore Santiago with a perfect mix of scenery and excitement. Highly recommended.
Maca was knowledgeable and very kind. She provided an excellent tour and took the time to get to know our interests in an effort to give us a great experience. Strongly recommend doing this if you are looking for an opportunity to see the city.
A great tour through a few beautiful parks with lots of information about their history. Also lots of information about the history of Santiago, and Maca answered any and all questions we had about Santiago.
Maca was an AMAZING guide!! Much of the tour was in a park with great views of the city. It was safe for people with no scooter experience to learn. Then we ended up in a park farther into the city,,so we did scooter in the busier parts at the end. We learned a lot about the city,, and she got us delicious local treats and (non alcoholic) beverages. Highly recommend!!
Very good tour, we were able to visit many places and time flies, I highly recommend it. Maca is very nice and she knows a lot. The scooters were easily to learn and it was a great experience
Climbing up on a island watching Andes mountains & Santiago was excellent. Organizer Ms.Maca is a wonderful person, always smiling & describing details.
This is a spectacular way to see Santiago, I can't recommend it enough. Maca was professional and kind as well as extremely knowledgable of the city and park. It was fantastic tour that I defenitely recommend.
Amazing tour and a great way to see Santiago. Scooters were easy to use and my daughter’s first time. Guides showed us all parts of the city and plenty of breaks.
This was a wonderful tour. We only had one evening in Santiago and Maca arranged a customized experience to make the most of the little time we had. These ladies are amazing and I would recommend everyone to book a tour with them.
It was an awesome experience. The guide was super kind and attentive towards me and my father, and she definitely knew a lot about the area that we were at.
We, a family of 7 (2 parents and 5 teens), had a fantastic experience getting to know Santiago in a unique and entertaining manner. Maca was thorough in making sure we had our tour arranged and gave us information about the city, its famous architecture and the sculpture. The scooters and intimate experience added an element of adventure to your typical group tour. We were blessed with a sunny day and cool weather. Would definitely recommend to any group looking for a more active tour experience that ties Cerro San Cristobal with the parks of the city.
My partner and I went on this scooter tour a couple of days ago and had a great time. Even though I grew up in Santiago this tour helped me (finally!) get a clear sense of the city’s layout, beyond the few areas I was already familiar with. Maca’s explanations of the different locations and their importance were well thought out (enough context to understand why they matter without overwhelming you with facts), and the route connecting the different spots was perfect. I couldn’t picture how it would come together beforehand, but somehow we were able to get everywhere by riding on bike lanes and the occasional sidewalk, with very short stretches on quiet streets. That thoughtful route design made me feel very safe, and the scooters did the rest: having only used shared scooters before, riding these nice ones was a treat! They felt solid and stable, and the shocks made riding on all kinds of fun surfaces a breeze. I also appreciated having a bit of time to get comfortable riding them before getting on the teleférico. Maca’s choice of snacks was also stellar: having mote con huesillo at a beautiful park was a refreshing treat, and the sopaipillas were a lovely way to wrap up the experience. (I would recommend having a good breakfast before the tour or bringing a couple of extra snacks if you tend to get peckish). Overall, I’m very glad we did this, as it was an interesting deep dive into a major city landmark (cerro San Cristóbal and the surrounding park) and I got to visit places I probably wouldn’t have thought to see otherwise. I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys using scooters or is curious about them, because this experience is a fantastic way to combine the fun of scootering around with an informative and varied tour.
We had an amazing time doing the aerial parks & museums tour with Maca! I enjoy cycling back home, and found exploring Santiago by e-scooter to be so much fun. Highlights for me were starting the tour with a ride up the cable car to Cerro San Cristóbal for amazing views of the city, winding our way down through the Parque Metropolitano to visit historic sites and enjoy the forest, a stop for a yummy Chilean drink/snack (mote con huesillo), riding along the river and visiting an interesting sculpture park, and eating delicious sopaipillas at the end. The tour was a great way to see a lot and get a different perspective of the city from beautiful historic and modern parks. Maca was lovely, very knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions! The pace/speed of the tour was comfortable and the route felt very safe (quiet paths and roads inside the parks, and separated bike paths in between). I highly recommend for your trip to Santiago!
An excellent experience, highly recommended and complete, since many places are visited. Macarena, the guide, is of unique kindness and warmth.
As a group of tourists we decided to have help rolling chile, it was the best decision, 10 women of our tour aged between 40 and 70 were very happy to have been able to enjoy the experience that Macarena and Loreto gave. Seeing Santiago from another point of view without having to be inside the city. 100% recommended. Thanks rolling Chile, they are the best. See you again!!!
It was a wonderful excursion! Very interesting. The stories told by the guide at each stop and beautiful the landscape and the experience of doing it on electric skateboard. We feel very taken care of by the company. I recommend this experience to do both with family and friends.
A must-see tour of the parks of Santiago in a different way and with a local guide with extensive knowledge of the landscape and culture. Macarena explains everything with a lot of patience and is very careful with us. It's impressive how much people walk around the city and don't realize, because it's very enjoyable. I just think you need a minimum of skill to guide the skate, but even those who do not have much skill (like me), after a few minutes, can already guide. Super recommend! (We were a couple with a 12-year-old child).
It was a very cool experience. It's worth it. Go take a tour in a quieter way and see details of the place. I recommend.
This was a fantastic trip to a beautiful city that I never expected. Super great Maca with her great and individual introductions, great info on all the questions that arise. Very good entertainment and lots of fun. I was very enthusiastic!! Thank you very much 😘😘
Very good experience! Macarena and , are excellent hosts , very good review and interpretation of each place they took us to know , for those who seek to know Santiago from a different perspective, is a very good panorama, mixing nature with urbanism of the city is really a nice experience!
Excellent and wonderful tour. You feel much more free to ride the scooter. My Macarena Guide, very nice, attentive and friendly. The information offered is concrete and valuable, and of course the views are very good. Especially from the hills. Very good snacks and drink at the end! 100 x 100 recommended
I did the tour in February and it was AMAZING, first of all Macarena is a charmer that made the tour even more enjoyable. From the beginning I had a lot of information to contribute about San Cristobal Hill and the history of all the parks. The entire route is beautiful because there is a lot of vegetation, the views and the best areas of Santiago. The most fun thing is doing everything on SCOOTER!! We visited a lot of places, but always very safely on the cycle paths (Santiago is incredible with the number of cycle paths). It is a long tour of almost 4 hours but it was worth it because we also ate typical food and the experience was great... 100% RECOMMENDABLE!
The activity was very good, Macarena was very attentive, she showed us the best views of Santiago and gave us entertaining information, the best was the views and the sculpture park, I recommend it 100%% and I went with my 70-year-old dad!
Very good experience, perfect for getting to know iconic places in Santiago! The tour is very entertaining and interesting, which makes the scooter experience even better! Also, very professional and a very complete tour. I recommend it 100%!!
A unique and different experience, which perfectly combines nature, culture and adventure within an ultra-cool environment! Highly recommended!
Very good experience! , an entertaining tour that Macarena makes very enjoyable. The scooters are comfortable and have the necessary safety features, which gives you peace of mind in the experience. The places visited are part of the essential tourist circuit of Santiago, which makes rolling a totally recommended experience.
An excellent way to see Santiago's main tourist attractions. It starts with a ride on the cable car and the guide explains a little about Santiago's history and details that aren't in any book. The scooters are safe and comfortable, the guide guided us about safety and even took excellent photos of the group!
A way to discover Santiago and its natural and cultural heritage through an innovative experience, we toured San Cristóbal Hill on an electric scooter. I totally recommend it!
