At the scheduled time, the team will receive you and deliver all the necessary equipment. In the facilities we have dressing rooms and lockers where you can leave your clothes dry and belongings. Once you have equipped, we head to the transport to move to the river. Arriving at the river bank we will do a complete instructional talk including all the safety measures as well as the different rowing instructions that we will use during the rafting. Come on! After a few minutes of practice on the banks of the river we are ready to begin the descent of about 1 hour along the Maipo River. Transportation will be waiting for you at the end of the descent to transfer you back to the agency. Total duration of the activity is 21⁄2 hours.
Wonderful experience. Our guide, Gerardo, was a ton of fun. We got amazing photos and videos. Would highly recommend. We had the chance to jump in and hit a lot of class three rapids.
Rutavertical team was very good at explaining how to do this activity safely and along with what we should do in case we end up running into some sort of trouble. Their facility is great and equipment is excellent. Their time management was top notch. Our guide Juan Carlos was fantastic throughout the activity and had a great sense of humor. He was comfortable with english speaking participants and that was very important to be able to understand the instructions. We did this tour as a family and everyone had a great time. We had a fantastic rafting trip today with my wife and 12 year old daughter! Wish we could of rafted longer or done it again! Santiago was an awesome guide, spoke english, and knew how to manage the boat and our novice “crew” of tourists through the rapids! They provided wet suits, water shoes, life jackets, paddling jacket, and helmets, He and the company of kayaks made sure we stayed safe while having a fun time! We truly appreciate them providing the photos very quickly as well! We did not use their optional transportation, but I highly recommend to find their website and contact them directly to book this trip.

Everything was excellent, the equipment is in very good condition, and our guides Carlos and Chocolate knew the river very well and made the descent very entertaining, but at the same time very safe. Congratulations to the whole rafting team, the atmosphere is always cheerful and pleasant.
We rafted in Cajon del Maipo with the company Rafting Ruta Vertical and it was a spectacular experience. From the beginning, our guide Bastián conveyed closeness and confidence, delivering clear and detailed information that allowed us to enjoy each moment safely. His experience and the management of the group were noticeable, which made us all feel calm and motivated. During the tour we not only experienced the adrenaline of the river, but also entertaining activities that made the day even more complete. The equipment was in excellent condition and that gave a lot of security. At all times an atmosphere of camaraderie and fun was generated. I totally recommend this experience and, in particular, the guide Bastián, for his professionalism and the positive energy he brings to the group. Amazing experience and 100/10 staff!! Good atmosphere, super safe and concerned about all possible aspects. They even go with kayakers who go close to the rafts safeguarding that everything goes well!!! very good vibes all and give you the opportunity to change position inside the raft to live the experience to the fullest especially in the stalls ahead that feels more extreme and falls more water, also offer you to be breakwater, jump into the river and swim down for the most extreme. The place is super comfortable with space to change, dressing rooms, lockers, bathroom and they give you everything you need including booties, wetsuit, helmet, jacket, etc (thank you that they are super well dry without smelling damp, which usually in activities like these is difficult to find). Apart from the price includes photos throughout the journey with photographers at a distance and there is also the option to buy the GoPro video of the guide. Special mention to Joaquin who gave an excellent briefing, to Felipe who was our guide of the raft and the Isa who was the kayaker who was sheltering us throughout the tour. Unsurpassed experience, and super recommended for adults and children!!

Super good experience! Good organization, explanation of experience and security issues. Clean showers, there is a sector to change very comfortable, there are lockers to leave things. Excellent rafting experience with group of friends. Very safe, good equipment, transfer included and lots of fun experience. Includes photographs of the activity and with the possibility of acquiring a GoPro video. I highlight and thank our Guide Manuel Olivos Ayala for giving us an unforgettable, Pro and friendly time. The experience was amazing, they have all the equipment to be safe and warm considering how cold the river water is, they made a very clear and precise talk of what should be done to be safe on the descent. In my group we were all going rafting for the first time and enjoyed it a lot, Basti was our Guide and towards the environment in the raft very fun, funny and of course safe. The photos are very good and are included which is great. An experience I hope to repeat soon.
They give you all the equipment and information and one feels super safe (I can't swim)...our Guide Joaquin nuñez a 7, dry, friendly and made us some great videos, totally recommended! Of course we'll be back!
