We had a great day as a family with Marco and Fernanda. The trip is very well organized,and thought through. Fernanda shared some interesting trivia of Chile and gave us some insight. Ashley was a very kind, upbeat, and intelligent guide. She spoke in two languages the whole time word for word. I really appreciated that. She answered a lot of questions too. The wine tasting would have been best at the end of the trip instead of at the beginning. Who drinks wine at 10:30 am. Valparaíso was interesting. However, I really enjoyed the last part of the trip by vina del mar the best, but we didn't get to walk around there too much. I wish we could have time to explore viña del mar more. I would go on a trip just there. I also wish we could have a different lunch spot in Viña del mar , as they had many options in town. The place turistik stops for lunch was not ideal and was the only option available.

The tour to Tricao Park was great, we visited the aviary and the wetlands, it was super great, very well signposted and a super pleasant route, then we had lunch on the banks of the river, thanks to Luciano our guide who was super attentive and contributed a lot of knowledge and facts about Chile and each place we passed, Miguel the driver was also super pleasant throughout the trip. In the end we finished by touring the Undurraga winery and vineyards, an excellent experience with a super pleasant wine tasting, thanks!

The excursion was very good. I loved Tricao Park, very well done and beautiful to visit and relax. And the Undurraga winery was very good, a nice tour and tasting. I want the punctuality, safety and quality of the ride. First we had a fantastic driver and secondly, Lisette and Luciano did it with each of their explanations. Throughout the day, always attentive, always willing to help I will be very aware of the passengers. Overall, the Tour went as indicated with a walk to the Diary, to the humidity, and then, to the Undurraga vineyard, a fantastic experience in the vineyard and wine tastings were phenomenal. To finish the prices very convenient in the vineyard shop.

Experience that not only allowed us to cultivate ourselves and learn more about our country through Parque Aviario Trucao + Viña Undurraga, but also marveled at all the riches and history we treasure and have at our disposal. 10 out of 10 our guides: Javiera and Luciano + driver Hermenes, who always showed themselves very cordial, affable and with great mastery and wisdom of the information they provided us.

Our tour guide Fernanda accompanied us nicely and informatively through the day. We had plenty of time everywhere to see for ourselves. It's a pity that photography is not allowed in Pablo Neruda's house.

A bit bumpy the beginning but then it started. A beautiful park with wetland and a garden in honour of Claude Monet and a gigantic free-flying aviary with birds of all colours for the senses. And then finally Isla Negra, Pablo Neruda's house with an unexpectedly good meal! Sure, with sun the day would have been even nicer but the restaurant was really cozy even with an open fireplace. Fernanda and Hector as companions knew all the shortcuts and accompanied us safely in two languages.

Very good care and Service from Matthias and Hernan. They resolved all doubts, very patient and made the trip a unique experience because of the stories they told us and the additional knowledge Matías shared. It was very pleasant everything. Excellent Service.

The landscapes are amazing, we took several photos, the museum is amazing, tells the story of don Pablo Neruda in detail, in an auto guide, touching the Pacific was a different experience, and even had wine tasting at the vineyard. The guide was a separate experience, Jorge demonstrated knowledge, sympathy and took perfect photos.

Imagine that you are on a trip with your family and the company for which you paid 195 thousand pesos for a trip cancels your trip simply because it suits them and offers you in exchange for a ride you already did. If you do not want to have headaches like this run from this company, completely disorganized and do not think about the well-being of the customer, only theirs!!

Parque Tricao exceeded our expectations and Isla Negra the excellent food in the Nobel. And as a icing on the cake the souvenir photo of our experience was wonderful.

We visited the Veramonte vineyard, the museum house La Sebastiana, where the poet Pablo Neruda lived. We met Valparaíso and Viña del Mar. The day was very pleasant and I loved all the activities. As an architect, I will highlight the explanation that our guide Alejandro gave to a very powerful urban art that describes the entire culture of Chile and the indigenous peoples. He told that the land of fire, the southernmost point of the country was inhabited by peoples who mastered the technique of rising fires in their canoes. They also lived covered by a painting made using foam fat. Very fascinating the stories about Chilean ancestral culture. I refer to Turistik and take the opportunity to give a tip: buy your excursions and cable car tickets here in Brazil. Thus, you can already make a good plan for your trip to Chile. From the beginning the tour and explanation was very clear and interesting. The best part was certainly walking through the streets of Valparaiso and being by the seaside in Viña del Mar. I'd definitely come back.
