W Santiago

Only downside to this hotel is the room design. Doorless bathrooms and showers make no sense, especially a window from the bathroom to the entry door, so someone can see right in your bathroom from the hallway. Otherwise all the staff was fantastic, especially Benjamin at the front desk and Bruno at the valet.

We love W hotel’s modernist decor and the Santiago location is definitely not a disappointment. It is located in the Las Condes neighborhood featuring the the rooftop pool and bar with sweeping Andes views. Pros: 1. Rooms are huge 2. Reserve room with Andes views 3. Exceptional friendly staff 4. Onsite restaurants 5. Safe walkable neighborhoods 6. Great for couples 7. Easy to get in and out of busy downtown 8. Surrounded by high end restaurants 9. Walkable to Cenco Costanera Mall Shopping Cons: 1. The bathroom in the room doesn’t have a door. It is visible when you enter the room 2. The visible bathroom is a problem when traveling with multi generation families 3. Rooftop bar service is not the best. The wait is long and the waiter is slow and not the friendliest staff which is not typical for W hotel

Staff was helpful with an early check-in, and recongized elite membership with a suite upgrade. Breakfast was on a lovely indoor/outdoor patio, and had plentiful of options. Rooftop was a great spot to unwind at the end of the night. The rooms are dated, and a refresh is needed if they want to be considered a 5 star hotel. Shower is also in the middle of the bedroom, which isn't an uncommon W quirk, but not preferred.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at the W Santiago! From start to finish, the experience was top-tier. We stayed in the Supreme Suite for our honeymoon, and the layout, the floor-to-ceiling Andean views, and the modern design made it a truly 'wow' experience. The service here is truly world-class; the staff’s attention to detail is unmatched. A massive thank you to the Whatever/Whenever team, specifically Daniela, Paula, Camilo, Emilio, Genesis, and Jose. Their outstanding level of service, personal touches for our celebration, and constant check-ins ensured every aspect of our stay was perfect. They truly represent the heart of the W brand. The amenities and dining were equally impressive: Every meal was delicious. The breakfast spread at NoSo was a particular highlight, with incredibly high-quality, fresh local flavors, and an amazing variety. The Rooftop (Red2One)- You cannot beat the atmosphere and the sunset views of the mountains here. It’s the absolute best spot in Las Condes to unwind with a cocktail. If you are looking for luxury combined with a vibrant, modern energy in Santiago, this is the place to be. I can’t recommend it enough! ¡La raja!"
